Fantastic experience: I can honestly say seeing Dr. Pearlman was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I was dealing with horrible sciatic pain. He really took the time to understand what was going on, explained everything clearly, and gave me hope when I really needed it. After just three sessions, I’m almost completely pain-free. Negative experience: If you’re someone dealing with real, long-term back issues and you’re trying to find a chiropractor who will actually investigate root causes, educate you, and work with you to build a plan — this is NOT the place. I’ve been researching my back pain for over 8 years and have seen several chiropractors. I came to Dr. Pearlman genuinely hoping to find someone more knowledgeable than me who could take a personalized, expert-level approach. What I got instead was: • A rushed, surface-level consultation that cost $59 and told me nothing I didn’t already know • A basic adjustment that felt generic, didn’t address the issues I came in for, and cost another $65 • A surprise referral to an offsite X-ray facility (which should’ve been disclosed beforehand), requiring me to drive, wait 45 minutes, and pay an additional $65 All of that — nearly $200 total — and I walked away without a single useful insight, zero plan for recovery, and the strong sense that my case wasn’t being taken seriously. When I politely brought up my concerns and asked about a partial refund, I wasn’t met with curiosity or care — I was met with defensiveness, justification, and attitude. Instead of owning any part of the experience, Dr. Pearlman went on a rant about his costs, implied I was the problem for rescheduling, and said “everyone else is fine with it.” That sealed it for me. Let me be clear: • If you’re just looking for a basic crack-and-go chiropractor, you might find what you’re looking for here. • But if you’re seeking a real musculoskeletal specialist who will listen, investigate, and help you find lasting solutions, do not waste your time or money here. I sincerely hope others like me find this review before making the same mistake.

Fantastic experience: Where do I even start!? Wow… Doctor P has quite simply changed my life for the better, and I DO NOT say that lightly. I have had off and on chiropractic care off and on since the mid 90’s due to significant tmj and super tense, head, neck, upper back and shoulder areas. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Pearlman since this summer and man…as a former athlete/ football player I cant express how helpful he’s been in helping me feel better & sleep better. When I first came in, my hips & lower back were bad shape and I had been using an insert for almost 20 years. Fantastic experience: If you want a Chiropractor who gives you the same generic adjustment every time then this place might not be for you...BUT if you want a Chiropractor who cares to focus on your individual problem and attack the focal point of the pain or discomfort then this is the right place for you!! Dr. Pearlman is the first Chiropractor I've been too that truly tries to pinpoint the cause of my chronic back pain and focus how to help me. He is heavy on the science of what causes the pain in our joints and what is the best way to remediate it. If there is a cool new tool in the industry or new technique, odds are Dr. Pearlman has it or is reading into it. Also, he will go down a rabbit hole with you any day of the week to explain why this technique or adjustment is helping this specific area of the body haha. Not only is he knowledgeable, he is very easy to talk to and passionate about his job. He takes pride in what he does and improving the well being of his patients. Would highly recommend anyone who needs a Chiropractor or is having chronic pain to come see Dr. Pearlman. He will no doubt take care of you and do everything in his power to help relieve any pain and discomfort you might be having.

He has stopped a few of my awful migraines with adjustments and of course fixed my back and neck pain. He and his wife Jen are the real deal. They focus on holistic care. I love that they don’t just try to put “bandaids” on symptoms. They look at the body as a whole and work to get to the root of the problem. Utilizing things like real nutrition. Fantastic experience: At first I hesitated, but my husband has been getting adjustments for a while and highly recommended Paramount Chiropractor & Wellness. I've been receiving adjustments for about 1 month and I've noticed great improvements with my sciatica and back pain. The staff is super friendly, and their dog, Dr. Axel keeps you entertained while waiting.

Fantastic experience: After visiting the ER and getting no answers for my back pain that was radiating into my chest, I was very concerned and after taking a decision upon my self, after being told I should see a cardiologist, I decided to see Dr. Pearlman. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Amanda, she was so kind and then meeting Mr. Pearlman himself. I instantly bonded with him, he’s a really cool guy and very intelligent. After telling him my issues, he then concentrated on where my pain was located, he popped my back, neck and ears, it wasn’t 2 hours later, the pain in my chest started to disappear and now a week later, it’s gone. I also had really bad TMJ pain on the right side of my neck/head and he even managed to help relieve that. I highly recommend Dr. Pearlman and I will be back. Thank you guys. ♥️

