Fantastic experience: The couple that owns this joint are a reason alone to pay it a visit. They are super friendly and passionate about what they do. So refreshing to meet small-business owners who care. Their protein donuts were AMAZING, and I found my self craving them throughout the week. I also LOVE that they are so so conscious about the ingredients that they put in their items. They treat their customers as they would want to be treated, and that's worth every star I could give a business.

The staff is always friendly and the shakes are absolutely delicious. They make everything from energy teas, donuts, waffles, pancakes and protein balls and everything is packed with flavor and protein! Love love love. I feel welcome and come as often as I can! As as small business owner myself, I see prices change constantly, supplies get more expensive so having a menu with static prices sometimes doesn’t serve the business well. If you have questions about ingredients or prices, all you need to do is ask. Simple as that! Support small business. Keeping our money local is vital.

If you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or focus on nutrition- this is the place to me. They also hold free workouts every morning at 7am! Vince and Tawnya are the best!

Negative experience: WARNING: this is an MLM Herbalife SCAM! Herbalife uses ingredients that are not stable & these restaurants are not regulated by the health department, because they are considered “health clubs” that is why they do not have menu prices. They consider your purchases “membership’s” to their clubs. Also notice how the inside is not visible from the street! All because they are running a SCAM business! These places have dairy, fruits, yogurts. All ingredients that you don’t want to consume when unregulated. BEWARE.

Negative experience: Loved the energy in the place but I’m lactose intolerant and asked and was told there was less than 1% dairy but there was way more than that, their shakes are almost to no flavor, chalky tasting and I have horrible cramping and horrible aching pains because of the smoothie. In addition to saying I can’t have lactose and then the employees still giving me a shake with lactose in it is horrible service.No lactose means no lactose and I stated that and the manager replied to my comment in a very rude and unprofessional way. Won’t be coming here again.

Negative experience: Where do I start...when I walked in I noticed absolutely nobody had masks on, the employees were not wearing protection and the guests did not either. I understand guests not wearing a mask because they are coming to get drinks and then leave soon after, BUT the employees have no excuse. My second issue, is that the menu they offered me to look at was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy and with no good reason..it was laminated and could easily be sanitized with a cloth. Seems like pure laziness. That’s a basic AND IMPORTANT piece of your clients experience and can easily be sanitized. My third issue, the counters, chairs, and table surfaces were visibly dirty with dirty hand marks, cup rings, a few straw wrappers. My fourth and final hangup with this place is that the owner was openly talking about his political views, in front of me, a “first timer”. It’s just not a good look or experience to hear about somebody’s political opinion while I’m guest in their establishment. The final straw for me was hearing the owner ask his wife, “oh how was your shopping experience?” The wife replies back, “well I didn’t wear my mask, and it was great.” I’m so happy to have had this experience because now I know where to avoid and I can share with others who may have illnesses, conditions, or concerns about COVID-19. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT VISIT IF YOU’RE CONCERNED ABOUT CORONAVIRUS, YOUR HEALTH, AND YOUR EXPOSURE RISK! The people behind the counter need to clean up their establishment and their workplace conversations.
