Fantastic experience: I bring both of my sons to Dr Pickle, they love him! He is very personable, takes his time with us each visit, and is very good with both of my boys. Excellent excellent doctor I cannot recommend him enough.

Negative experience: If you are planning to bring your child here as a new patient, don’t even bother because they’re picky. What insurance you have she’s a child one year old they don’t aloud Medicaid, which is stupid doesn’t make any sense when they accept other Insurance or money out of your pocket Felt like they didn’t even care or even try to take new children .

Fantastic experience: I am not one to go to the doctor often. My little ones had been sick for too long and so I felt like they needed to be seen. We had a great experience. The nurses and doctors were very easy to talk to, kind to my children and I, answered all of our questions, and gave us the care we needed (not rushed I might add)! I now feel like we are on a quicker path toward wellness! Thank you!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this practice! Not a single text message or email reminder about upcoming appointment and the next day, after i missed it, they email AND text that they missed us and say to “please refer to your next billing statement for applicable fees added per our no show policy. Three missed appointments in a 12-month period will result in discharge from our practices.” SO you’re gonna bill me for failing to show up but you failing to remind me of your appointment is OK?! SERIOUSLY?!! Is this a BUSINESS? Way to treat your PATIENTS Also last appointment, which happened HALF A YEAR AGO, PA asked me if my 23 months old speaks in sentences and when i say she only says phrases the PA diagnosis speech disability and refers to speech therapy! Really strange. Do you profit from sending babies to therapy’s? Keep your healthy babies away from this practice— they’ll make up a diagnosis where there’s none! My baby talks just fine without any therapy.

Dr.Sabrina was so attentive and listened to my concerns for my daughter. Even the nurses were sweet and playful and made drawing blood for my 6year old smooth. Fantastic experience: I have always had a good experience at this office! Usually very quick, today we were in and out in under 30 mins. Dr. Smith does a great job listening, being conversational, and asking good questions. She has always respected our own opinion on topics, and I have never received a negative reaction or any reaction at all if we decided to pass on a certain vaccine or procedure. I really appreciate this office! The nurses also do a great job making the unpleasant parts as quick as they can.

Fantastic experience: We love Parkside. They have taken great care of our children. When my third child was in the NICU, they called daily-a doctor did- to check on us. They also had a doctor come to the hospital to check and examine our child.

Fantastic experience: Nurse Robin & Dr. Smith were so fantastic today. They went above and beyond to ensure our newborn (and me & my husband!) were taken care of. I’m so glad we chose this practice, I have truly never had a better doctor’s office experience.

Fantastic experience: Our son has been going to Parkside since he was an infant (he is 4 now) and hands down the best!! We saw another practice where we use to live and they were suppose to be the best but Parkside surpasses them 100 times. Dr. Pickle has always made plenty time to listen and ask us lots of questions to really understand our son. Having someone who can meet you as a doctor, parent, and a person, words are not able to express my gratitude. Being a parent is hard and having a system of professionals who really listen and understand that not every child fits a certain mold is invaluable!

I HATE when doctor offices don’t value your time and I haven’t had that concern here. Dr Blazina is very kind and attentive and even called us after hours to check on my son after our “urgent” visit. Very pleased!

Positive experience: We love Dr. Pickell. He's always given the best advice & truly cares about my kids. He's even squeezed in a kid, although they didn't have an appt with their sibling. The only thing I don't like about this location is how we have to walk all the way around to the front, no matter what the weather is outside. Carrying babies in the rain with an umbrella is already hard. If it weren't for that, I'd give this office 5 stars.

Negative experience: We have had the most incompetent doctors throughout the four and half years we have been with parkside and we are done. Because of their lack of actual doctoring we have had to take my now 5 year old son to two different specialists and two different surgical procedures. The last specialist we had to go to was very confused about how we ended up there and basically said our drs were idiots. Needless to say we are needing a new doctor for our kids.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr.Pickell! We drive an hour to see him! He always spends so much time in the room with us and answers any questions we may have. He was our Dr in the hospital when our daughter was born. We knew then we wanted to stick with him! We have another Parkside office that is only 10 to 15 minutes away, but since he's not there we travel.

Fantastic experience: The ladies at Parkside Pediatrics are incredible. They are so patient, calm and caring to my baby girl. The time that the doctor and nurses take with us during visits is amazing, they really listen to your concerns and questions. We are very lucky to go here.