Fantastic experience: I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother-in-law.... She's been experiencing pain for years caused by a pinched nerve in her neck. She tried several other chiropractors and had taken shots in order to find relief. The best and most consistent treatment she's ever received is by Dr Pearlman. She has traveled over 5 hours from Odessa over the past year and a half in order to receive treatment from this facility. The doctor and staff are knowledgeable, and the doctor truly cares about your well-being. He will take the time to listen and form a plan that will undoubtedly help with any pain. Fantastic experience: I am currently a college student in UTD and i tend to have a lot of headaches throughout the week. I’ve numerous solutions online but nothing worked. I decided to Paramount a shot and it was a decision I will never regret. Amanda, who is in the front desk, always puts a smile on my face and has such a kind heart. She always brightens my day as soon as I walk in. Not only do I get greeted by Amanda, I also get greeted by the cutest dog ever. Fantastic experience: Amazing relief! Dr. Pearlman always tailors my adjustments to my body and my pain. My back and neck have found relief that I haven’t had in years. I came in with electric shock-like stabbing in my neck, a constant ache in my lower back, and ribs poking at me. He has healed me so well and quickly. In less than a month my lower back pain is just gone and my ribs are back in their proper place. My neck hasn’t had a shock since my first adjustment. Love love love Dr. Pearlman! Fantastic experience: Dr. Pearlman has been the BEST chiropractor I've ever visited in my life, by an order of magnitude. He and his crew are the nicest people, they listen, and they assessed my case perfectly. He is the first doctor to finally get proper x-rays for my case, and used them to accurately diagnose the proper treatment for my individual issues. In only 3 visits I feel like I have gotten so much quality of life back. And I am confident that with more time and the occasional visit I will be able to maintain that quality. Dr. Pearlman explained everything clearly and was willing to answer any questions I had as well as listen to any information I gave that might help with my personal situation. He gave me great follow up exercises to help strengthen my problem areas so that the work he did on me was maintained. Fantastic experience: Yoni has helped me understand and "fix" my lower back and hip issues that I've suffered for years from overuse in athletics. While these issues will never be "fixed", he's helped me understand and develop routines that have given me back most of the movement in my hips, helped provide assistance with at home routines to resolve some of my lingering issues, and, finally, he's always been very personable, reasonable, and professional. I greatly appreciate Dr. Pearlman's assistance and support! The only unfortunate thing about this is that I was asked to relocate for my career down to Austin, so I had to leave Dr. Pearlman's trusted oversight.

Fantastic experience: When I first starting having back issues I visited several Chiropractors to get different opinions, Paramount is the only one I trust, they do not just pop your back and hope for the best. Dr. Pearlman takes a personalized approach following the Gonstead system which is I have found to be the most effective in helping my back pain. I suffered from multiple curves in my idiopathic scolosis and with Dr. Pearlmans care and oversight I have been able to pretty much eliminate all pain and discomfort in movement. At my worst I was not able to do squats or deadlifts safely without my back seizing up but now I can do heavy weight and have no discomfort or injury. His pricing is also very affordable and generally he goes over the allotted time to give you the best care you can every appointment. Highly recommend them for any chiropractor needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pearlman, is the only chiropractor that has actually fixed my lower back. Let me explain. 3 years ago, I injured my lower back. I saw a few different chiropractors that made it feel better when it would act up and ache/hurt. One day it gave out, and I couldn’t stand up. After 30 min. I went straight to his office and he had me feeling much better but not 100%. I could walk and stand. Over the course of the next 3 days, I saw him every day, I was better than before. It was as if I hadn’t injured myself in the first place. If you want to solve your problem then I suggest seeing this guy.

Fantastic experience: Yoni is a very well-versed chiropractor. Using specific visuals and knowledge to inform his patients on exactly what is the root to their pain, is a huge plus sign for me. Tips on how to maintain adjustments, relief and other lifestyle changes have been spot on and I’ve noticed a difference in how I feel day to day when dealing with a L5/S1 herniation. Fantastic experience: Such an amazing experience. When training for my marathon, I had an issue with my lower back. After going to paramount a couple of times, I was able to get completely back to my normal routine! 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have a herniated disc in my neck and lower back, due to an accident, and the Chiro practor that I was referred to for my accident didn't do full in depth adjustments, and didn't do anything for my pain, so I researched Paramount Chiropractic, and I saw a YouTube video of Dr. Pearlman and what he does as far as the full adjustments, that I was looking for. On the first day I went for my assessment Dr. Pearlman and his staff were very nice, and Dr. Pearlman seemed like he really cared about my injuries, and the pain I was having. Let me tell you Dr. Pearlman didn't disappoint. Half of my pain was gone on the first day, and my back is getting better each time I go to Dr. Pearlman. I highly recommend him!!!! He's my Chiropractor for life!

