Fantastic experience: I found this doctor's office after I was in a car wreck, I did not have a primary physicians in the state because I had just moved (I had an appointment scheduled for a few months out) The hospital recommended this physician. I cannot believe how incredibly lucky I was to find such a caring medical team. The doctors here are top notch. The nurses are very supportive, and it's really nice to have so many services available under one roof. I wish this place had been here when my grandparents lived nearby. It's nice to know that the people living in their old neighborhood now I have access to such a good medical facility.

Negative experience: My daughter has severe rheumatoid arthritis and I’ve been going to NOAH for my appointments for about eight years. This week, my daughter went to the hospital two days ago and came home with the flu and the strep and I’ve been sick ever since. I scheduled a telehealth appointment with DANA COHEN today who acted unprofessional throughout our entire call and then ended the call abruptly, causing me to have to call into the office and schedule an in office appointment, which I was trying to avoid, which is why I made the telehealth appointment in the first place. She refused to provide any prescription without a confirmed swab which has never been required in the past. Even though my daughter had already been confirmed to have the flu and strep, I had the same symptoms. She terminated the call in the middle of me speaking, who does that? Case & Point: she probably makes close to $100,000 a year and can’t even contain her professionalism for more than 15 minutes

Negative experience: This isn't for Palomino specifically, but targeted toward NOAH as a whole. For the past 7 years, I have had my preferred pronouns posted on my file. Only today have I learned that there is no longer a specific slot on patient files for pronouns, and it is an intentional attack on transgender patients. I have heard from a NOAH supervisor that it's possible NOAH's governing board removed the pronouns slot in order to appease bigoted donors who would withhold their financial support for NOAH if NOAH were to continue supporting their many transgender patients. NOAH in general has always been good to me. I had my HRT from NOAH, but to see this attack upon trans patients is disgusting, and the fact that it may have to do with the current political climate of this nation is atrocious, as NOAH is local, not federal. It is far beyond disappointing. It is beyond words, but this is what I have to say.

Negative experience: I found the experience to be a kind to renting an apartment the front staff are very good, however once you get to the provider it's like dealing with the property management. Not such a good experience. What a shame.

Negative experience: No issues with the care really, but throughout the two years I’ve taken my son here, they’ve seemed pretty sexist against fathers on the admin end. I had to call about 5 separate times to be made the primary on the account even though I took him to 90% of the appointments. They would say they did and then still call the mother anytime I made an appointment, meaning I wasn't the primary which, of course, would bother the mother because she wasn’t making the appointment so didn’t need a call. When I received a copy of his immunization records, they only cared enough to list his mother as the child’s guardian. When I called to correct the mistake they acted like why should I care about it. Probably because both parents are legally required to be listed on any medical or school paperwork?

Negative experience: This location is very dirty for it to be a dentist office. The reception team were nice, they just speak very soft from behind that thick Covid glass. The dental assistant was the worse part though, she is VERY ROUGH using the x ray equipment, showed no remorse or sensitivity when I told her she was hurting me and being to rough, she scratched my gum with the equipment. This was the worse dental experience I had ever had. I will not be visiting this place again!

Negative experience: Called last week to set a NOAH doctor as my child’s primary care physician and the NOAH rep on the phone confirmed that NOAH was in network for my insurance. Therefore, I called my insurance to set that particular doctor as her primary care. I then called back today to schedule an appointment, and was told that they haven’t taken my insurance for weeks. This cost me hours of time to find a new doctor, and call my insurance to set another doctor as her primary care. This was clearly evident of poor communication and lazy administrative practices.

Negative experience: I have been going to this clinic since 2019. I had the same doctor the entire time, Dr Fuerst. She always made me feel comfortable so that my Iatrophobia wasn't too bad. Unfortunately she left Noah and I have yet to be able to see a doctor even though I have scheduled appointments that are necessary to get my medications refilled, the they cancel the appointments and won't fill the medications because I have to see a provider. One of these medications I need for migraines and I can't get it filled until I see a provider, but with my Iatrophobia, I can't see just any doctor, it has to be someone I'm comfortable with and they don't understand and don't care. I was referred by Dr Fuerst to a specific doctor that's never in the office. My anxiety is so bad I don't even leave my home and that is documented in my chart, but they don't care. The doctors oath (first, do no harm By all that I hold highest, I promise my patients competence, integrity, candor, personal commitment to their best interest, compassion, and absolute discretion, and confidentiality within the law. doesn't apply here) apparently that doesn't apply at this clinic. The girl I talked to on the phone has absolutely no care, no empathy at all. If you work in a doctor's office and you talk to patients, have some sort of bedside manner!

