From my very first consultation with the welcoming Shannon McGuire to the actual day of my surgery with the skilled Dr. Case, every step felt reassuring and professional. I opted for the TriSculpt procedure and the ChestEx treatment, primarily to address some long-standing insecurities I had about my body, particularly concerning my chest area. Living with gynecomastia for an extended period brought about significant discomfort and self-consciousness, impacting my confidence in the clothes I wore and how I presented myself in social situations. Previously, I had undergone a Brazilian butt lift at a facility called Ciao Bella, but unfortunately, the liposuction results did not meet my expectations. They suggested that a tummy tuck was necessary to eliminate my stubborn belly fat, leaving me feeling frustrated and uncertain. Negative experience: I went for a consultation to Sono Bello in Scottsdale and was extremely disappointed with the consultation that I had with Shannon, the intake person. She cut my consultation down to 15 minutes as opposed to 45 minutes, while trying to convince me how little choice I have in ameliorating my body contour. It appeared to me as though she had made up her mind to turn me down as a client within the first minute of meeting me. She went out of her way to convince me there was absolutely no solution for me to turn to, in order to decrease the fat in my body. What was worse, was her attitude and her rudeness towards me. This was rather shocking as I had never met this person before. So I decided to write a review to warn other people who go to see Shannon to expect a negative experience.

Fantastic experience: I am so very happy I decided to have the Trisculpt procedure done with Sono Bello. From my first consultation with Camille who has been so helpful and supportive throughout my journey, to procedure day, all the office staff has been great. Dr. Pearson is just wonderful, so kind and caring. He and my nurses that day Vanessa and Alejandra made sure I was very comfortable. They are all very attentive to your needs.

Positive experience: Had an appt. today and drove roundtrip 130 miles to make the appt. They had my DOB, however, they only told me today at my appt. they do not take people over 77 Yrs Old. I am 80. What a waste of time and gas. Staff was very courteous.

The knowledge and care has been top notch so far and I have no doubt the next stage will be just a great. Stage 2 update: Sono bello is extremely lucky to have this Trio working on patients. Dr.Case, Amanda and Audrey made me feel comfortable doing the second stage procedures. I trusted each of them doing the part. I was in a wrong way driver accident that took my sisters life, left me with over 10 fractures and a well documented severe TBI. I am lucky to have survived so I am writing a book about my story. The title will be “Surviving Surviving and Being A miracle”. Dr. Case was able to remove the seatbelt scar, which was a reminder every time I saw it of losing my sister. Positive experience: Completed my pre op appointment today for Trisculpt liposuction and AbEX procedures. Front desk staff were courteous and professional. All appointments were confirmed.I arrived a few minutes early and was promptly called Dr. Case thoroughly explained the process, procedure and outcome. He answered all my question (that I could remember) and encouraged me to call the office with any additional questions or concerns. The nurses Ashley and Vanessa also assisted with pre op vitals and reviewing the pre procedure guide. Vanessa highlighted the important points for me! Fantastic experience: Update 5/30/2024. I received a call from Casey, who was wonderful. She was genuine and quick to handle my concerns. I left the entire post up so you could see, that while there were issues, they were quick to respond. I have changed my rating to 5-stars. The doctor and procedure 5 stars; the nurses 10 stars; customer service after they have your money 0 stars. I have now twice been pushed off with a request for a call back. I called to speak to someone about my Venus appointment, but was told I would get a call back, only to, a month later, receive a text confirming my appointment the day before. The day of, I receive a text requesting I come in later, which, I agreed to. I then receive a call shortly before my Venus appointment canceling my appointment due to my medical history. Understandable, but was promised a call back the next day to discuss my options. After two weeks, I call requesting a call back from the person who canceled my appointment and once again, over a week has gone by and no call. I paid for the package which included the Venus treatment that I did not/cannot have due to my medical history (that they had from day one). Be sure to find out about the package deal so you are not paying for something you do not receive. If you do pay and not receive services, do not expect a refund because you will not be able to speak to someone to work out those details. Such a great experience ending with disappointment due to customer service creating an appearance that only the money really matters to Sono Bello. Makes me question everyone "genuine" concern for my well-being.

I would recommend this procedure to friends and family. The people were very transparent on what to expect and they are always available for any questions you may have.

