Negative experience: I had 6 barbed threads for my turkey neck 2 months ago. At the time I was told I would see immediate results and that I might need a couple of smooth threads after to really button it up. I see NO difference. $2000. and major disappointment. I did not expect a "facelift" but I was told I would see a good improvement. The first picture is today.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place. I’ve came here last year with the greatest injector she was super sweet and patient so I thought why not come a second time. I was mistaken the most recent time I came the injector in my opinion did not do the best to her abilities. She injected me in less than one minute (not taking the time to ensure 100%) and it shows. My lips are very much uneven and to add on I specifically asked for my bottom lip to be larger than the top to which she relied “I know what I can do that’s how they’re supposed to be anyway” and here we are with my top lip almost bigger than my bottom lip. And my bottom lip is not proportional the left side is visible smaller than the right side. Overall disappointing since the team doesn’t want to resolve this issue. The injector should have taken her time which would have probably prevented uneven lips. Reply to their reply: Curious as to what Bianca you guys spoke to because the last person I SPOKE to was the receptionist on thursday so when exactly did we discus the options ? And to add on I would never agree to come in saturday due to the fact that I work at 10 am -8 pm so again very unprofessional on the teams part outing me out to be a “liar”

Negative experience: I didn't have a good experience with the service at this clinic, I had some laser and botox treatments. I saw 2 different laser professionals. the first professional laser she was good. The 2 • Hanna laser professionals are neither professional nor friendly and need to improve their application technique. I have already had laser treatment in other clinics where I obtained excellent results with some sessions where I know when the person applies it and makes good use of the machine. She always used little gel and barely spread the gel, in the parts that didn't have gel the machine became extremely hot, impossible not to feel great discomfort. I always said that, but she ignored it. Some parts she would touch the device to the skin, others would barely touch the skin with the device, keeping her distance and failing to apply it to some areas and I would observe and say that I hadn't done it in that area and she would ignore it and say that she had done it. . The botox was done a few months ago, the technique used by the professional didn't work, I came back with the same lines and used the same amount of botox in another clinic and got an excellent result.

It is a fantastic wonderful procedure I waited all this time to give my review because I wanted it to finish my complete 8 sessions I could not. Happier!!! This is a small FAMILY-owned business and they are the most amazing Loving FAMILY I truly feel blessed that I met them. Fantastic experience: Thoroughly enjoyed the Dermal Facial at Pure Benefits provided by Kaitlin. My skin is still glowing since I had this facial 3 days ago. Kaitlin meticulously exfoliated my skin and then infused fresh skin with healthy nutrients leaving a clean, dewy finish. I highly recommended this experience and cannot wait to do it again.

Negative experience: I purchased a Groupon for Botox, which was probably my first mistake. Dottie was the injector for my Botox. The first minute in the room was spent with her telling me that they don’t put Botox in the DOA muscle at the bottom of your mouth. When you put Botox in that area, it softens the marionette lines. I have been getting Botox in the DOA muscle for years. So she didn’t wanna do it but she did it and she didn’t put it in the right area so who the hell knows what’s going to happen once this takes effect. I’ll probably wind up looking like the joker. She then proceeded to inject my forehead and around my eyes, which I will say what is the most painful injections of Botox I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been getting 20 years. When I got home I sent an email to the owners but as of yet, I have not received a reply. I guess it doesn’t matter because I was just somebody who bought a Groupon but it’s all good because I’ll never go back. And I don’t recommend this place at all. Looks like I’m not the only one that had a bad experience with Dottie as I read the reviews. Beware go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I am truly grateful to have found this amazing family business and I feel the best is yet to come as they grow! For me this has become a one stop shop for health and wellness! Not only does the staff actually care (how refreshing) they are really good at what they do! I have had incredible results with the wellness side they seem to really be ramping up! I have also had great results with Lazer my unwanted hair is literally disappearing. Can't believe I ended up getting my first facial but I must admit my skin feels/ looks amazing. I always end my visits with their full body redlight therapy that has me leaving feeling so much better! Pure Benefits definitely has my business Ps absolutely love the massive patriotic tree in the front room!

