Negative experience: The girl at the counter really didn't seem to want me to enter in my phone number because her reason was that I wouldn't get many points from my purchase that was about $14 even though I'm a pro member. After I left the control cookies that I bought are less than a month away from expiring and they tasted awful. I had to throw everything away and they weren't even discounted like they should usually be when they're close to expiring but these had a funny chemical taste to them and I've bought this product many times even though they technically weren't expired yet it's less than 30 days and no one should be eating them. I've been in the business myself and this is an excusable you can get somebody sick

Negative experience: Anybody here? Came here and saw “back in 5 min” sign. Stood here for about 5 minutes and a woman walked out and got in her car and left. Continued to stand here for another 15 minutes thinking someone would eventually come and open the door but nope. Also, the “back in 5 min” sign is still up! Why leave the sign up if it’s not true?

Negative experience: Unfortunately I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but whoever was working the store just a few minutes ago today was kind of a jerk. First, I listened to him try and sell me on a product which I politely declined. But when I said yes to sampling the product, he questioned me by saying “Well you seem pretty set. I just don’t want to waste a sample on you.” Then when paying for my product, I asked if I had any points on my gnc account and was told no. What a surprise when I look at my receipt and see there was $15 worth of points before the transaction was completed. I usually go to the Quarry location but went to this one out of convenience. Won’t be making that mistake again.

Fantastic experience: I have never stepped foot in a GNC. I had zero knowledge of supplements. I explained Jonathan kinda what I was looking for. He explained the product in detail. He asked me questions about my activity level and current nutrition to better help me. I found a great product that fit my needs and tastes amazing. I initially came in intimidated and overwhelmed by the large selection of products. Jonathan was very friendly and made the whole experience a welcoming one.

Been awhile since I’ve shopped for any supplements/vitamins, but these guys made sure to take care of any questions/concerns I had. Will be back soon for their restock shipment.

Fantastic experience: Wow probably one of the most best experiences I've ever had at a GNC store the store manager was so helpful and full of knowledge and he directed me towards exactly what I needed It wasn't even about trying to make a sale it was more about targeting what my health goal. My favorite part was he knew what an average intake should be on alot of things and totally help pick the best choice for me I'm totally coming back again!

Negative experience: I called this location, asking if they would honor a sale price from the GNC website, to keep myself from wasting a trip. After being assured that if it was on their website, it would be in their system, I took a trip over there to get the product quicker than if it was shipped. The man who helped me was the same one from the phone, and, after grabbing the product and scanning it, asked me to see the sale. I showed him and he tells me he is going to call his manager/store owner(?). After about 5 mins of deliberation, he informs me they won't honor the GNC website sale price and there's nothing else they can do. I turn to leave and couldn't help but laugh since there are signs plastered everywhere reading "Price Match Guarantee" and "100% Satisfaction Guarantee". Suffice to say I just ordered it online but about an hour later than if he would have been more diligent over the phone. That's the only time I will be stepping foot in this store. Do what you will with this information.

Fantastic experience: This is the best GNC I’ve ever been to. I purchased some things from a GNC not too far from this location. The products that I purchased did not agree with my blood pressure issues. Johnathan off the rip knew that those products weren’t right for me and gave me some awesome recommendations. He was very knowledgeable!

Fantastic experience: Went in to buy some BCAAs that I always buy from other GNCs. The general manager asked if he can recommend a different brand. Very knowledgeable guy and he even explained he has a MA which relates to nutrition. I followed his recommendation and the product was great. It was by far the better buy. I will be shopping here more often.

He leads me in the right direction on products that are key to my success. He mentioned that he is going for high education in Exercise Science which is great for the business he does.