Fantastic experience: 1 month ago I started getting Venus treatments on the front and back of my legs and couldn’t be more happier with my results! I will definitely be going back! No need to look anywhere else Liza go's above and beyond and helps you with your target areas to look and feel great!

Fantastic experience: Since going to Sono Bello Scottsdale to do my Venus Sculpting with Liza; I have seen a small difference in my stomach area. Liza is super cool and down to earth. I would definitely recommend her for a 5-Star treatment. However, I did get upper/ lower abdomen & back liposuction in March 2023. My back is still fat and I have a lump above my belly button. I was not happy with the lump and was told the surgeon could fix it. Instead of fixing it he stated “it’s scar tissue; so he can’t do anything about it”. As I know that to be false due to going to other consultations. I will not spend money to get another surgery from Sono Bello Scottsdale but I do enjoy my Venus Sculpting with Liza. I have noticed with working out, eating better, drinking more water, and getting my Venus Sculpting (for the past 2 weeks); I do see a small change in the lump over my belly area.

Fantastic experience: I had a great surgery experience at Sono Bello. Desirae, Kathleen make you feel comfortable prior to surgery, answering all questions and making sure you had enough to eat and drink prior. Explaining steps that happen. It is nice when you have personable people help you in such a unfamiliar process, It was comforting during surgery to hear Dr. Case give updates on the progress as he moved thru the procedure. All in all I do recommend Sono Bello. I wish Tucson had their own surgery center, it is quite the drive.

Negative experience: I elected to wait 1 year before posting my honest review. Save your hard earned money! This procedure was the most ineffective waste of 10k plus I have ever endured in my life! I wore the prescribed girdle starting in April 2023 through September (the hottest months of the year!), well beyond Dr. Reyes recommended plan. I also continue (to date) biweekly post lymphatic drainage massages (not affiliated with Sono Bello) to help remove the damage this so called “innovative” operation has caused. During the intake, Shannon emphasized that this is NOT a weight loss procedure, and yet during the 6 month follow up (for which I told the scheduler I had significant concerns and was still scheduled with a nurse), I was only weighed and photographed. When I inquired about my multiple concerns, I was told “the surgeons are always conservative in those areas”, and “you’ll be contacted by someone for an additional consult”. (Which I never was and a blatant violation of the paperwork signed). I elected to do inner and outer thighs, banana roll, flanks, and upper/lower abs. To date, there has been no significant difference in any of the aforementioned areas. (Once the swelling FINALLY subsided, not a single person commented on my appearance, my clothing didn’t fit differently, my fiancé didn’t notice a difference, etc). My banana roll, flank, and inner/outer thighs actually look worse! Please, consider EVERY other option before even scheduling a consultation. I regret my decision every day!!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Sono Bello has been amazing! I was so nervous for my pre-op appointment but Dr. Todd Case was so thorough in all the information he had to discuss with me. He was very patient while going through all my questions. Taya though is who turned all my fears and anxiety into excitement! I cannot even put into words how grateful I am. Fantastic experience: Camille was so sweet! Was able to get me scheduled fast, and honored an old discount code. Nurses Catherine and Vendetta were very friendly and made me feel at ease. Procedure was definitely uncomfortable, painful at times. I was only given 1 mg Xanax and a Percocet (pills) which did next to nothing. I was rushed into the procedure before it even had a chance to kick in. Dr. Case was nice, and he did a great job! I will say they could do a better job fully explaining the after care.

Negative experience: Over charged for BMI and still waiting for refund 6 months later. They round down for height and round up for weight. Satisfaction Guarantee is not honored. Not happy with results and new surgeon not willing to honor it. High turn over with staff including surgeon. I was told 70-80% of fat would be gone in the areas.. went in for 6 month check and new surgeon says "we only go down 1 inch", not at all what was promised and what I paid for that area. NO MEDICAL OR EMERGENCY STAFF AVAILABLE FOR WEEKENDS, EVEN IF YOU HAD A PROCEDURE DONE ON FRIDAY. HAD EMERGENCY BLEEDING AND WAS TOLD BY THE EMERGENCY NUMBER STAFF ON THE POST OP INSTRUCTIONS TO CALL BACK TUESDAY, FOUR DAYS LATER. UPDATE: 12/7/2024 Sono Bello did refund for the over charge. I was given the choice to have 1 area revised OR 2 areas refunded and have 2 areas treated with Venus treatments. Still waiting for Venus treatments. Not happy with 3 areas but they did do something.