Negative experience: I had the worst experience here! I got Botox injections from Dottie and it was so painful. She hit a nerve in my forehead which I suspected right away from the intense pain. Her technique is very fast and heavy handed. After the injections, I ended up getting a headache that would not go away. Constant headache All. Day. Every. Day for over a week. I ended up having to go to a neurologist to get a lidocaine nerve block and a Toradol shot. Buyer beware! I bought a Groupon and regret it. If I would’ve just spent an extra $150 to go somewhere more reputable I would have avoided the pain, anxiety, and additional money I spent to see a neurologist. A sidenote, their customer service is terrible. The receptionist is dismissive. I asked for a call from the manager or owner three different times with no one reaching out to me.

As I know for a fact that other then my significant other, many clients have had a rude and disrespectful service specially coming from that of the owner. Tip for the owner, I and any other business owner know that customer service is key to success to a business, I would try applying that if I where you I would hate to see such a heavy set asking for change on the side of Scottsdale Rd. Fantastic experience: I shopped around for a spa that offered IPL for my sensitive skin. Having Roscea, I frequently get laser to manage the redness. Pure Benefits is a real find. The atmosphere is clean. And the staff were welcoming and informative about the laser and what would happen. My results have been wonderful. My skin is glowing and any dark spots are gone. Jenna Arancibia was my aesthetician and laser specialist. She made me feel comfortable and was very thorough in doing the laser. Her professional and friendly style put me at ease. I couldn’t be more thrilled with results. Thanks Jenna!

My Lips, especially that night I was sending Selfies to al my friends and they could not get over the difference it made to my appearance. The Nurse, Shelly called me and asked me how I was feeling and if I had any concerns. I told her just one, I couldn't stop staring into the Mirror at my Lips, while I was driving. LOL

The review I saw previously said something about watered down products when I know for a fact that they get their products fresh out of the box and use them same day of. They always go above and beyond for customer satisfaction and always ensure safety and following protocol. They are always investing in the newest innovative products in order to improve their customers’ experiences and extend their levels of care. The Lindsey girl that commented with poor reviews has been known to causes scenes at numerous medspas all over Arizona. I have nothing but good things to say about this medspa and to Lindsey, defamation and character assassination is not an appropriate reaction to get you further in your own business and in networking with businesses.

Fantastic experience: If you think about getting your lips done go to Shelly! She’s amazing I was super scared about it being painful but it didn’t hurt at all and I love the results. I won’t be going anywhere else besides pure Benefits. It’s a beautiful salon with an amazing staff.

Negative experience: I really wanted to like this place, the prices were great and the staff was always wonderful in person (except once when I called to reschedule the man on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful!) however I paid for 8 treatments and was only given 7 (I assume some confusion with the one I had to reschedule) and would have paid to do touch ups however I’ve barely seen any results from 7 treatments. That seems very odd so I will be finding a different salon moving forward.

Fantastic experience: Good place to go for Lacer or facial treatment. Is quite important for me to know and feel I are and in good hands to solve my facial or Lacer treatment need and this place offered me this. I highly recommend Kaitlin for any treatment. In my experience, she is really professional, but what I like the most about her is that I can do all my treatment with her, facial or Lacer. I always go back home with I smile in my face after having my treatment with her.

Negative experience: I simply parked in front of this place to speak to my mother who was in the drive through about visiting the stores around due to being from out of town. I was verbally attacked by the shop owner who verbally abused me as well as called the police for parking out front for less than a minute to step out and have a conversation. I highly suggest that no one shops or supports this business it’s a poor reflection of the state and Scottsdale. It makes me very sad that people are willing to treat others this way. Not to mention it appeared this treatment was due to not having the same ethnicity as them!

