Fantastic experience: I am a competitive 80 kg strongman who competes at the world level “OSG”. For almost two years now I have been coming to Dr. Chukhman, to access my physical state and to receive adjustments and treatments to injuries. During my second year going to “OSG” I injured my back during training. It was during that time I had only a few weeks to qualify for the show, I made several appointments for Dr. Chukhman to work on my back. You can imagine how over the moon I was being able to qualify for worlds and leave the contest with no more injuries. It was from that point forward I have made every effort to see him when I could, but most especially before a major show, or even during a high peaking phase of my training. Every time I receive an adjustment I feel my body being able to heal from all of the heavy stress I put it through. Fantastic experience: Dr.Z was fantastic, he explained all the different procces I had to do in a clear and calm manner. The staff was very patient to accommodate my schedule into giving me an appointment. They explained all the exercises for my rehab. I truly felt a positive difference in my daily activities. Throughout the vists, I became more active. Dr. Z was attintive to all my concerns and brought positive/uplifting energy. The front desk staff welcomed me cheerfully every morning. I also had my daughter, and she enjoyed it. She said it helped her be more flexible in sports. It was an all rounded amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: Had bad shoulder pain, tingling arm that would go numb and lose power. I could not even ride my bike anymore. That is when I visited Dr Z. Diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in my neck, bone on bone. Dr Z worked his magic and I am glad to report I am back to 100 percent. Fantastic experience: The staff and Dr. Z are amazing. very friendly and have a passion for helping people. I was involved in a car accident and was referred here by my attorney. They made the situation so much better and even helped correct problems i had been having well before the accident ever happened. You can tell everyone here has a genuine passion for what they do. I can even say I was a little saddened when I was able to “graduate” from my PT. They even left me with the knowledge of exercises I can do at home to continue my recovery. The only chiropractor I would recommend to anyone who needs it for any reason.

Fantastic experience: First time I have truly felt relief with Chiropractic care. Dr. Z put together a great protocol for me and I am finally pain free. I highly recommend their Chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Z and his staff are all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! I came in with lower back pain. During the treatment and adjustments, I realized I actually had neck and upper back pain too. It's just the pain had been there for so long that I didn't even realize it or pay much attention to it. After the full treatment, 30 sessions I believe, I do see significant improvements to my back pain. What to expect from my personal experience: As a new patient they took my x-rays on the first day and analyzed them with me there. They adjusted my back on the first day I believe. Approximately $150 I believe. Then 2-3 visits/adjustments every week until 30 visits. Then I was released to maintenance. Approximately $50 per visit as of 9/27/2023, so you have an idea of what to expect cost-wise. On one of the first few visits/adjustments they had a physical therapist (Sergio) show me some rehab exercises to do on my own. These exercises were very helpful and useful in my opinion, and if you do go with Dr. Z, I suggest you do them! Typical visit/adjustment: Sign in (<1 minute), get on a rolling table thing and it basically "rolling pins" your back for lack of better description haha (~15 minutes). It feels nice in my opinion (and I'm sure there is a reason that benefits your back), and there is adjustable heat and pressure (ask the staff for more or less heat and/or rolling pin pressure) . Wait for ~5-10 minutes for my turn (there's a TV with Steve Harvey or something of that sort playing). Adjustment ~5-10 minutes. Schedule next appointment (~2 minutes). Random thing: There are beverage refreshments like tea, coffee, water, I believe. Sometimes I got Dr. Z and sometimes Erica (hopefully I spelled her name right haha). Both adjust well in my opinion. Erica adjusts "softer" (like less aggressively) than Dr. Z, generally speaking, but overall I wouldn't be worried about getting one or the other. That's it for my review, I tried to be as honest/objective as possible. Hopefully you find this review helpful to you! I spent a lot of time on it, so hopefully it helps you!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had nerve issues on my right side for years and finally decided to see Dr Z and team. Those nerve issues were caused by herniated discs from poor lifestyle choices and working at a desk constantly. After diagnostics and going through decompression therapy with lifestyle/exercise coaching, those issues are nearly gone now. The staff here is great to work worth and a pleasure to talk to every visit!

Fantastic experience: I'm officially a believer in chiro after getting adjusted by Dr Z at Alignright. Multiple injuries during my teen/20s lead to minor chronic pain last 10 years with my neck, back and shoulder. After just the first adjustment, I felt like new & pain was gone for months! Fantastic experience: I went to DRZ with a lot of sciatica pain and he immediately put me on decompression for my back and physical therapy. For more than 3 years I’ve been having waist problems that I can’t be able to stand well but Doctor Z with the help of God I can walk well now, and they have a reasonable price. My acute pain was gone within a week and has not returned based on Dr. Z’s treatment and recommended lifestyle changes. Fantastic experience: Super sweet people!!! They have a rehab center that patients can use, a coffee machine in the waiting room, and an awesome taste in music! Plus, I never wait too long after arriving for my appointment, it usually takes about 30 minutes or less for the whole appointment :) As for how effective they are: I came in with some really awful back and neck pain, and I felt better almost immediatly after my first visit. Dr. Z is great at what he does!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Dallas for work. My Neck, upper and lower back have been really giving me problems for over 5 years. I’ve seen doctors, physical therapists and even got some acupuncture done. The best solution i found was getting adjusted and decompressed (Needs a special machine) so when i looked into finding a new doctor to help fix me up, i made sure to look for decompression. I didn’t know the name of the machine at the time but i found AlignRight having it! Dr Z, Sona, Armi and Mina are all super great! Very welcoming and genuine people who you don’t to interact with as much anymore these days! Dr Z is a straight shooter who wants to ensure you’re leaving each session feeling better then you walked in. Sona and Dr Z help you with the Rehab and without that going along with the treatment. I don’t think i would feel well enough to be able to run 5 miles and golf in the mornings again. My sleep improved so much as well and my neck feels a lot better. I 110% reccomend them for any Neck, back, Shoulder issues you may have. Very respectful people doing their best to make sure you are back to being well & heathy again!

