Negative experience: Hard to find, customer service is c+ and the place itself smells like sweaty feet horribly. No amount of cheap crystals or salt lamps will fix that or the bad energy that radiates there

Fantastic experience: Tru Fusion is hands down the best hot yoga and training studio in town. From the moment we walk in, we're always struck by the energetic atmosphere and the friendly staff. But it's the quality of the classes and the facilities that really sets Tru Fusion apart. One of the things we love most about Tru Fusion is the variety of classes available. Whether we're in the mood for a challenging hot yoga class or a high-intensity training session, there's always something to choose from. The instructors are all highly trained and knowledgeable, and they always provide modifications for different skill levels. Another thing that sets Tru Fusion apart is the cleanliness of the studio. The facilities are always impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is in excellent condition. We always feel safe and comfortable while working out, and we appreciate the attention to detail in the studio's cleanliness. But it's not just the classes and facilities that make Tru Fusion a great place to work out. The staff and trainers are always upbeat and encouraging, and they go out of their way to make sure our experience is enjoyable. We particularly love the music that's played during the classes - it's always the perfect mix of energetic and inspiring. Overall, we can't recommend Tru Fusion enough. If you're looking for the best hot yoga and training studio in town, look no further. Tru Fusion has it all - excellent classes, clean facilities, and a friendly, supportive staff. We can't wait to go back and try more of their classes.

Negative experience: Poor experience and very poor customer service. No communication from the studio about the workshop being cancelled. Showed up after a 30min drive and sat there for 25min waiting in the heat waiting because of it. I had to reach out across multiple channels since the studio was closed to try to get a hold of someone only to find out that it was cancelled. The studio director sent me a “sorry the workshop was cancelled” text message followed by no response when I replied it was a frustrating experience to not be sent communication of that before arriving. Saddened by the lack of empathy.

Negative experience: I bought which I believed was a 12 class package from them because I don't live in Arizona and I was going to use it when I traveled there. The lady at the counter was specific to me that I was buying a package and not a monthly option. But they made me sign a fine print which enrolled me in auto pay and now I have paid them close to 1500 extra and they are not willing to admit the deceit and refund me. I feel duped by this studio and will not recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in with a friend via ClassPass. Awesome experience! Super friendly staff, the instructor brought great energy to the workout, and I left feeling tired but awesome! Will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area. Locker rooms and facility are clean, bright, and well taken care of. Plenty of parking, and the shower was nice after - trust me you're gonna sweat here. Go check them out!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Tru fusion ever since I lived in Vegas. I have never found any sort of place that offers classes like they do. Especially the hot Pilates. It’s upbeat, high intensity, mixed with yoga, in a hot room! They always have such friendly staff, and I love that not only do the instructors interact well with the class, they encourage you to interact with your neighbor. It creates such an uplifting and supportive feeling in the room. And the workouts never disappoint. The playlist is always the best! Usually hip hop and EDM mixes. They keep it exciting by switching up the workout a bit each week while also still making sure that you receive a full body workout! The *ONLY COMPLAINT* is that they don’t have more AZ locations. (I’m wondering who I need to write a letter to?) but until then, I’ll continue to drive from Gilbert to Scottsdale. It’s THAT worth it!

Fantastic experience: I went to their hot yoga session. I really enjoyed the class, teacher, music, etc. It was just a tad bit too hot! And I can usually handle my hot yoga lol. I’ll be coming back again!

Fantastic experience: Great experience for beginners or seasoned workout pros. Brittany does an incredible job keeping the energy flowing throughout the hour-long class with a kick butt playlist and motivating words of encouragement. Definitely worth a try! Feel the burn

Fantastic experience: first time at this studio, I had a great class with Lia for soulful Sunday. Olivia at the front desk was really personable, gave me a warm welcome & quick tour. There’s 5 studios! I’m a true yogi but I love that they offer a variety of classes, that just may get me out of my habitual flow & yin classes. I’ll definitely return to practice here!

Negative experience: I never leave reviews but after my experience with the trufusion team and management I have to. So I was automatically charged for a renewal fee even after cancelling my membership deal they offer of 2 for $60. First off, I never gave them permission to use my card as they got my information from renting a yoga mat for one day. After seeing the $150 renewal fee, I quickly called them. After speaking with the manager and explaining the situation several times, she apologized and said I would get the full refund the third week of September and would email me personally. It is now October 1st, and I have called on 5 separate occasions and every time they tell me “The manager is not in but I will leave an urgent note.” They have yet to call me once. The neglect this company has shown towards me after a mistake they made is mind blowing.

