Fantastic experience: I had my baby girl on march 31,2025. The day I come home from the hospital they called to schedule her newborn appointment the next morning. They are so nice and quick. She 11 days old and we found a lump on her shoulder so I called them today and they got her appointment today @3pm. They are very nice and helpful. I love parkside. 10/10 recommend them to anyone who has a baby

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love Parkside! We have 3 kids, and consistently have positive experiences with all of them. They always fit us in when we need them, they always respond and help us out if we need them during after-hours or when we are out of town, the doctors (we generally see Dr. Roemmich) always take their time with us. We never feel rushed! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I hate to say it but this place isn't the same anymore. I tried to make appointments before the new year and they couldn't even get me one for the next day or the week after! Saying they can't see that far ahead and they can't see my 6 yea rold and 3 year old in the same day. Now they can? I had a dr appointment for them both as there super sick and I need a school note for my 6 year old and they made it for the wrong place! I can't drive over a 1 two 2 hours for a dr appointment. Now I have to pay a fine because they couldn't do there job.

Fantastic experience: We came to Parkside HBR to get my 15 month old daughter's arm checked out/ x-rayed after she fell from a high surface. SWEET Tatum came in to say hello and gave my daughter her jacket to cover up with while we waited for x-ray, which by the way took no time at all with the absolute best x-ray tech Lindsay. She was gentle and cared for my daughter as if she would have done her own. The entire staff did. Dr. Roemmich got us taken care of and had us referred to ortho immediately. I received a phone call before I even arrived home to have her scheduled to be seen. Very pleased with my experience especially on the parent/patient side of Parkside Peds. Love you guys! Thank you for always taking such good care of my family!

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Roemmich and all the staff at Parkside Pediatrics-Harrison Bridge Road. We didn’t have a wait, they had coloring pages and crayons ready for the kids, and the nurses were extra sweet when both my kiddos had to get tested. Bringing sick kids in is hard and having a doctors office that understands this and helps every step of the way is a blessing. We are so thankful for Parkside

Fantastic experience: My 14 month old has been going here since birth. She typically sees Dr. Roemmich or Caroline Hart, both are very patient and caring with my daughter and with me. I always leave feeling like they have listened to and addressed all of my concerns during both routine well checks and sick visits.

Fantastic experience: We love Parkside! Have been seeing Dr Mercer for 9 years. She is so attentive, kind, flexible, and detail-oriented. She cares about more than the whole patient - she also cares about the whole family. Thank you, Dr Mercer!

Negative experience: The doctor is nice and knowledgeable, front desk is nice, my problem lies with the on call nurses. I had a concerning medical issue with my 9 month old baby. We recieved a voicemail back advising we needed to pay our $85 bill that was outstanding on the account and wouln't provide us with any information until we do. I have never had told to me by any doctor that I owed bills to as they are supposed to help. $85 isn't that large of an outstanding bill to not provide advice on my babies medical problem. Will be switching to another Pediatric place.

Fantastic experience: We have been here 3 times so far with our newborn and I cannot brag about Parkside enough! Extremely thorough and the staff throughout the building is kind, patient, and attentive. Professional care and manners. They go above and beyond!

Positive experience: I've been taking my son here for over 16 years (starting at the Five Forks location). Each location has excellent staff and doctors. Unfortunately, it is painfully slow to call with a question for a nurse or doctor and receive an answer (or for them to, occasionally, remember the question originally asked) in less than 48 hours.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Roemmich and we love Parkside! He is so calm and thorough in all visits and circumstances. He always gives us a great care plan going forward for anything going on in my teenager’s life

Fantastic experience: I use Parkside for all 4 of my kids and have seen several providers there over the years. It’s always been a great experience. My teenagers especially love Caroline Hart. We typically favor Todd Roemich for my 2 yr old twins. But overall I’ve had no bad experience with anyone and would definitely recommend them.

Negative experience: Nice and friendly staff, but in the 2 years I’ve taken my children here I’ve never been able to get them in for a sick appointment the same day. Never. They never have appointments for when your child is actually sick. I’ve never been to an any doctor, pediatrician or otherwise that is habitually unable to see you when you’re sick. This past week I called at 1130 to make a sick visit for my child and they were booked up that day and wouldn’t make appointments for the next until 330 or to call back at 730AM. If this was the first time I’d heard that I’d deal with it, but after 2 years I’m done. Getting your child in when they’re sick shouldn’t come down to which parent can call the office earliest.