Fantastic experience: So I went in to see the dentist. This was an emergency I had recently gotten my front tooth knocked out, half of my toot was gone the other half was hanging on with dear life. I was in so much pain, almost every second was just horrible. SYLVIA the dental assistant there made me feel soooo comfortable yall she was soooo nice. First of all I was embarrassed going in there but Sylvia made me feel sooo safe and comfortable. Even though it's not necessary SYLVIA had the type of personality I felt like I can just open up to without any judgement. My dentist I forgot his name but he was kind, gentle, and very professional. Me and Sylvia exchanged personal stories about our kids and our families and we were able to relate on that level, she made me feel like a human being and not just some patient. I also want to commend the staff on their ability to fit me in during such a busy time. They literally saw that I was in pain and even though they were busy and had so many other people who had appointments well before me they still fit me in and helped me. Without them considering that for me I would still be in pain right now. As I'm writing this I am alleviated from pain in my tooth I had for days literally. Thank you to all the NOAH staff members, thank you to my dentist for being so precise and professional and thank you most of all to SYLVIA my dental assistant for making me feel comfortable for making sure I got seen the very next day, for connecting with me a personal level especially during this time of tremendous trauma. I appreciate you and I will definitely recommend NOAH to others for outstanding care!!!!!❤️

Fantastic experience: I started at NOAH with two different types of counseling and two different counselors. I was as so comfortable and happy with both that I transferred my medical care to NOAH as well. My husband and I both have mental health needs and medical needs that require a lot of attention. All my experiences with NOAH are always handled in a positive and professional manner. I have yet to have had a negative experience. I have since made several referrals to them and will continue to do so in the future. I Love the P.A. that is assigned to us as our Primary Care Provider, it is obvious that he truly cares about his patients. Fantastic experience: I saw the dentist there yesterday. I can't say enough about this place. The level of care is exceptional. This woman changed my life. I have no insurance but you couldn't tell from how great they are. She did absolutely everything she could to help me. I woke up today with zero pain after dealing with dental problems for over a year. She fixed the problem. She is the most knowledgeable dentist I've ever met, such a smart woman. Fantastic experience: Love this place!! The front desk people are so kind. The woman that takes blood can get it on the first try, which is difficult for many because I have tiny veins. I have seen a few doctors there who were excellent doctors with good bedside manner. I have been seeing Dustin Miles who is so kind, calm, and thorough. Negative experience: This has been the.mist exasperating experience I've ever had. I was a Patient of Christa O'Mara, N.P.- the worst provider I've ever dealt with. She never follows up or follows through. Because of her I had to endure 2 surgeries. She let my diabetes stay out of control. And I'm now facing a 3rd surgery. She has NO bedside manner whatsoever. I left this clinic and found new primary care provider going to NOAH WAS THE WORST MISTAKE IVE EVER MADE! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Negative experience: The receptionists are rude, not friendly, and are not welcoming. They oddly avoid eye contact and lack social skills. The rest of the medical staff make up for it.

Negative experience: Started out good 2 + years ago. Then started to get shody performance. They have you wait nearly an hour in room yet ask you to come in early. No regards for your time . Then referral s take 4-6 weeks. Then don't get it right. My(your) health is important yet they treat it . They gaslight you too like I'm stupid! Hav CKD 3...moved to CKD 4. Yet doctor said "everything is fine"?! What is she talking about. Didn't know what she was doing!!! I left there for a more experienced, caring doctor. Do Not do there. Negative experience: Had an 8:30 appt. for lab work on Friday 3/31/23 doors still locked at 8:15. No one in the office. Waited until 8:45, and doors locked No signs on front door. Must be closing. Called answering service. No help, must be in a meeting I was told, so I drove around back. No cars.

Negative experience: I did a mistake trying to schedule a Dr. appt during winter in Phoenix due to the high demand and this was the only place that had availability. now I know why. this places suffers from poor management and rude administrators that combine for a bad experience. There is always delays given patient's needs, but after waiting there for 2.5 hours, I think it might be poor staff management (for some of the wait, not all); however, when dealing with this, it doesnt help when the staff is not very helpful and just lies about waiting times (if someone told me I was going to wait 1.5 hours due to knonw delays, it would have helped other than just telling me just a few more minutes for one hour) and being rude when asked as no patient likes to feel lost. Didnt finish my visit since I didn't feel like waiting another hour for bloodwork. Just took the loss and decided to move on to a different Dr all together.

