Fantastic experience: Visited AZ & was in search of clean, delicious food! They don’t use any seed oils, soy, dairy, or gluten in their products, and their staff is the kindest. They can answer any questions about their products and offer other local food recommendations. I went there three times during my visit because I knew what I was getting was clean and delicious!!

Negative experience: Overpriced, inpatient staff , over priced and the main reason I am writing this is that I was violently sick 45 min after drinking their “flu shot”

Negative experience: I used to come here every Sunday for a smoothie, but once the new owners took over all the smoothies do not taste good anymore. They’ve done the typical bull of cutting ingredients to save money. It’s ridiculous considering after a single add in your smoothie is $15. I no longer recommend people to come here anymore. A total let down.
Hello! We are so sorry to hear that you no longer enjoy the taste of our smoothies. As holistic nutritionists, health is important to us and we did remove the added sweetener in the smoothies since the banana and frozen fruits already contain a lot of natural sugars. Other than that, we’ve kept the recipes and quality the same. We are extremely open to feedback as well, so if you’d like to give us some specifics about what you feel is different, we’d be happy to consider making some changes! And our smoothies are very customizable as well, so feel free to ask us to add the maple syrup back into your smoothie next time or whatever you feel may make it better. Fantastic experience: Great vegan options. I got their chia pudding which is pre made. It has coconut cream, nuts and berries. Tastes delicious. They also let me add a few scoops of almond butter which was a phenomenal addition

Positive experience: Updated: The owner has reached out and refunded my purchase. I have raised my review. I will be back to try a smoothie again to see if they can earn more stars. Drove 45 minutes to try this organic smoothie shop. Checked the menu and my wife decided to get the Ocean Passion. I choose the Mango Creamsicle. After going to the shop ordering walking out and having my wife pick me up. We drove away. I was unable to try the smoothie until we were away from the shop. My wife tried her Ocean Passion and it tested good. I tried my Mango Dreamsicle and it tested nothing like Mango. I had my wife try mine and she to confirmed there was no mango. We both agreed it tested like pineapple. Very disappointed. I would of just drove to a different smoothie shop that was closer.

Negative experience: I don’t know if I’ll ever buy a smoothie bowl for $17 here when other places have them for $9. It’s nice to believe everything is organic but the regulations surrounding organic produce is loose to say the least

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I would love to leave some highlights here to help you and others who may read your review understand how we differ from other juice and smoothie places: - All of our ingredients are certified 100% organic. While there are still concerns surrounding organic and we could chat all day about them, it is the best option available to us at this time. We often recommend if people can’t eat fully organic to follow the dirty dozen and clean fifteen list, but in our shop we strictly adhere to using only organic ingredients. - We source ingredients locally as much as possible, not as cheaply as possible. - Our products do not contain fillers, preservatives, or refined sugars, which means our products are 100% REAL food. This also means a shorter shelf life and a higher cost for us to purchase these ingredients from our local supplier. - Other juice bars often use a premade liquid with questionable ingredients to create the base of their açaí bowls, some of these ingredients are preservatives and/or dyes that are linked to cancer and we refuse to use them in our products. - When you buy a smoothie bowl from us for $16 you get fully organic, fresh, real ingredients that are made to order, just for you. No nasty chemicals, fillers, preservatives, or artificial dyes. Pure, real, food that’s nourishing for your body, mind, and soul. For $9 at another place…you’re going to get added sugars and preservatives, and there’s a high likelihood of seed oils and other inflammatory ingredients not only in the açaí base but the toppings as well. We really appreciate your business and we fully understand and recognize we are more costly than other juice bars because of our commitment to quality. Hopefully you enjoyed your smoothie bowl and find your way back in soon!