I found their location when I was going through Groupon and I saw they had an amazing deal for laser hair removal (which I had been wanting to do for a long time). I called the location and set up an appointment and they were very thorough explanation that eased any concerns that I had prior to my appointment. Kaitlin is so professional and fun to talk to during my appointments. Furthermore, she is always following every safety procedure to ensure that my visit will be pleasant and amazing. I am always excited to go back! Natalie was the first RN that I didn’t feel was just trying to sell me more product and seemed educated on how to properly treat every individual. Negative experience: Had some laser treatment done. Saw 3 different laser professionals. Everything was fine but the room was rarely clean and I felt like they didn’t clean in between patients. The front office staff has a high turnover rate and they aren’t professional or friendly. Kay said she would call me back within a week regarding treatment and when I called in 2 weeks later I got the manager and she wasn’t friendly. Brooklyn and Kaitlyn are both great with customer service but overall I didn’t have a good experience. Mind you I referred 3 other patients to this office and all 3 didn’t have a good experience either.

Fantastic experience: The people and staff here are very friendly, warm and are extremely knowledgeable about anything health and beauty. I initially came in for B12/MIC injections and will now be returning for vitamin IV’s from the doctor. My next venture will be one of their great facial treatments. Great products and atmosphere! Negative experience: Messed up my face, and my 28 units of Botox didn’t work at all. (Months later I paid less than half the price at Allure MedSpa in Scottsdale and 10 units worked.) Had a bumpy forehead for three days. Emailed them about it with no response. Called and was told, “Yeah we don’t check those you should have called.” Booked another appointment (thinking they wanted to make it right.) They told me that it did work, but they lost my before photos so we couldn’t compare. I HAD FULL MOVEMENT. So it was this delusional conversation, with the most uncaring woman I’ve ever spoken to. They said I wouldn’t get a refund, but they would give me a small discount if I BOUGHT the Botox again. A complete waste of $250. Response to the below comment: You must be confusing me with another person who had a terrible experience, because what you're saying is not at all in line with what happened. You might not know what happened fully, since you stayed in your office and refused to speak with me. Saying I had results is a blatant lie.

Fantastic experience: So far I have only done their custom spray tans, but I absolutely LOVE everything about this place. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that makes you feel like part of their family. Facility is super cute and clean. Every time I have gotten a tan here, I get tons of compliments about the color and how natural it looks. I am looking forward to trying their other services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Negative experience: Four months ago I went here for injections for varicose veins. There was no improvement so upon my second visit she aggresively injected one area on the inside of my knee. To make a very long story short, and about $1,000.00 in medical bills later, starting with my regular doctor who said the area had actually been killed off, than to a plastic surgeon who cleaned out dead skin and sent me to a wound doctor, who also cleaned out more dead skin.....I still have a hole in my leg. I would think the very least they could do is refund my initial $800.00 for injectinos that not only did nothing to relieve the problem but left me with more issues than before. (I have had injections in the past at a doctors office and they worked perfectly so I am not sure what was used.) They have ignored my letter regarding this issue so it seems clear they do not stand behind their procedures and I would highly warn anyone from going here for the same.