Negative experience: I am sadly leaving NOAH after almost 5 years. I want to say that Dr Jennifer Gonzalez & her nursing staff are above reproach, along with Lavina in phlebotomy. I recently went in for an appointment & had to see Dr T Klemm. She is great if you want to be told repeatedly about what symptoms you have to watch out for after a vaccine that you need to go to the hospital for, ie anaphylaxis. I asked her if she was able to see all my diagnoses & notes on my chart bc as I told her I am a very medically complex patient she stated yes she could. After that she went over my bloodwork which showed very low folate. She stated that I could “take a supplement if I wanted bc it’s water soluble” but offered to recommendations. (She stated in her notes that I Didnt state my diagnosis) she also checked both ears when asked to check my right ear Bc of trigeminal nerve pain impeding my ability to feel if I had an infection, & she was rough, which should have been a clue for me, but I was/am not feeling well. Aside from this visit, the continuing communication problems with admin staff, gatekeeping by scheduling on the main number when patients try to get urgent messages through & feelings of prejudice in the office is causing our family to leave.

Negative experience: By far one of the worst places I’ve been too ! Their service is bad the ladies in the front are straight off the bat rude… act like they don’t speak Spanish and clearly latinas !! And their lack of service is terrible do not recommend to take your kids there.

Fantastic experience: I cracked a molar on the bottom right side of my mouth and called to set up an appointment a few days later. They got me in very quickly with an emergency appointment and turns out my wisdom tooth behind my cracked molar is empacted as well, so they referred me to an oral surgeon to get them both extracted.✨ The nurses were polite and the Dr. was great! Now I’m set up for a full exam since the prev was only for the bottom right for the cracked tooth. Definitely a great choice if u have AHCCCS for insurance.
Positive experience: I went here for a behavioral counseling meeting with Susan Flower and she told me that this was not her speciality because she handles trauma patients. I still don't understand why she is a behavioral counselor and tells me that she handles trauma patients.

Fantastic experience: I love NAOH Palomino Clinic! The office is immaculate and has the convenience of an on-site lab, dental clinic and behavioral health services. Everyone there from the front desk staff to my wonderful and caring Dr. Jennifer Gonzalez M.D.is so kind and professional! Highly recomended!
Negative experience: Noah Palomino charged me for doctor visits that should not be charged to me, and they are trying to change the claim details by changing the visit and the patient to see if I fall in it and pay it. On December 23, 2020, I went to their facilities for a women's exam ($176.62) that was fully covered by my coverage detail insurance (If they don't know how to file, it is not fair to charge me). The same month we set up an appointment for my daughter a doctor appointment. At the same time, I asked if the insurance covers the doctor, and they answered that it was covered. I asked the same question a few days later to make sure that I dot need to pay for health expenses that I CANNOT cover, ending charging us $144.00 Besides all the above, I sent an email, and their response was one week after the appointment. They also charged me for a behavior assessment that I did not authorize for $271.00. The worst part is that someone from the facility called herself director on February 2021 told me they would not charge me for the doctor and behavior visits and took them from my account. The Customer service department is putting them back to the account. Now they are trying to charge me for doctor appointments made more than six months ago where I believe is not true at this moment as they had failed on prompt communication and keeping their word as was talk on February.
From what we can see your experience was not reflective of our brand. We are really sorry for that. From the moment you walk into our health center it is our responsibility to give you the best possible experience and deliver what we promised. Clearly this time around that was not the case and for that we are sincerely sorry. I am looking into the situation and taking the necessary steps to correct it going forward. Negative experience: This place has potential but the staff is very polite but clueless. They have 5 people sitting behind the counter but no one answers the phone and you will wait at least 10 minutes on hold. You are definitely not receiving the customer service you expect from Scottsdale healthcare. Nothing changes, came back for another appointment and was calling and om hold for 14 min and no answer then phone was disconnected. You apparently get a call center answering not the clinic. Very unorganized, they have more than enough staff here sitting doing nothing that can answering the phone. This is your first impression a customer gets and you are relying on a call center.
We are sad to hear we did not provide you with the best possible experience. We are constantly refining the way we do business and that is only possible thanks to candid feedback like yours. Negative experience: If you decide to use the dental services, GET A SECOND OPINION. I was told I needed deep cleanings and fillings replaced which would have meant at least 8 visits at $60 each = $480. I got a second opinion at another clinic and got a completely different evaluation. No deep cleaning necessary and my fillings are fine. One visit at the other office and I will be done versus the 8 visits of unnecessary work and pain at NOAH. This review is only for the dental service. I do not know about the rest of the medical services offered.
Negative experience: Worst place ever. Seems they only take care of colored people first. Been sitting for 2 hours just for shots.

