I struggled with ingrown hairs, painful hair removal no matter what method. I didn’t wear shorts most of my life because of it and wear them all the time now thanks to laser. I wish I would have done laser sooner!

Fantastic experience: This place put me at ease for laser hair removal. I went to a couple places for consultations and they all mentioned the laser hair treatment being very painful ("burning" sensation over the treated area), but Brittany reassured me that this procedure wasn't going to be painful -- and she was right. Not only did the staff at Renu answer all of my questions and show professionalism every step of the way, but every aspect of this process has been seamless. Super easy. The treatment took maybe 20 mins this first session and I couldn't be happier. I can't wait to start seeing results! Update: I've completed the treatment and couldn't be happier.

Negative experience: The spa itself is clean and nice. I'm giving it 1 star because when I went to get botox I told Abby specifically I thought I needed more units having gotten botox before. She assured me this was the correct amount. I told her where I lived and if I needed to come back it would be a pain and I would rather get the amount I know I needed. Well two weeks later and it didn't work so I wasted money and time on this place. I would never recommend to a new customer who is trying to figure out how much they need.

Fantastic experience: Hello, Today was my first Aquafirm Facial at Renu Laser & Skincare. First. let me say, I've been going to Renu for many years and any treatments I have had are always top notch! But, today was the best. Jo Ann did the Aquafirm facial with the utmost care. Since it was the first time I had this particular facial she explained everything I needed to know very clearly before she started. Once she started, it was 1 hour of bliss! It's soothing and warm as it exfoliates and provides moisture to your skin. When I left Renu, my skin was simply glowing. I loved it so much, I've already scheduled another one for next month!