Fantastic experience: Very new to the world of chiropractic care, also was some what a skeptic as I’ve heard them described as “witch doctors” and such, and really never felt a need/desire to seek out an assessment. However, this all changed after a mild work injury became significantly more problematic after failing to adhere to doctors/restrictions. Any whoo, I was broken for 2 days but then fixed back up after 2 days thanks to meds and chiropractic care. The docs and staff are great people and will take time with you to explain potential sources of injury or misalignment, their respective impact on body and potential treatment plans often incorporating PT/ rehab, at home exercises and stretches that will really help. Additionally, for those of us adverse to popping and cracking, they can be super gentle and caring to ensure you are comfortable through every stage of treatment. Beyond proving relief from pain, they’ll also be really helpful in correcting posture and alignment issues that you may have never noticed or noticed and never really thought too much about correcting. So dual focus on more immediate relief and long term improvements for a double win. Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with so much pain for 40 years and went to 12 different doctors and no one could help me. I decided to give it one last chance and it was the best decision I ever made. I am a complicated case but they have given me my life back. Fantastic experience: I was in a car wreck a decade ago. Positive to have had whiplash. Laid immobile for 6 weeks. The last thing I was concerned with was my back and neck. Fast forward a few years. I had my very first interaction with a chiropractor. He was amazing. Unfortunately, I couldn't talk him into moving with me to Texas, so I have been looking for his doppelganger in the professional sense. He is here. I have gone to other chiro's who lined me and sent me on my way. Like my old chiro, he did the most thorough work up I have had since I transplanted in 2006. Because he was able to see with his own eyes, he was able to determine a plan for care. We started with neck decompression followed by alignment. We are now into lumbar decompression followed by alignment. My issue is long going and will plague me for years to come. I was given therapy to ensure muscles support the spine. From neck to glutes and abs, simple not too strenuous exercises geared to make sure you do them because they are not too difficult or time consuming. The work is just right. I am half way through my treatment plan and although I am still experiencing pain, it has been literally years since I have felt this good. I am able to do things I have not enjoyed for such a long time. The clinic works along side of physical therapy, which is really what is needed to get people not just getting better, but staying better. They interact with other health professionals to help you become the best, strongest version of you. The staff is fantabulous as well. It is a small place. Call it a mom and pop clinic as both husband an wife (who also has a medical background) make this place happen. You cannot go wrong. If nothing else, give them a try. I think they are the best in this area. I am so relieved, as I have worried about this for years.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Z and staff have without a doubt changed my well being. I’ve been a courier at Fedex for years. The back pain I’ve experienced daily from such strenuous work, I figured would be something I’d have to live with forever. First time checking in, the friendly and helpful staff welcomed me in, and Dr. Z analyzed the best course of action. From the first alignment, to every session since, I felt less and less pain. Fantastic experience: This is one of the best chiropractic places I've ever been too! The staff is super friendly and personable. Dr. Z really cares and takes the time to discuss your issue with you. The care/treatment is personalized to you. My neck is a bit straight and compressed, so I get decompression every time before getting adjusted. But everyone gets what is needed for them. I'm also supposed to do exercises at home (or machines/props are available at the office to do them), and I lay on the denneroll at home (you gotta lay on the denneroll!!!). So it's a great overall comprehensive treatment. Sometimes there is some wait time, depending on how busy they are, but it's worth it, and again, they always care and try their best. They really are the best, so give AlignRight Chiropractic a try!

Fantastic experience: I am an ex-Yelp elite who does not write reviews for just any business unless they have made a meaningful and significant impact. I am pleased to come out of my review retirement for Dr. Z and his crew (Tammy and Sonia). I found Dr. Z on Yelp early this month. Chronic spine issues from a motor vehicle accident got the best of me and I could not roll out of bed due to a stiff neck, back, hips, shoulders, the major joints. I have long been skeptical about the efficacy of Chiropractic treatment and the cost was always prohibitive. But I was desperate. The first treatment, I could walk without a big limp that accompanied me when I wobbled into the clinic. Second treatment, I told Dr. Z he has hands of God (healing hands) and he is definitely an amazing healer. He did not recommend treatments that would break my bank and kept it minimal in terms of interventions, which my wallet really appreciated. I was started on their standard rehab exercise program to strengthen my core and correct my terrible neck posture. Not only that but his treatment and rehab program taught me the value in manual manipulation to break up scar tissue and adhesions around my spine, as well as continued movement and striving for strength that complements flexibility. I will miss Dr. Z and his team once I leave Dallas but I hope to find someone with his healing hands soon. Highly recommended, if you can grab a morning appointment that is when he is not as busy but expect a wait when you get there since he is very popular, especially in the evenings. While the clinic does not operate exactly on time, that is just a testament to the amount of care and attention Dr. Z gives each of his patients. I'd much prefer to wait rather than have a hurried provider get me in and out like certain "drive through" franchise chiropractors out there!