Fantastic experience: I’D GIVE YOU 10 STARS AFTER SEEING HOW YOU HANDLED THIS SITUATION WHILE WAITING FOR MY FACIAL TO BEGIN. Last Saturday was my first time to visit this wonderful little slice of paradise. I was scheduled for my first Mini Facial and Dermaplaning of the 3 Session that I purchased online with Groupon. I must say my first experience here was exemplary. I was greeted by Brooklyn, the one who would perform my facial and Kathy, the laser technician. When I walked in both were extremely friendly and made everyone that came in feel very comfortable and welcomed. It appears that they offer a very broad range of services but have a limited laser service that is only good for some skin types. Kathy had a client come in for a consultation for a laser treatment while I was waiting for my appointment to begin. I witnessed Kathy taking a lot of time with this client and trying to explain to the client that her answers on the laser assessment questionnaire showed that the laser treatment they offered would put her at high risk of burning and causing permanent damage to her skin. Each client seeking laser treatments are required to fill out the assessment form before the clinic can determine if the laser services would be safe for the clients skin type. I also had to fill out this form. Every clinic requires this to assess the safety of the procedure the client is wanting. Pure Benefit Aesthetics staff was very kind and compassionate to Arizona Dragons wife (see his review below.) After the client left her husband (Arizona Dragon) called and accused them as being racist. ARIZONA DRAGON THAT WAS NOT THE CASE HERE….I WITNESSED THE ENTIRE SITUATION AS I WAS ANOTHER CLIENT WAITING FOR MY APPOINTMENT TO BEGIN during your wife’s consultation. How sad that so many want to misuse the race card today. ...Unfortunately, the ARIZONA DRAGON (REVIEW) turned this into a very ugly event that left staff and other customers feeling sad and upset that this husband either misunderstood their sincere intentions to PROTECT HIS WIFE FROM IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE IF THEY HAD PERFORMED THE LASER TREATMENT ON HER, REGARDLESS OF HER SKIN COLOR. HOW DO YOU GET RACISM OUT OF SAFETY PROTECTION? What an unnecessary event and oh, so painful for the staff to be falsely accused of being racist! You could see how devastated each of the staff felt by this unfounded accusation! INSTEAD OF RECEIVING A CALL OF THANKS FROM THE "ARIZONA DRAGON" FOR PURE BENEFITS PROTECTING HIS WIFE, he chose to hurt the company by placing a 1 STAR review and falsely accusing them of racism. I am truly sorry that unfair and ungrateful people exist like this in the world. I hope that ARIZONA DRAGON sees my review and reconsiders his thought process for now and the future and offers an apology to this establishment for his unfair judgement and removes his review. I look forward to returning to this precious professional clinic and suggest that you give it a try too. It was a wonderful experience regardless of the one customer who misjudged this fine family owned business. Many other clients left extremely happy and another client, who also was not a candidate for this laser treatment, was grateful to them for letting her know that her skin could be damaged by the laser and was refunded her money immediately. It is all in the way you chose to hear what someone is trying to relay to you for your own safety. WHY WOULD ANY CUSTOMER WANT TO GO FORWARD WITH THE LASER TREATMENT IF IT WOULD CAUSE THEM DAMAGE?.... And then want to harm the company by giving them a 1 Star Review. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of getting my first laser hair removal treatment on my legs at Pure Benefits with Kathy. Kathy made sure to go through a thorough consultation to make sure my safety and comfort was put first. She was the kindest soul and made me feel so welcome and at ease. My experience could not have been better. I will continue to get all of my treatment here & would highly recommend to everyone!

Negative experience: Well, I was very disappointed to find out my wife was not white enough to get service there. I bought my wife a package for her birthday. She was very happy, but she was told by one of their staff that she was not white enough (keep in mind that my wife I light skinned) for them to provide the service. My wife called me after her initial appointment appointment and told me about her experience. I couldn’t believe it, so I contacted the office myself and was told by the same lady that they couldn’t do the work on my wife because she was not white enough. According to her, their machine is only designed for white or very light skinned people. She was nice to give my wife the names of other places that might do the treatment though. Places like Laser Hair institute and Simply Laser because She could get way better prices there. I would have given them 0 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: My technician, Kathy, was not only very friendly, but paid close attention to detail and was extremely informative. The owner was very personable and easy to talk to. Definitely going back. I already scheduled an appointment for an additional service later this week.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express enough how phenomenal this place is. Not only are the owners incredible and EXTREMELY professional, but THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Which is VERY hard to find in a city where there are so many "med-spa's" popping up and you don't know which one to trust. Well, YOU CAN TRUST THIS PLACE. I literally fly FROM NYC to get my IPL done by Kaitlyn. She is that incredible, I do not let anyone else touch my face and my skin looks the best it ever has in years. As a former Miss Arizona USA, this is my go-to place...and if you want to look amazing and receive quality treatment/experience, then I suggest it be yours as well.

Positive experience: Okay so I want to give this place 5 stars because they are so sweet and awesome but I have to say this was the only time Ive ever experienced Botox just not working at all. She seemed to administer it correctly so I don’t know why it simply didn’t do anything, and I had to go elsewhere after and that injection worked just fine.., so maybe they had a bad batch here? Not really sure... I would go back if not for that.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience with Kay and her daughter! This family owned business is not only professional but personable! Kaitlyn did an AMAZING job on my spray tan and I do not have ONE streak or missed area! The color is gorgeous and natural and she made me feel so comfortable! To top it off it was only $14 with the current Groupon but normally ONLY $24!! I am now a loyal customer!