They often experience back pain since they are hard on their bodies. It’s nice to know that when we visit Dr Pearlman they are going to feel as good as new! My 18 year old says his office is her favorite place to be! Fantastic experience: Went in to see Dr. Pearlman for lower back pain, that I had never felt before, my pain was bothering me for over a week. I struggled to get out of bed and get dressed in the mornings for work. My work progress slowed heavily, but that changed once I got my x-ray. Dr. Pearlman educated me on my situation, and he set out a course of action. After my initial visit, I felt relief. He gave me some morning routine exercises, and now I am about 4 visits in, and the pain is almost gone. My experience at his office has been great. If you're in pain, why wait any longer. Fantastic experience: My 74 year old aunt hurt herself at work and for 2 1/2 months dealt with the excruciating pain while her doctors said there was nothing wrong and just gave her pain pills. After I heard that I took her to see Dr. Yoni the next day and in just 3 adjustments within 2 weeks she is upright and walking great! She wished she made the visit sooner. Fantastic experience: I am really not the one to leave reviews, but I have to with Dr. Pearlman. I was in desperate need of a second opinion. Saturday I started feeling a numbing sensation from neck to head and by Sunday it got worse. I had Mid back pain, hip was hurting and of course my neck area. I searched around for a Chiro Doctor that would be more thorough than the one that I was already seeing. The previous Chiro I had seen 5 times in the past three weeks and I felt like I was getting worse than better. I felt like she was playing a guessing game. The numbing in my neck and head came two days after seeing my previous Chiro. I started to go into a panic and I was starting to think maybe my neck issues was something a lot worse. I started making plans to go see a Neurologist and to get an MRI done, but before this I prayed that all I needed was a better Chiropractor. I found Dr. Pearlman on YouTube after seeing several videos of Chiros being so hands on with patience which was something my Chiro was definitely not doing. After Searching on YouTube for Chiro’s in Dallas I bumped into Dr. Pearlman and noticed that he was being hands on with patience so I decided to book an appointment. I was so happy I did!! He gave me more info about X-rays than my other Chiro. He went into details and took his time with me. Had me walk around the room and was visually looking at my back and feeling for pain. I almost wanted to cry after the numbing and tension went away from neck. My previous chiro was seeing me in excessive and did not even get to the root of the problem. I was suffering from neck issues for the past 3 weeks without any real help. Dr. Pearlman explained that he definitely does not recommend seeing a chiro so many times for the condition that I was in. I thank God that my problem was not something more serious!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pearlman has been heaven sent for me. I went to countless adjustments to my prior chiro before, during and after my pregnancy— and nothing helped my back aches (except for the following 2-3 hours post adjustment). I finally looked into someone who followed the Gonstead method. After days of searching high and low, I found this guy! I walked in not expecting much of a change with my back, but definitely walked in with an open mind. At this point, I couldn’t remember what a nights’ rest was because of my back aches. After my first couple of visits I found myself able to go back to do the things I love to do such as workout. The migraines cleared up by the 3rd visit. Fantastic experience: If you are having sciatic pain, herniated disc, radiating pain, can’t stand up straight because of the pain, can’t pick up your kids because of the pain, trouble sleeping at night because of the pain, or even just normal neck pain, Dr. Pearlman is the DOCTOR you need! After endless months of doctors telling me that I will never be able to get back up from bed and I needed surgery and a wheelchair because of my herniated disc, I was introduced to Dr. Pearlman that was able to prove all odds and helped pick me up back to my own two feet with absolutely no pain. I have to say that Dr. Pearlman gave not only my life back but he also gave my daughter her dad back. I am now able to pick her up, play with her and be her dad. I’ll say this much, Dr.Pearlman saved my life. He gave me hope and a second chance in life. What’s most important is that I keep going every other week just to keep my spine align and help in preventing another episode of intolerance debilitating pain. If I can give this Doc a 10/5 recommendation, I would. Y’all go and see what Doctor Pearlman go do for y’all. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Jonathan Pearlman since he was an intern at his chiropractic school. Ive been suffering with vertigo for a few weeks . I've been getting multiple chiropractic adjustments with no help and until Dr. Pearlman found the cause of my vertigo and after few adjustments my vertigo was gone. Dr. Pearlman is very detail with his examinations and 5/5 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: My 4 year old and I began going to Dr. Pearlman during his internship. I was going for hip pain and my daughter was going for her allergies. I was absolutely amazed at how thorough he was. He asked us questions that even our PCP hadn’t asked. He’d done TONS of research on the best way to treat my daughter and explained his plan to me in detail. Before treatment, my daughter was taking allergy medicine twice a day and sleeping with a humidifier and a purifier running. After a couple adjustments, she was only needing allergy meds once a day and she was sleeping WAY better. She also stopped complaining about headaches. My hip had been bothering me off and on since I had my daughter. After examining me and doing x-rays, he told me what he felt was wrong and began treatment. After about 3 weeks I was able to stand for my entire shift at work without pain and I hadn’t been able to do that previously. I highly recommend Dr. Pearlman to anyone. He is patient, thorough and extremely knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I went in to see Dr. Pearlman over elbow pain that wouldn’t go away for over a year even after being seen by other chiropractors. I wasn’t too sure if it would go away, but after a couple of visits in a month, the pain was completely gone. For all the ladies, I also mentioned to him that i suffered from painful menstrual cycle. He explained that adjusting the spine can correct areas of problem associated with the organs that cause menstrual pain and took care of it as well. Within a couple of visits, i no longer have to take pain medication for cramps monthly and can finally enjoy those days pain free!!! Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Pearlman by one of my friends although I was seeing another Chiropractor at that time, I decided to give him a try because I was still having migraines. Just within a couple of sessions, I felt immediate relief and noticed that my adjustments were sustaining much-much longer.