Negative experience: This place is an absolute joke. Our daughter (almost 2) has been going there since she was born. In August they tried to bill us as having insurance when my wife told them we were self pay. It took them forever to finally get it fixed and we paid it. Every other time we've taken her there my wife has tried to pay and they either say their systems or down or we have to call the billing department. My wife has worked at doctors offices for years and this is the only place we've ever seen that does this. Every time she calls the billing department they won't answer the phone, won't return our calls. They can't even tell us how much self pay rates are, unlike every other doctor out there, just telling us it depends on how it's billed. We won't be going back. We're going to take our daughter to a doctor with clear self pay rates that will actually take payment at the time of visit

Fantastic experience: I really appreciated the fact that the nurse talked my daughter through the process step by step so she was prepared and knew what to expect. Dr Goldsmith was awesome too!

Fantastic experience: We made an appointment, but when we got there they couldn't find my child's appointment or the one that I have a month later for the other child. They fit is in, and made an appointment for my other child for the next month. The doctor we saw was super nice & we had a great experience! Since then we have been seeing Will for years! He is amazing with our kids, and always super attentive.

Fantastic experience: Parkside is very professional and patient with their clients!!! They take the time to listen to the parents….. most doctor offices don’t do that!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Roemmich at the Harrison Bridge location has been my children's doctor for the past decade. He listens to the parents and children and addresses concerns with the children's best interest and health first! We have seen a few other doctors at Parkside for last minute sick visits and all are wonderful! The front desk are always kind and helpful.

Positive experience: Overall: we really liked this location and it’s staff a lot, but we were there for over an hour and my toddler was not a fan of waiting that long. Pros: they got us in for a same day sick appointment eventhough we’re established at another Parkside location. The facility is convenient and clean, and the staff is friendly and caring. You can tell they like working with kids. Cons: it took forever to see the doctor. We weren’t called back until almost half an hour after our appointment time. There were people who were taken back and also left in the time we waited. The nurse warned us that the doctor was running behind and offered snacks but it took another half an hour for her to come in. My toddler (who missed nap) became very tired and I was a bit frustrated.

Negative experience: Sat in a stuffy room for an hour with zero communication about what was going on. Extremely frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Jennie did an amazing job with Liam-he immediately felt safe with her checking his ears even though he was hurting! So great! Thank you for helping him feel better!!!

Fantastic experience: We joined Parkside when we moved to Greenville a year ago and have only had good experiences! My first appointment there was a 1 week newborn checkup and door-to-door, it only took 20mins! Dr Roemmich diagnosed my 4yo's transient synovitis when nobody else could figure it out, and the entire staff is so pleasant and will bend over backwards to help. It did take a long time to transfer records and get set up as new patients, but that is literally the only downside I've found. So far, excellent experience.

Negative experience: The doctors are ok, but the front desk staff, has terrible customer skills.

Fantastic experience: My babies and I all love Parkside and their staff. They are responsive, attentive, caring, and efficient. We see Will Robinson, NP at the Harrison Bridge office and we love him like family. All the staff has been great to us and make my children's visits as quick and enjoyable as possible.

Fantastic experience: Parkside saved my sanity! I had a very difficult newborn; he had reflux, difficulty sleeping, and difficulty feeding. The nurse line at Parkside answered all my calls promptly every time. They were full of the best advice, regardless of the hour of the day. Our physician is a rockstar! He always listens to our concerns and is full of helpful advice. My son is now 18 months old and thriving thanks to the advice end guidance of Parkside!

Fantastic experience: Marci, our nurse today at Harrison Bridge was AMAZING!!! She went over and beyond to help my boys not be scared of our visit.

Fantastic experience: Never fail to satisfy my family's needs! I've been to multiple locations and have received excellent and personalized care from all locations for my children. Harrison Bridge road happens to be my top pick. Aside from proximity to my home, the team here is super attentive to what the children want/need.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Parkside pediatrics has been very positive. They are efficient and we have never had to wait terribly long. Their facilities are clean and comfortable. Most important our doctors have always taken time to answer our questions and also take time to chat with our child. All staff interactions have been nothing but kind and considerate.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience at any of the Parkside Pediatric.

