Fantastic experience: I needed an extra extraordinary Physio (Cody) that was also going to be my step by step trainer for rehabilitation and strength and Benessair is a one stop shop. It's everything I need, it feels so private and personal with a really dynamic team of people that make me feel like a VIP in my own self care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Carrie and her fabulous team have made such a wonderful and significant difference in my life and health care. The personal touch of a concierge DR is immense! From the moment I walk into Benessair the always happy Sophia and Mary greet me and make me feel right at home. Kelsey is ready to help with any appointments and visit details…(and they all make delicious and nutritious shakes)! If I need an IV boost, Sarrah is always there to help me get back on my feet. Nick C. runs my HBO treatments and is always there for a joke and laugh! Cody in PT is on top of my health/pain and is beyond knowledgeable-as a tell him “he is fixing me!” I am so grateful for this phenomenal group of people!

Fantastic experience: When I go to Benesssair Mary and Sophia at the front desk always greet me with a smile and brighten my day! Dr Carrie and Nurse Sarrah make my health their number one priority on my road to recovery after having back surgery, they are so knowledgeable. When I go for the Hyperbaric chamber Nick and Adam always take good care of me and make sure I'm comfortable. Update these pics are 9 days post-op I feel great and getting around much better. Fantastic experience: We have been taking our son to Benessair for hyperbaric oxygen treatments and PT to help rehab a back injury. The entire staff is amazing and the facility is top notch. Sophia, Kasey, Nick and Mary at the front desk always have a smile on their face and are so welcoming and accommodating. My son’s hyperbaric operator Nick is very professional and takes great care of him while he is in the chamber. His PT Cody is very knowledgeable and is giving him tools to help with functional movement to help rehab his back injury. We are so impressed with Benessair and the detailed care they have given our son!

Fantastic experience: I feel so blessed to have discovered Benassair and all the wonderful people who work there — including Sophia (who charmed me into purchasing a 3 month package), the 2 Nicks, sweet Mary, Carrie, Cesar, and the others. I always look forward to my 20-minute session of Red Light therapy 3 times a week, and I am starting to feel the benefits in my bones and joints especially. Fantastic experience: What a beautiful healing kind place. From the minute we walked in the door, Sophia and Nick were so kind and helpful at the front desk. Sophia rushed to hold the door for us and help my husband inside the lobby. She offered healthy homemade smoothies or coffee. Nick and Adam are amazing running the oxygen chambers. My husband started the therapy in a wheelchair after surgery and now is walking with a walker. Our surgeon insisted on my husband coming here immediately after he got home from the hospital. Fantastic experience: I’ve been living the good life here for over a year now and it has been a fantastic overall experience. Carrie knows what she’s doing assembling her team. I’ve had awesome experiences across the board and have worked closely with Cody to improve my overall strength and health. He has tailored a workout program for me that has improved my performance at work as a professional golfer. Both him and Alyssa know their stuff and make workouts feel less like work and give me confidence I’m doing positive things with my effort not just spinning my wheels. Fantastic experience: I am very pleased that I found this place. Came recommended by my doctor and wife. I enrolled for the January hyperbaric special program and I am going 5 days a week. What a difference in my pain level in my wrists, neck and back. I look forward to going - every one is very welcoming and friendly - when you step in the door you are greeted by either Sophia, Nick or occasionally Alyssa - with a warm welcoming. Your first meeting before hyperbaric is with Dr. Bodinko who checks you out to make sure you are a candidate to use hyperbaric (this is very reassuring) and then once you are cleared onto to the very capable Hyperbaric techs Adam, Nick and Toby. Once you have been there you feel like family. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Hyperbaric therapy is enhancing my recovery from a recent microdiscectomy. I am not utilizing any pain medications, including NSAIDs, and I am walking without difficulty less than 1 week postoperatively. The service an professionalism at Benessair is top tier. Fantastic experience: Life changing experience for me! A good friend suggested this HBO for me after recent ortho surgery, and I tried it. Dr.Bodinko has created a great clinic, including rehabilitation With a gym, massage therapists, Hyperbaric oxygen chamber, IV therapy, and Photo bio modulation therapy. Fantastic experience: Was introduced to hyperbaric therapy as part of recovery from an unexpected health incident; had never considered it before, might even have called me a skeptic. With their professionalism, expertise, and patience, the hyperbaric team at Benessair -- Toby, Adam, Nick -- erased all of my hesitation from my very first session. The benefits are obvious, and I can't imagine engaging hyperbaric treatment anywhere but Benessair Health thanks to those who are guiding me through it. And scheduling with Sophia and the Benessair frontline personnel is easy; they totally understand clients with hectic business and personal schedules. All around, it's a great experience; unlike some health services, I never dread having to make time for Benessair.

