Fantastic experience: When I first came to Gonstead, I was desperate for help. My pain level, ( in my entire back) was at a 10. It was awful. Since then, seeing Doctor John and staff, and with having decompression, I can tell you that on a bad day, the pain level has gone down to a 5, and I am only half way through my treatments! Everyone here is amazing. I feel like I am part of the family. I look forward to my appointments and seeing everyone! I recommend Gonstead to anyone in pain! I am grateful to have found them. Fantastic experience: The best doctors in Phoenix ! The spinal decompression treatment is excellent for disc problems and the adjustments have really me with my back pain.

Fantastic experience: The best treatment for low back pain from herniated bulged discs. Their spinal decompression treatment is really effective. My son's disc problem has been solved and he's back to doing everything he loves. Great doctors and staff!

Negative experience: I went to get a vitamin drip and when they started looking for a vein to put the drip in, they missed it several times and only caused me pain. Not everyone there is like that, it's just a lack of experience from the one who was there that day because the other woman who is usually there usually gets it right.

I just started this week and a complete assessment was given and he identified several areas of concern which aided in his development of a plan to help my recovery. Positive experience: I love my phlebotomist! Other than that it’s okay. Their hours of service are limited for B12 shots. Friday until 12 which was Wednesday and the hours aren’t listed. Yesterday when I checked in the other phlebotomist took the person behind me first.

Fantastic experience: Dr Timko is the most thorough and detail oriented chiropractor that I have ever had adjust me. He takes the time to get to know you and the issues that you are dealing with. Then he methodically charts a path for bringing your body back into balance. He has all of the latest therapeutic resources and tools at his fingertips including a solid understanding of naturopathic options, which I prefer. I highly recommend scheduling a visit to receive proactive and preventative care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Timko is the best chiropractor I have every had and being I my 60s, I have seen many. He is an expert in a variety of chiropractic technics and will to explain what and why he performs the way he does. Many chiropractor are slow to share ideas of self help home exercises but Dr Timko is more than happy to share. When you first walk into the office, you are greeting by 2 wonderfully nice ladies, whose smiles make you feel welcomed

They have a State of the Art decompression machine that allows the damaged discs to "breathe" and obtain necessary minerals and nutrients that are prohibited when discs are compressed. Coupled with the chiropractic treatment & adjustment during the same visit helps enhance the healing and revitalization of the damaged area. Dr. Timko is a seasoned doctor that knows how to treat and adjust his patients.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. First visit I was evaluated and set up on a program of adjustments, physical therapy, massages and vitamins. By the end of the program my issues were gone (physical ones at least ). I continue to follow up as often as I can, not as often as I should. This place is almost a one stop shop, I've had blood work followed by consultations, I.V.s and a more natural approach to health concerns, which I appreciate.

Positive experience: Grouponed a bunch of B12 shots. I've been stopping in every week for almost a year. Always quick service and very friendly. The place is always busy. Just keep in mind that they are closed for lunch until 2 pm. It's a bit of a hassle, but worth it.

Negative experience: Well, I leave you my review (my issue is lower back pain due to my job in a warehouse lifting boxes). The therapies they use are simple for the very high price of $1,800 for 6 sessions, and in those 6 sessions I didn't feel 100%. They told me I need 5 more sessions for $2,500. They are scammers, and on top of that, they don't accept insurance. They just have us do stretching therapies that one can easily do at home by watching videos on YouTube. I do not recommend this place; if you are going for pain, look for other options.

Fantastic experience: I heard about them from an ad on Facebook. The service I purchased was an IV complex B serum. The offer I bought is for the $99 serum, I only paid $39. When you are there, they give you the option to add other vitamins to your serum. I added Glutathione for its benefits. Upon arriving, they were friendly, the check-in was quick, and the doctor listened to my needs before taking me to the area where they would administer the serum. The area is comfortable and clean. The service from the nurse is good. I really liked this place and I've booked more visits. My recommendation is to pay extra for a larger serum and only go once a month. Without a doubt, I will be a new recurring client.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr.Lara for 20- 25 years. All of my kids have seen Dr. Lara as well. I'm truly blessed to have Dr. Lara as my Chiropractor.

Positive experience: Dr. Timko was knowledgeable and friendly. That being said. I signed up for the groupon deal & thought it was A great deal. Unfortunately I wasn't able to test that theory out due to my appointment being canceled 3 times. The two appointments I did have I ended up waiting over 30 minutes when I arrived 10 minutes early. No wait policy is not true. After receiving my first adjustment, I ended up waiting 3 weeks in pain only to be told the Dr. was not available. To top it off, I'm informed that they do not accept my insurance. It was Disappointing & A waste of time. The front staff are unorganized at best. If you get the shock therapy treatment be careful for the guy hooking you up to the machine just pulls your clothes without warning, very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Update to response from owner. I was never on hold and was not being transferred. Your staff was just rude so you must be referring to some one else in this "isolated incident" you are referring to. Some of the rudest front office staff I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional, rude, and ignorant. I would never trust a place like this with my health when they are that rude and incompetent over the phone. They just lost two potential clients and I will be sure to tell my Doctors office who recommended them about this behavior. Seriously what is wrong with people these days? Now 18 years later I am back for my Adjustment but am with a new Dr in the clinic named Dr Timko. Always feeling better after my adjustments. Fantastic experience: I had been in pain for the past 3 weeks. I couldn't walk without severe pain shooting down my right side. I believe this was all part of my fall back in mid October of 2019. I had been to physical therapy but only for my shoulder which also was hurt in the fall. I am a "snowbird" so trying a new chiropractor was scary as I just don't seem to relax with new Dr's. Well after my first visit and consultation with Dr John Gangemi I felt at ease, and after my 4th visit, which was on the 26th I am amazed at how he quickly realigned me and I can now walk with no limp or use of walking stick. Unfortunately, I am heading to our next destination which is Colorado and hope to continue maintenance with a good chiropractor there. If I ever make it back to Arizona I will definitely come see him again and another plus was finding out he's a firm believer in using essential oils but not just any but the same company I use :-) which is Young Living. The staff was great also in making me feel comfortable and there was never a wait for any of my appointments. Thank you all for such great and wonderful results. Barb Cargill