Negative experience: The practice is probably great if you have little ones with no moderate or major health issues. It’s not the case for my daughter. Their computer system doesn’t have access to Prisma’s system where our specialists are so they can only go off what I’m reporting which leaves a ton of gaps in the information they’re using to treat my daughter. I’m questioning that we’re receiving adequate care. Last year we took our daughter in who was ill and they sent her home with instructions to stay hydrated, etc. etc. We felt like this wasn’t right. We ended up messaging with one of our daughters specialists who promptly admitted her and she was in the hospital for almost a week. Parkside had just let us go home. Also poor follow through and communication. Yesterday I was told a prescription would be called in and that test results would be available on the app. None of this happened. I have ptsd from being caller 40, etc.when I call…my record high was caller 76! Using the app to communicate has been a fail. I made an appointment and waited for the confirmation call I was supposed to receive…and nothing. I’ve yet to chat in real time with anyone. It’s a gimmicky way of just leaving a message. I really appreciate the same day availability and evening hours, but really question the care and their systems.

Fantastic experience: We have always had an excellent experience at Parkside. All the providers, nurses, and staff are caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. Wait times are minimal and we can always seem to get a last minute appointment when my children are sick.

Negative experience: Lady in the front is super rude and not helpful I used to come to this location because it was close to me, but decided to switch to the one in Greenville they are more helpful and the doctors there actually take their time with the kids .

Fantastic experience: They always take the time to really listen to my concerns and to my son's 10,000 question and comments . This is a great group of doctors that really care.

Negative experience: 1 star is too much. They have grown way too big and do not provide adequate care for their patients. Jennifer Goldsmith was grossly negligent in her “care” for my son. If she had done her job then and not do it more thoroughly now my son could’ve been spared a surgery. Never once has she apologized even. Please find someone who actually checks children the way they are supposed to and trained to do as admitted by her and Dr Dukes who is a medical director who doesn’t even remember to do a chart review or call back about it. They simply do not care and don’t provide correct care for their patients.

Negative experience: Inconsistent doctors, have rescheduled my son's appointment multiple times, and wait until the day of appointments to cancel.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the staff and Dr. Mercer! She is on top of everything. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. I feel confident in her present treatment and any future treatments for my children.

Grandma took her but dr Mercer took the time to call me during the appt to discuss things with me Love the group of drs, nurses and staff!! We’ve been going to Parkside for probably 12 yrs now and couldn’t imagine taking my kids anywhere else

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend Parkside and all of the staff! We recently relocated to the area, and of course pediatric care is huge decision. I am so thankful I decided to go with Parkside. They have become family to myself and our children!

Negative experience: I'm giving a one star because this "chain" of doctors offices have entirely too many patients from what I can gather. Every time I call to book an appointment there is a long line of callers and I sit on the phone for at least 30 minutes (even if it's to pay a bill). When I go online to make an appointment I can never find a same day and you have to search by each location. I spend entirely TOO MUCH time trying to get anything done here including giving them my money! My advice is if you like to get a decent response time and same day appointment for sick child - don't go through this Company Parkside Pediactrics. I am changing doctors after calling today to set an appointment and having 42 callers ahead of me!! Only to not be able to find a location on their not so handy online appointment setting system to have to chat with someone and have the system delayed. Only appointment for today was 7:15 this evening. Not Happy!

Fantastic experience: Great office overall…but Will Robinson, he’s awesome. My son has been coming here since he was born and I ask for Will every time.

Fantastic experience: I can only speak from my wife and I's personal experience here. We have taken our daughter here since she was born and have never had a bad experience. We have seen multiple doctors at this location and have never had a bad thing to say. Our daughter can be overly dramatic when it comes to dentists or doctors, so having the staff make her feel a little more comfortable before they start checkups is everything. Being first time parents, the on call nurse has been a lifeline for us. We gladly stand by our choice for them to be our Pediatrician.