Negative experience: If your black don’t go here!!! Went into this place yesterday morning, after looking up a juice place and reading the reviews. I figured it would be nice, only to be highly disappointed. When I walked in there was a male staff member there who didn’t greet me at all. I even took my time looking at there menu on the wall to see if he would acknowledge me considering I’m the only one in there and it’s just good customer service practice. After being met with such a cold presents, I decided to by there blue cold press drink. When I tell you that man still did not greet me and gave me the most nasty look, the only other time I’ve been looked at like that is when I’m experiencing a racist. The only thing he asked was do you want a receipt, I said no and left. Turned off by the whole situation I debated if I should return the juice cuz I don’t need to give a racist establishment my money. So while I’m waiting in my car I watch him go by the fridge part where I just was and where all the pre-made juices are and he’s looking to make sure I didn’t steal anything. It wasn’t until he looked up and outside and saw I was still there that he rushed off to the back. I know micro aggressions when I see it, plus the juice was $11 bucks totally not worth it. I usually only leave a review if the service is good or extremely bad to warn future visitors. Too be fair it’s in oldstown and since moving here notice they are super racist.
Hello Breshaunda, We are not racist. Our ownership, staff, and customer base is wonderfully diverse. People of all races, orientations, religions, genders, political beliefs, and backgrounds are welcome here. I agree that it is rude you weren’t greeted properly, this happens on occasion to other customers and we address it with our staff. Checking the front fridge is something we do after each customer to keep it organized, it is not checking for theft. We have a camera monitoring the fridge for theft. Our juices are high end and top quality; the organic, cold pressed juice you bought has an ancient Ayurvedic ingredient called Shilajit that is a powerful healing compound, so yes they are a higher price point. Fantastic experience: What I love about this place is the range of juices they provide. If you are a beginner when it comes to juicing, they have green juices with a little sweetness in them. If you are more of a hard core juicer, they have juice which is strictly greens and no fruit/sweetness added. Also, the nut mylk is quite tasty. Give it a try here!

Negative experience: Walked in 10 minutes prior to close and asked for a smoothie. And was told that she stopped making smoothies because they close in 10 minutes. Drove 20 minutes to try their smoothies. Lost a customer for life.

Fantastic experience: Wow! A place like no other. This is the only healthy place where I feel like it’s doing my body justice. This was my first time in here, it’s small but has some cute aesthetic. I was greeted upon waking in which was a delight. Service was awesome. Since Im a little obsessed with eating a drinking cleaner recently, I got celery juice. And let me just say, very powerful and nutritious! I could taste the celery and everything. I really wanted to try other things but just starting out. I cannot wait to go back. Keep thinking about this place and how it’s not popping like the other smoothies and juicing stores. This has to be one of the top. Good job staff and owner. As a recommendation for your next visit... our Mother Earth is our most popular juice and actually only has about the equivalent of half an apple per bottle. Negative experience: I bought the mint chip smoothie this afternoon and found it inedible. The peppermint flavour was so intense it was like mouthfuls of toothpaste, to the point I question whether it wasn't a mistake. And it was $10.
Thank you for your feedback. The Mint Chip smoothie is definitely not supposed to taste like mouthfuls of toothpaste, lol. We actually get many compliments on it and apologise it wasn't your favorite. I was informed by the staff your smoothie was remade and they were told you said it was good the 2nd time. Our products are 100% organic without any added sugars or unnatural fillers and all our nut mylks used for smoothies are made in house. We work really hard to provide our customers with a high quality product with clean organic ingredients that cost us a premium and so our prices are set accordingly to market conditions. I apologize again that you did not enjoy your experience but hope you have a great day regardless.

Whether you’re looking for a quick bite and sip, or grab and go, the service is always pleasant. You can even order ahead of time to streamline your visit. Their selection is beautifully displayed with the rainbow of colors to choose from in many flavors. As seen in one of my pictures. The ones I chose - each one was perfect really couldn’t pick a favorite. Everything is consistently fresh and ready to go straight from the case. Juice quart is certainly worth a stop for anyone seeking a delicious and healthy refreshment.