Negative experience: This location has mismanaged nearly every prescription I have gotten through them, either by sending my pharmacy the wrong prescription or being impossible to contact for refills and/or corrections. usually both. I take one very basic medication, I can only imagine what others with greater health problems go through with them. I would strongly suggest finding another source of healthcare.

Positive experience: I’m a Medical Assistant and I can even say this is the best doctors office I’ve been to. Everyone is always so friendly. Dr. Gonzalez is great! She takes her time and really listens to you. The only thing is sometimes scheduling is a bit of hassle and getting referrals can be a little easier.
Fantastic experience: Very impressed w/ start to finish of appointment. It was our first time visiting and so many great staff members came into our room and greeted us, making us feel very welcomed. Fantastic experience: Saw Dr. Leon today, very awesome service! Probably the best physician I’ve ever seen. He was very professional, courteous and considerate. I felt 100% comfortable in his care. I would come back here specifically for him. The ladies at the front and my medical assistant were also very nice and helpful.
Negative experience: Awful service. My husband sent me here because I needed help with my hip and loss of voice. The staff assumed I did not understand English and talked very poorly about myself and another patient. The doctor I saw had me leave with Flonase and nicotine gum to treat a hurt hip and loss of voice. I was never congested, told him this and still no help .I had to ensure my new patient forms were put away securly as I watched the staff just toss them on the counter for everyone to see...major HIPPAA oops . They treat Acchess. If you have real insurance and want actual treatment....NEVER EVER CONSIDER ANY NOAH CENTER!!!!

Positive experience: The MD Ayesha Najib has been encouraging to me as Mom of a teenager. She also really listened and understood our barriers to care with schedules and day to day challenges. With that said, we also got introduced to the Behavioral Health staff. After my daughter had 7 sessions with Todd I would not recommend therapy there. It was a lot of money out of pocket for me with little to no communication or call back requests. I will continue to utilize the Medical part of the clinic though. Dell N.

Negative experience: she did not listen to my symptoms and gave me a promotional OTC medicine that she heard about a convention LAST WEEKEND super safe right? She ignored everything I told her my previous doctor was going to do amd gace me a medication for overactive bowels which is not really the issue I described but I thought "Shes the doctor, Im not, screw it." Then she proceeded to tell me she cant fill prescriptions and now I am waiting in the lobby of another psychiatric center 25 miles from my home behind a whole waiting room of people, when she made it sounds like I just had to pickup the script here. I was suppose to go back to work but now I will be here all day..... They can't fill my presciption here..so she gave me erronious information. she said she couldnt but that they could. I cant believe this. I drove 30 miles for this and back and now I still dont have what I set out for to begin with. my primary doctor has prescribed this for YEARS and refills were no problem and she works for Honorhealth just like him. Beyond disappointed. Gonna give it some thought before I go back. EVIDENTLY the snake oil she gave me is known to cause palpitations which I did experience and she did not warn me of that side effect at all. I feel like it shouldve been worth mentioning other people have experienced stroke and heart failure. I wish I was rich enough to sue for malpractice. I couldnt run as far after I took those pills and had the fast heart rate that kept lurching in my chest. You actually managed to hurt me when I was just suppose to talk to you.

Fantastic experience: This was my first check up for my kids with Dr. Najib. She and staff were wonderful they were patient with all three of my children and got everyone done and out in a timely manner. Thank you we will definitely be sticking with Noah.
Fantastic experience: My son & I recieved services here. We appreciated Dr. Trejo attention & time to tend to my son health needs and my concerns. Before my family & I relocated from the South we made Follow up appt w- Dr. Trejo for my son ER visit. He made sure we were set with no worries onto our new home.. I recommend Dr. Trejo for your children health check ups. His a great pediatrician, i highly recommend him. Also, I must mention Noelle & Zac are also great members there, I also recommend. Fantastic experience: i love the staff and the doctors. I Saw Dr Najib, she is very knowledgeable and patient with kids. We were seen on time and I did not feel rushed during the appointment. She went above and beyond to explain everything to me regarding my sons asthma. I highly recommend NOAH since they offer other services as well. <3
Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience at NOAH, especially with Dr. Ayesha Najib. She is through and knowledgeable in regards to my daughters care. If I have questions or concerns she is a reliable source for information. The offices are clean, designed well, and maintained to a high standard!