Negative experience: Office is beautiful and clean. Love the bubble machine for distraction after injections. Providers are friendly and no issues with well child visits. Unfortunately, any time I try to call I’m always on the phone for 30-60mins just for a call center to answer. Then you wait another hour for a nurse to call you back. Once I was caller 46, got all the way to 1 and was disconnected. Had to start the whole process over. After possible allergic reaction, the RN was going to talk to the provider and call me back. I was never called back & had to call them again. You would think a possible allergic reaction of a child that was just seen for a sick visit the morning before would be cause for concern, but I was rudely told that the providers are “too busy seeing patients” to answer my questions and I should continue to give the medication despite my concerns or all she could do was schedule me appointment for the next day. Sadly it seems as they are taking on way too many patients and it is showing in their patient care.

Negative experience: Nice place, nice people but I think their medical knowledge is limited. After years of my daughter going there, I was the one that brought to their attention that perhaps my daughter wasn't just shy, but had Selective Mutism. I don't think they had even heard of it! Even after being diagnosed, they never suggested any therapy, or came up with any plan to address it. Wasted so many years. Thankfully, we recently moved to a state where medical professionals are top notch and they have actually heard of it and have conducted testing, they are setting up therapy, etc. Note to doctors/nurses: In all your getting, get understanding. There are more issues with kids out there besides ADD and ADHD. They didn't even SUGGEST any kind of testing. SMH. Glad to have found help now.

Negative experience: Been taking my children here for a long time but not anymore. They never have an opening available and u never see the same “doctor”. It’s always a different person and there is lack of experience. They want u to take ur child to the ER for things they must not be qualified to diagnose like Bell’s palsy. What a waste of time!!

Fantastic experience: The friendliest staff and Doctors!!

Positive experience: I like the doctors everyone is always nice but everytime i go i have to wait a very long time even with an appointment my sons last appointment i was there a total of 2 hours its ridiculous!!! I went today and was in waiting room for 35 mintues before i was told that there was a delay and i would have to wait longer!!! I ended up leaving.

Positive experience: LOVE the doctors and care my son receives here. Very clean, and they get us in and out. They listen to my concerns and take me seriously rather than brushing me off as an overly concerned parent. ***Would have given 5 stars, but the red headed receptionist has the nastiest attitude. Of course she has the typical sorority girl speech pattern (squeaky voice, and every word is drawn out twice as long), but when I was asked about the copay I told her I didn't have it, and I asked how much was on the account now. She told me how much and asked me again if I had to copay for today and I said no. Then she sort of chuckled and said "Weeelllll...when are we going to get it?" and I told her I didn't know. She then asked me "Well are you going to pay...or...?" I just looked at her and responded with "I said I didn't know when" and turned around and walked out. Of course the bill will be paid!!! But you never have any clue what the parents coming in your office are facing or how sick their child is or how many medical bills that child racks up a month. Lose the attitude ma'am, and don't treat people like they're a joke because you think $40 is easy to come up with, especially not in the middle of a lobby with plenty of other parents watching/listening.

Negative experience: The doctors and staff are super nice but the logistics and communication is very terrible at this location. They didn't get the information correct and asked the same questions every visit for 3 days straight meaning they have have wrote the information down. Second one doctor would say one thing and the next doctor the following day would say something different. Lastly, they didn't have records of checking out a machine which I had for ine day but was charged for 5 days of usage and the doctor didn't know I had the machine when I returned i . This location can learn from the other offices.

Fantastic experience: I have five sons and we love Dr. Will Robinson. To be honest all of the doctors are wonderful. Easy to schedule appointments and the have walk-in hours Minday-Friday

Fantastic experience: Great facility and health care

Positive experience: Doctors are great. Just don’t try to call them. Every time I call it takes 20 minutes just to get an answer. I was on hold. Said I was caller number 9 got down to 3 then somehow it got back up to 6 very annoying.

Fantastic experience: As a parent, I couldn't ask for a better group of doctors and nurses to help keep my children well. My twins have been patients at Parkside for more than six years. We have our favorites, but the entire operation is top notch.

Fantastic experience: Charise, our nurse practitioner is absolutely fantastic with the kids. She is professional, and explains everything to the kids so they know what is going on. There are plenty of distractions with cartoons and bubbles so shots are never a problem.