Negative experience: This is the last time I will ever step foot in the store. The first time I went and try to use my points the girl lied and said she did but she never did and thought I didn’t calculate it but I had to drive all the way back the next day and let her know that she was lying basically. Fast forward I come again and there try not to give me my points which is whatever it’s fine but just don’t worry about it or if you don’t wanna do the points just don’t do them that customer service. Which is such a shame because every time I come there I’m super friendly and kind to everyone it’s been a ton of money never again

We do not withhold points from customers, and on the check out screen that faces the customer there is always the option to claim points as the purpose of the rewards system is to offer loyal customers such as yourself a treat on us. You can call the shop to remedy the situation and we will get your points sorted out, when I looked up your name on this review I do not see you in our system so we’ll need the name or phone number you signed up with for the rewards system in order to fix it. Fantastic experience: Super expensive bowls and I got glutened yesterday from here. Wanted to love it . *UPDATE* Great customer service and the owner even is changing the granola to make sure it’s certified gluten free. I would come back for this reason. Definitely a manufacturer issue and not an issue with this juice bar. It had a cute aesthetic and lovely employees as well. ❤️

Negative experience: I ordered a 2 day juice cleanse a couple of days in advance. Other places I've ordered cleanses from will prepare the juices so they are fresh when you get them. Several, if not most, of the juices were expiring in the next day or 2 (meaning, not fresh) and they I had to substitute 2.
Sorry to hear about this Debra. Its always been our policy to deliver freshly made juice cleanses since we press our juices daily. The store now has a new manager and we hope you will consider giving us a 2nd chance. We are always happy to communicate with our customers and ensure they are happy with our service and product.

Have you been following the prices on organic produce? In 2020 organic apples cost 88 cents per pound now even at wholesale pricing they are almost 2 dollars. This is not an easy business for making cheap products. We really have to work diligently to provide what we have and still make a little profit so we can continue to service our customers.
Fantastic experience: Best juice place ever! They also have tasty snacks and salads sometimes. I don’t ever go anywhere else. Plus the staff is always very friendly and it’s nice to see smiling faces. I love that they don’t overstep on medical exemptions for masks. They follow what is legal. If you have an issue with it there’s a bunch of other places you can go to. I’ll forever support this business.

Fantastic experience: I love everything about Juice Core! High quality, organic juices and smoothies. I love the Green Thumb Smoothie. It’s low sugar but tastes amazing! For the people whining about the price, please educate yourself on the time, money, and resources it takes to create a quality juice/smoothie. You can always make one at home yourself. Also, it’s refreshing to see everyone’s unmasked smiling faces in the shop too! Everything about this place screams TRUE HEALTH :)

Positive experience: Great taste, $20 for two smoothies is absolutely wild though. Ditto on no employees wearing a mask, seems like some accommodations could have been worked out by now.

Negative experience: People trying to stay safe from covid BEWARE! The employees don’t wear masks while preparing your food/drinks!! They literally admit to it in the comments of a review which so concerning. This business is not safe for immune compromised people or people trying to protect people they live with from getting sick:( so sad and dissapointing

We have been working with the health department on this issue, they are aware of our current situation, and we are not in any violation with them. We have several employees who are not medically exempt and they are required to wear a mask. We do our best to schedule those people up front to keep customers safer. We care deeply about our customers as well as our staff and are following the appropriate guidelines to keep everyone safe. If you are immune compromised or worried about someone you live with getting sick and you do wish to continue supporting us, it’s best to use Postmates or call and place an order for curbside pickup. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts honestly and openly and want you to know you are always welcome here!

Negative experience: I loved the juice/smoothies when I came here in the past and the employees were very friendly, but I went in yesterday and not one employee or customer in the crowded store was wearing a mask so I had to leave:/

We do our best to schedule our employees who do not have medical exemptions up front as often as possible, as they are required to wear masks. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best place to go for juice! I have yet to try anything other than their juice. That being said, best tasting and highest quality juice you're going to find around here. The owner and everyone I've met who works there are all really amazing and caring individuals. If you're considering a juice cleanse, this is definitely the place to go.... especially since their juice is organic and raw

Negative experience: Haven't tried the juices yet but I would say the juices are pricier than other locations. Really disappointing and concerning that no employees at all were wearing masks and they did not really enforce their mask policy that was outside their door with customers or employees.
