Fantastic experience: Back pain, Neck pain, Wrist, Shoulder, Elbow, Knee………Dr Jeff can adjust it all. Our whole entire family sees DR Jeff twice a month as part of our routine health maintenance plan. You get your car an oil change and the tires rotated. Why would you show that kind of attention and care to yourself. I’ve been a chiropractic patient for the last 15 years and it’s changed my life and my posture forever. Highly recommend a massage from Krista as well. So much better than those snobby spas. And easier on the wallet as well. Without the annoying fragrances.

I’ve been a patient here for a little over a year now, dealing with chronic pain and inflammation from multiple autoimmune diseases, as well as two previous car accidents. Coming here has made a world of a difference! Dr. Jeff is kind and attentive, and consistently works hard to find and correct the root of the problem -vs. simply putting a “band-aid” over symptoms. Krista is an incredible massage therapist and has transformed my neck and back. Together they have worked so hard to help me feel better and my pain levels have improved tremendously. Fantastic experience: Dr Jeff Kowachik has taken over the location of Dr Friedman, DC and is carrying on his traditions as one of THE most professional healthcare practitioners I've known. He obviously cares for his patients, taking the time needed to understand and provide treatments. He knows Chiropractic, and is very well-versed in Nutrition, Exercise and other Life-Style therapies, as well as sources for other practitioners. Born 1947, I feel 20 years younger, improving or recovering from several aches and accidents, subluxations and shallow discs that restricted or "tingled" my arms, hands or organs, and general conditions of the muscles, strength and skin. Dr Friedman participated very pro-actively on the team that took care of my mother from 86 to 89, eliminating most drugs and improving her weight, mental acuity, appetite and overall quality of life, and now Dr Kowachik is on my team for maintaining and improving areas of my health.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Dr. Jeff was excellent. He listened to me explain what was going on, asked great questions, conducted a full evaluation and then started treatment. I feel much better and am looking forward to my next visit in a week. Thanks Dr Jeff!

After living with terrible pain in my upper and lower back areas, I made an appointment with him. His gentle adjustments have helped me get moving when all I wanted to do was lay there. He also explained to me what’s going on with my back. He’s given me exercises and showed me how to help with the pain when there are excruciating flare ups. Fantastic experience: Greatest care I have recieved in a long time. After my last chiropractor moved out of state I was hesitant to find another after having a few bad experiences with some of the in-and-out clinics in the Denver Metro. Finding Dr. Jeff, Adrienne, and Krista through VA Community Care has been a blessing. I started my care with them with complaints of daily headaches, weekly migraines, severe neck and lower back pain. After two months of consistent chiro care, following the doctors orders for exercise, and massage I have not had a headach or migraine, my neck pain is gone and we are working on my lower back pain. They are passionate about caring for the Veteran community! I highly recommend.

He focused on my areas of concern rather than providing a general massage. He also found problem areas, and offered suggestions as to what was causing certain issues. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a therapeutic deep tissue massage, and will definitely return for another session.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from chronic sinus issues since I was a kid. I usually get at least 3 sinus infections a year, which require help from antibiotics. I recently turned to alternative medicine for help and found Dr. Friedman. His treatments have helped me so much! Even with allergy season being so bad this year, I have felt so much better and have been able to cut out taking daily sinus medication, completely. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Friedman for your sinus needs.

Positive experience: The reason for four stars is I feel that they schedule, at least the masseuse, back to back, so if someone is running late your appointment will run late. It's such a domino effect. They really should schedule their masseuses with a minimum 15 minute break between clients.

Fantastic experience: Dr G (Garfinkel) is great. I went in for Sciatica pain and he has got me 90% pain free with the adjustments and other treatments. He took a lot of time to take my history and always listens to where I am at on the pain threshold. Very caring. I would highly recommend this office and Dr G. to anyone dealing with back pain like I was.

From the very first visit he has showed that I am more to him than just another patient. I'm a person in a lot of pain. Just honest work with not only chiropractic but also therapeutic message, acupuncture, and dry needling.