Fantastic experience: We've only had 2 visits so far. However, the staff is welcoming, clean facility. The doctor really rook the time to answer any questions I had and seemed to care. They respected my decision to not vaccinate and didn't pressure me. They handle my baby so gently and we've been in and out at both visits. So far, I'm very pleased with this pediatrician!

Fantastic experience: We have seen Dr. Pickell since our daughter was born. He was the doctor who seen her in the hospital 5 years ago. He is kind, offers gis opinion and never makes me feel silly or inadquet. Every Dr. Or NP we have seen at parkside have been the same way. They are kind, loving, and treat us with respect and patience! Will forever recommend Parkside- Greer.

Fantastic experience: I’ve called the nurse line a couple of times over the years to ask a question. It’s a recoding where you leave a message and someone is supposed to call you back, they actually call you back within 10-15 mins! You can tell the health of your child is important to them because they make your child their priority. Dr. Nutz is my sons primary doctor and I couldn’t ask for better. She listens to your concerns and gives you advice without rushing you out the door. She is extremely knowledgeable and so kind. I highly recommend Parkside Pediatrics, the entire staff is wonderful.

We NEVER feel rushed, and always feel like she has a genuine love for what she does! They have always been able to get us seen on the same day for sick visits as long as we are flexible in which office we visit. We have been happy with the support staff as well. I 100% recommend Parkside and Dr. Nutz!

Negative experience: We got a last second cancellation today. My wife tried to call to reschedule and her call was dropped 3 times while waiting 15 minutes or longer. After nearly 2 hours of trying to reach them we were told they couldn’t see us until APRIL!! So my son should have his 9 month checkup after his first birthday?!?

Negative experience: TLDR; I absolutely would not recommend Parkside. Especially for new parents. Nothing but a pain. I’ve given Parkside 10 months to prove themselves and have gotten nothing but disappointment. They let my child go undiagnosed with RSV for days, only instructing me to feed her. Then, once I self diagnosed my child with a severe case of tongue and lip tie, it took over 3 weeks to get a referral sent to a feeding therapist. Then another 3 weeks plus to get a referral sent to the dentist. I call multiple times to speak to “the referral specialist”, leave numerous voicemails and have never received a call back. I’m currently trying to get a referral for PT and still- no call back after 5 days of calling and leaving voicemails, and at different times each day. On top of all this I have voiced concerns for my child’s motor development and have asked for activities, exercises, positions, anything- to help aid in development and have gotten the same answer from every pediatrician at Parkside, “just play and read”. Another red flag I noticed, when my child was having a reaction to formula and we asked about switching (as recommended by our feeding therapist), I asked for any kind of advice on ingredients to look for or to avoid or a recommendation on a new kind to try and the pediatrician had nothing to offer. I have tried 3 different Parkside locations, multiple Parkside pediatricians, and I’m just done.

Negative experience: lackadaisical all that needs to be said. Can't get in touch with anyone in the office. Leave message after message and never get called back! But if you call and press the number for billing their all over it! I will be finding new pediatric care.

Fantastic experience: The staff and doctors are so great. They make the visits as smooth as possible for my kids. Dr Pickell has a very gentle manner when dealing with my kids and they always seem to be calm which eases some stress. I appreciate all their hard work.

Negative experience: There are two things that are of utmost importance to me: my son and my time. I have a 4 month old son and I take off of work to make sure that he gets the appointments and anything that he needs. Today I drove 2 hours and 47 minutes to have an appointment at the Greer location today. ( This is only relevant becuase his records had not, at that time been sent, for his appointment earlier in the week by his new pediatric office. So he could not be seen there.) I called 30 minutes before my anticipated arrival time to make sure he would still be seen and or reschedule his appointment. I was reassured that he would still be seen and to check in when I arrived. I arrived at 11:15 am, checked in by 11:17 am, then waited outside for 18 minutes before being called by a nurse saying that my son could not be seen because our check in time was beyond the 15 minute policy and that she was sorry. Look, save me nonsense because It does not reconcile this issue at hand. I am highly upset and will recommend this specific office because of their lack of communication skills and with the current climate of the world, communication is primitive.

Positive experience: The doctor insulted us by saying how we were wrong about how we were wanting to vaccinate our children , telling us we were wrong for only getting ones we thought were necessary

Fantastic experience: We are absolutely loving Parkside! My son had his one month check up today and the lady that saw him was amazing! She answered all of my questions and took the time to actually get to know her patient and his family instead of rushing in and out like I have seen in the past with my other children at a different practice. They were willing to discuss concerns that I have and they provided me with ample information to read over to help ease my mind.