Fantastic experience: This is by far my favorite place to workout! They have a variety of different classes ranging from hot yoga to boxing and many more! All the instructors are so friendly and motivating. I would always look forward to working out at TruFusion. The facility is huge, clean, and nice! I just wish it was a little cheaper so I could have kept my membership.

Fantastic experience: For anyone seeking an atmosphere that will up-level your fitness and mindset without sacrificing the fun, TruFusion is that place. The atmosphere from the moment you walk in to when you leave beaded with sweat, is inclusive and energizing. But what differentiates TruFusion as a studio or gym is the staff - they care. They care about the experience, knowing that everyone arrives for different reasons and with different goals, struggles, strengths, insecurities, behaviors, notions, etc. They care about making your visit and that 45-60 minutes in class a highlight of your day. They care about you as a person, not just a username & email address. (cheers, Peloton) And that ethos ripples throughout the membership - the tribe. If you're feeling a bit unsure about trying a class solo, believe that everyone gets it. We've all had 'that' first experience, and you'll find you're among friends.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience here at the yoga class on Wednesday night, taught by Michelle! She really knows how to let my mind stop racing and just zen out. If you have not taken her class on Wednesday night, you are definitely missing out!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for almost two years now and I love TruFusion! They have so many different classes to choose from including yoga, barre, Pilates, Bootcamp, spin, trx, boxing, and more! You’ll never get bored! All the staff knows you by name and you feel so welcomed in the studio. Diana, Molly, Britney and Jamie are some of my favorite instructors.

Fantastic experience: You will get an amazing work out no matter what class you take. I personally enjoy Molly Johnson's classes and she teaches quite a mix! I also love the yin classes! You get a great stretch and you focus on your breathing. This facility is always clean and organized! Staff is friendly and fun!

Fantastic experience: Trufusion is such a unique studio that provides amazing “hot” classes as well as classes like free, boxing, battle rope circuit and spin. If you love yoga they have amazing options for you as well. My favorite classes are hot bootcamp, hot pilates, battle ropes, trx and boxing. Molly, Jayme, Brittany and Diana are all amazing instructors with great knowledge and energy! I have been taking double classes here each day since the day they opened more than 3 years ago. You have to try it out!

Fantastic experience: Love Tru Fusion. They have a great mix of classes and great instructors. And $149 for unlimited classes isn't bad at all. Highly recommend you sign up if you haven't already. You'll love it here!

Negative experience: Wish I could put zero stars. The owner claims I have never been to this studio before. So then tell me how I would know you got rid of your juice bar and tried to promote a wellness retreat in place of it months ago?? All I am trying to do is make people aware of the management that's provided here. Ever since covid they have been hounding people for more and more money. This went from a friendly studio to one that's only in it for the money. They are not professional and try to walk all over you.

Fantastic experience: I love TruFusion Scottsdale. The classes have helped me make incredible strides in my health and fitness goals, in part because of the quality of the instructors and workouts, but also because it is such a welcoming and encouraging environment. I actually look forward to my workouts (& became a little disappointed that rest days are necessary). There are so many incredible classes to choose from that it is impossible to get bored. They are excellent at helping attendees understand how to modify to make the workouts more or less challenging to meet the needs of various levels without any judgment (& always remind us to avoid self-judgment, as well)! I have tried multiple gyms and studios, but none have had nearly the impact that TruFusion has had on my mental and physical health.

Fantastic experience: I never liked exercise until I came here. Now I'm going to class 5x a week because I feel so good and have so much fun(and kind of feel like I'm dying at the same time). The classes are challenging but I feel so darn good after that it keeps me coming back. The members are welcoming and awesome people. The staff and instructors are amazing. They somehow remember who I am, any struggles I had during the last class and check in with how I'm doing. It's very impressive. I highly recommend this place! I love it!

Positive experience: I like the classes and instructors, but the girls at the front desk are extremely rude always and have a teenage “what do you want” attitude. The floors are always really dirty and I end up taking a handful of wipes and cleaning my floor area before each workout and every time my wipes have turned BLACK! The equipment needs more maintenance as well.

