Fantastic experience: Dr. Hansen has been such a blessing to our family! Our 6 year old had a difficult time following directions, focusing and was very sensitive to stimuli. We never would have known the full picture of what was going on without the thorough testing Dr. Hansen recommended. Fantastic experience: I just started ozone about two weeks ago for RA I was so scared at first because it’s something I’ve never done before but the staff was super welcoming, knowledgeable and caring. I’m excited for the future results.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Hansen after many doctor visits that told me everything looked normal. I couldn’t finish telling the doctors my symptoms before they had already sent prescription medication to my local pharmacy. Within the first test Dr. Hansen did he found many root problems that were causing my issues. I now know I’m on the right track to getting my health in order with their knowledge of funcional medicine.

Positive experience: I started coming here when Amanda John was PA. I enjoyed her company and sharing all of my health failures and accomplishments. Unfortunately however, she left, and I had to start over with a new PA, which can be discouraging when you have to explain everything to someone new. Oh well, I tried it anyway. Since then, Mechelle had been great. A bit of a different approach but definitely felt like I was getting somewhere again. With that, I also saw Dr. Hansen for chiropractic care, and while he is good at what he does, it seemed like he’d repeatedly forget my medical history, therefore I had to constantly remind him of what we previously did, who I was, and what I’m coming in for. It's a little nerve-wracking to get my neck/spine adjusted from someone that barely remembers what I need. Fast forward, both the IV nurse and the receptionist leave simultaneously… Now that something is obviously wrong, I'm concerned, and dealing with new staff members is a frustrating process once more. No offense intended, but it seemed like no one at the front desk ever knew what was going on. It had all gotten to be too much—to assign the wrong visit reason, make incorrect appointments, not answer calls or texts, get the days and times wrong, charge incorrectly, etc—I was willing to be patient but it has yet to get better. To top it off, Mechelle is now gone too… so I give up. I can't put my health in the hands of an inconsistent staff. Dr. Hansen you are awesome, but this has been overwhelming and excessive. I hope you are able to find the right balance.

Every staff member from the front desk, billing, doing my vitamin IV, the doctor, were all so kind, efficient and made everything so smooth and easy I saw Amanda (AJ) and she spent a lot of time going over my labs and explaining and answering questions and reviewing my history. She already has a plan to treat me! They have a lot of natural options for treatment that many places don’t offer as well. It was only my first appointment but I am excited and hopeful.I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been receiving physical therapy rehab for over a year for SI/back issues. Dr. Hansen was highly recommended by a massage therapist and I decided to give him a try. Having seen one other chiropractor and only a few adjustments, I was still very apprehensive of receiving adjustments. Dr. Hansen has a way of putting you at ease and I now look forward to my sessions. I found his evaluation to be very thorough which included neck and full spine x-rays, a detailed video discussing his findings and then an in-person discussion of your treatment plan. Prior therapists or doctors did not take this full-body approach which I feel is vital. He stays engaged in your progress and is always open to answer any questions or concerns without feeling rushed. I plan to stay the course and I'm hopeful for a positive recovery. His practice offers other holistic health options plus his staff, Amanda and Alicia are very helpful with any questions you may have and Lana (his dog) provides entertainment from time to time. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with severe low back pain that shoots down my left leg due to a herniated disc. Had tried AIRROSTI, epidural steroid injection, taking medications, ice, etc over about a year. I was seen by Dr. Hansen and in about a month of twice a week adjustment, I have been pretty much pain-free! Yes, you have to follow some home exercise therapy and lie on the almost rock hard Denneroll every day but overall I am soooo much better. Thank you, Dr. Hansen.

I was feeling sluggish and bloated and this was the reason I toyed with the idea. I love food! I'm a real foodie. I have to admit I was a little sceptical on whether I could do it or not. I am now on my 12th day and feel so much better. More energy and feeling less bloated. Not as hard as I thought it would be. Not to mention 10 lb lighter. If I can do it anybody can.

Fantastic experience: My three kids (ages 9, 7, and 4) and I have enjoyed or excellent treatment from Dr. Hansen. Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming with my family. They really care about us and want to help us be healthy and and at our best. I feel so much better with my regular chiropractic adjustments! Lately, my 4 year old started getting bad headaches that cause vomiting and require sleep. Since having her seen weekly, she has already improved greatly in the last 3 weeks! Still an occasional mild headache but no more vomiting which is a big win. I feels good knowing I can take her in for an adjustment and visibly see results in her, even the same day! I am so thankful Hansen Health Solutions is an option for us!

Negative experience: I do NOT recommend this clinic if you have a complex health history or like to have good communication and proper scheduling needs. I am a previous patient of HHS. I began my care at this clinic working with Lindi, their previous PA. I was very happy to find a functional medicine doctor that took insurance. But I soon found that while they worked as a team, medical support needs to be left to the PA. I was advised to eat food that my file clearly stated I was allergic to. When I called after my second visit to check my results, I was told Lindi was no longer with the clinic. I was shocked and upset. You trust a practitioner with your health and they do not have the common courtesy to tell you in person. Both Lindi and Dr Hansen had the time to tell me in person but chose to not do so. Soon after I began with the clinic, my husband started as well. He went for a follow up, which we had to call and ask for it was not done at the first appt. At his follow up he was in there for roughly 15 minutes. Gave him a run down of treatment plan including a basic multivitamin and vitamin d. Also mentioned a "Sleep Program" which is free on the website. Turns out this is not a program but explanation of why sleep is important. He explained he has extreme fatigue, no issue sleeping at all. And Hansen continued to say this would help. Not one time did he help to treat any of the symptoms and struggles he was having. Coming from the words of my husbands mouth, it was a complete waste of time. At this time of his appt, Lindi was no longer there, and was obvious they were just buying time till they got a new practitioner, when they should have sent their patients to another dr for care. Overall I am so upset with the quality of communication there. They rescheduled appointments for both of us multiple times due to scheduling issues. I posted a review on their Facebook page and it was soon taken down along with all of their reviews. They are hiding something and wanting to keep it from potential new patients.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Doctor and staff, took my wife there to see if they could help her, with the pain she was having for many years, she noticed a difference with just one treatment, Vs her other docs treating the symptom with meds. I agree with this clinic respect the bodys ability to heal itself, get your nervous system check get your biomechanics checked and put good food in you body. And you will have health. My wife left this clinic happy vs leaving her last visit at her old doctor's office where set left upset, in the end we fired her old Dr and now we found one who really cares, Frank & Jo Ann