Fantastic experience: Charlie is the best masseuse in the in the world. I go in there with muscle tightness and lots of pain, and leave feeling revitalized. Have had many deep tissue massages, Charlie's cannot be beat.

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving hyberbaric chamber treatment pre and post for my knee. Think it's been 7 sessions to date. I received PRP injections to knee on 10/30 and hyberpariac was recomended to help with recovery. The facility is very professional from when you first meet Dr. Carrie Bordinko for a pre chamber check out to the smiling receptionist Sophia. The experience has been very relaxing. The hyperbariac Tech Adam goes beyond making you feel relaxed, comfortable and in a safe environment That also goes for Nick who I understand is studying to become a hyperbariac tech - in addition to being an EMT. I will definitely continue.

Fantastic experience: Around the middle of October 2023, I started having shoulder pain that was radiating down my arm and into my hand. For approximately 5 weeks, the pain in my shoulder was constant and I also developed shooting pins and needles down my arm which caused my pointer and thumb to develop numbness. Needless to say, I was going to stop at nothing to get it figured out and fixed. I was turned onto Benessair Health by my Integrated Spine physician Dr. Ashu Goyle. I couldn't be happier. I have never been in a Hyperbaric Chamber so I wasn't sure if I would feel any reduction in shoulder pain or if the tingling would subside at all. Upon entering Benessair Health, I was greeted by Alyssa and Nick and asked how they could help. I explained why I was there and given a tour of the facility and detailed explanations for all the amenities offered by Alyssa. There are a lot of options at Benessair, from personal training to vitamin iv's to massage therapy, all tailored around health and wellness. This put any hesitations I had at rest and made me feel comfortable purchasing a 10 pack of Hyperbaric Chamber sessions. When I arrived at Benessair the day of my first HBOT session, Sophia smiled and said hello . I believe great customer service goes a long way, especially in concierge medicine. Sophia makes the day a very happy one because of her kindness and willingness to help in any way she can. If you are having a tough day, after talking with Sophia, your day will turn around. She is the perfect person to be at the entrance to Benessair because I always feel like a better person after talking with her. Before my first HBOT session, Dr. Bordinko, who is a MD and founder of Benessair, spoke with me about what I should expect, took my vitals and answered any questions I had. The Hyperbaric tech that day was Adam. He asked if I had any questions and put me at ease by explaining what I would be feeling in the chamber, for how long and why they do what they do. The other HBOT technician is Nick. I enjoy talking to Nick because he has so many life experiences, which he's willing to talk about. Adam and Nick do a fantastic job because they care about the people they see each day and they make Benessair a great place to be at. I have been going to Benessair for about 3 weeks and I love it. My shoulder and arm feel better after each HBOT session and it feels so good to be healthy. I wish I had known about them years ago. Do yourself some good and go checkout Benessair Health. They all make you feel valued and important. While I like everyone there my main interactions were with Dr. Carrie Bordinko, Sarrah and Chris. Dr. Carrie Bordinko takes the time to answer all your questions no matter how small they may seem. She makes you feel comfortable and explains things in ways that are easy to understand. She is personable, likable and very knowledgeable. Sarrah is so nice and makes you feel comfortable even when she is about to poke you for a blood draw. =) She is also very easy to talk to and personable. Chris was my personal trainer and he's a lot of fun. Makes lifting the heavy weight not so bad. Oh, one more rep? Ok, Chris, let's do one more. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to training and whatever your goal might be I have no doubt he could get you there!

It started as soon as I walked in the door with smiling Sophia, the Front Desk Concierge ensuring my registration was an easy task. She was so kind and helpful in accommodating my schedule for their Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) sessions. Sarrah conducted my physical and thoroughly explained the HBOT procedure. She answering all my questions and helped to relieve my stress of my surgery the next day. Toby, Nick C. and Adam were an absolute great team! They all made me feel so comfortable when preparing me for the HBOT chamber, especially the day after my surgery when I was not feeling my best. They treated me with dignity and respect at each session throughout the week. What knowledgeable and friendly staff at a first class facility! The HBOT definitely expedited my recovery and I am thankful that I found out about this therapy. I totally recommend Benessair Health!

Fantastic experience: I usually get a combination of a deep tissue / stretching massage. Charlie focuses on whole body alignment an overall well being and health. It is one of the best massages I have ever had. The studio is very professional organized and the space is relaxing. I would recommend him to anyone.

The email communication, and their own app, are supported by on-site technical support, Cesar, who is often present at front desk available for any questions. The staff has been incredible to work with. I have personally used the hyperbaric, trained, and have been seen by Dr. Bordinko. She is one of, if not the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure to be treated by. This is how heath care should be in this day and age. Other notable team members are Sarrah who runs nursing. Sophia at the front desk is always there to help anyway she can. My training sessions with Aaron have been amazing. I highly recommend to anyone.