Fantastic experience: WOW! This is one of the best communities in the fitness world I've ever encountered. I've been to many gyms, fitness centers and work out studios before, and I can say this place is the highest-vibe spot I've found yet! The energy of this place is very inspirational, uplifting and positive. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The classes are powerful and the instructors are energetic, knowledgeable and supportive. My first few classes have re-awakened my desire to be a part of a fitness community as they have created a magical place here! People high-five each other in classes, the studio rooms themselves have the best energy, and all the staff an instructors round it out to make this a one-of-a-kind place! I'm so glad to say I've become a member and will be eager to continue to explore the numerous classes and instructors to come! Negative experience: I had an injury to my foot in March was told to take 8-10 weeks off by doctor. In the meantime, I lost my job so in April went into studio asked how to cancel membership. The front desk girl said she could do it there so I proceed to cancel my membership and that was it. Today 7 month later my husband saw a charge for 99.00 from True fusion realized I have been paying every month, so my membership was not cancelled after all. Today I called and asked when was last time I went to club to do workout so I can get an idea exactly when I cancelled since she did not give me any receipt of my request. The women at Trufusion refused to tell me that information since said it was “confidential”. Apparently, your own account is confidential to even the person the account belongs to. She told me basically she was sorry, but there was nothing that can be done. Then she told me to go online and cancel membership now to avoid further charges but I was just charged for November as well making it now 8 months. This is awful consumer service! Buyer beware, if you cancel make sure it is also not on your credit card. This was an expensive mistake for me. I can not recommend them. Also classes are too busy and crowded and they charge for every little thing like shoes, towels and mats.

Fantastic experience: One of the best workouts I’ve ever had, I been a member at orange theory and I found TruFusion to be the most complete group fitness concept. I was impressed with the vast array of classes to choose from and the trainers made me feel so welcome and made sure I was comfortable and help me with form though out the class. I did not feel out of place and look forward to attending more classes and reaching my goals.

Positive experience: I love TruFusion wish the drop in prices were cheaper and I also wish they had a daycare and or some sort of facility for children to hang, but overall every single class I’ve been to has met my expectations and or exceeded it . The instructors are all amazing challenging motivating positive reassuring and driven. I wish there were more locations as well but the times and classes and the levels of classes are all perfect . True fusion evolves with time no stale classes and they meet the needs of what people are looking for.

Positive experience: REally great classes and instructors. I took the Circuit class, the YinFused and Pilates--all of which kicked my butt! I wanted to take one more class on my Groupon but they deleted my entire account by accident and claimed I'd used up my deal. The facility is pretty clean for the huge numbers of people going through. I was leery about giving them my credit card to sign up. $99/mo seems a bit steep. But they were not high pressure sales at least.

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience. The class was intense and totally out of my comfort zone but I loved the change. I believe change is great in many avenues in life especially in my fitness routine. going back.❤️T

I wish all locations would allow members from other locations to check in with out having to pay a drop in service. It is what it is. We’lol get there some day

Positive experience: Absolutely love this gym - for many reasons but primarily, because one trainer (Stacey) literally kicks my butt EVERY CLASS. The only reason I docked one star is because I would love to see more 6AM classes with this particular trainer. I haven’t worked out this hard and seen results this fast (especially only with going to her Wednesday circuit class once a week) with ANY other class/trainer (and trust me, I’ve tried multiples gyms over the past few years). I recently moved one hour from the gym and have been making the journey for this one class. I would LOVE to have more classes like this with her throughout the week - I became a member solely for this class/trainer! Love it!!! This gym is also great because it offers a variety of classes at early morning times and late evening - for the working folk. The variety is great, from boxing to circuit to sweat classes. The other trainers are really great too. They are encouraging and each offer a different spin on training. There’s really good energy in this gym and the workout playlists always rock. The Arsenal classes are also super legit. If you leave this gym without breaking a sweat, I’d say you’re lying. These trainers push you to your limits. I’m really impressed with them. The bathrooms are clean, there is not quite enough space to get ready in there some mornings but I don’t usually need much mirror space so it doesn’t bother me. Some of the classes fill up and you could run out of your choice of weight so it’s good to get there 10 minutes early. They have a smoothie bar that should be opening up soon also, which is a plus. Anyway, love the gym. Love the energy. Love STACEY - hopefully we get to see more of her for the 6AM classes!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Best of the Best .... Las Vegas Blue Diamond and Scottsdale Arizona. I don't typically do group fitness. TruFusion is adding a much needed change to my mindset.

Fantastic experience: I did the Tru Hot Pilates with Mikaila and it was a Tru-Challenge. The room was 95 degrees and it challenged ever part of my being and I feel that I am decently in-shape. Mikaila had brought the energy, had a great music selection and this class exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this class and I will be back for more.