Positive experience: My experience was overall excellent. All the staff was polite, understanding of any concerns I mentioned, and made me feel safe throughout the procedure. They are very professional and good at their jobs, from consultation to the receptionist and medical staff. My only reason for 4 stars is because I healed with some lumps and bumps in my abdominal area. It was recommended I do the venus treatments and there was a couple times that turnover of the venus estheticians interrupted the treatments. Eventually Rabeena was hired and she is wonderful! Very professional and personable. I'd see her 1x/week for a couple months. She used techniques that helped break down the lumpy areas and improve the texture to be more smooth. Thank you Rabeena, I'm very happy they got you on board!

Fantastic experience: The staff truly cares about you and your health. They’ve called me daily to check on my progress and to answer any questions. At my follow up procedure my nurse Vanessa was incredible. She made sure I understood everything and was kind and encouraging as I went through the process. My Dr explained in detail what he would be doing and he made sure to follow up with me within 24 hrs of my second procedure.

Fantastic experience: Making the decision to do this was the most difficult process. However, SonoBello has been amazing. They’ve been there every step of the way. They return phone calls promptly. Most of the time I get the answers on my first call. They don’t tell me they’ll call me back in one or two days like my primary care doctor does. They bring me into the office and give me personal service and make me feel welcome and appreciated, and it has been a really easy process to go through. I would recommend them to anybody who’s going through a life altering operation. You don’t want to be alone on this and it’s nice to know they’re on your side.

Fantastic experience: I just had my procedure done yesterday. While it is not pain free, it was super tolerable. The nurse Tia kept checking on me and she was super sweet and answered all of my questions. She even held my hand when I needed it in the more sensitive areas! When Dr. Case came in he was very nice and friendly, and we also chatted and carried on a conversation. The time I was in there flew by. Before I knew it I was done. Great experience.

Fantastic experience: I am currently 1-week post-op from my 2nd procedure with SB! Incredible experience every time!! From the front desk to the surgical staff. Mercedes checked me in at the front desk was super friendly and got me excited for my big day. My surgeon Dr. Case was excellent! Fantastic experience: Nurse Theresa was amazing to work with. She had ALL of the skills that a person needs during a stressful procedure that I was not handling well. She approached me with kindness, warmth, respect and most importantly empathy. She reassured me when I needed it and didn't make me feel foolish for having a hard time. Liposuction was the hardest thing I have ever done and I was blessed to have Theresa for my second stage and another equally wonderful nurse for the first stage. The nursing staff were my only saving grace to my experience. I appreciate you having qualified NURSES!

Fantastic experience: Process was fairly quick considering cardiac clearance was needed for me. my overall experience I must say is a 5, but there are a few things that I feel like should be worked on. #1. I smoke wax and my surgery almost had to be rescheduled because nobody told me I had to stop two weeks prior to surgery. #2. Getting the drain taken out was the worst part!. #3. my Venus massage I feel like was a little aggressive and I was swollen and sore for a week after, but the treatment results were amazing. I am extremely happy with my abex, i went with Dr. Todd Case. He is extremely skilled , quick and strict. The nurses during my procedure were extremely nice. I didn’t feel a thing. Fantastic experience: I have had the laser lipo and am currently receiving the Venus treatments. It has been an overall very good experience thus far, as other reviews say, the lipo is not a super fun experience for about the first week, after that, it’s much easier. The results are pretty impressive. I am currently receiving Venus treatments to accelerate the healing process and tighten up loose skin. Desiree and Lexi are wonderful Venus technicians, always so professional, and yet warm, fun, reassuring and supportive people. They really focus in on exactly where and what is needed. With the lipo, these are board-certified plastic surgeons who know what they’re doing. You have to be realistic with your expectations, depending on your body type, skin, elasticity, etc. You have to wear your compression garment, no if’s and’s or but’s! I feel new and improved!

Negative experience: I had an appointment today and ran late due to traffic; I called and let them know I will be there just a few minutes late; I was reassured I would still be seen even. When I arrived, my appt was for 5:15 pm and I arrived @ 5:17 pm, that I had to still fill the paperwork out and there was NO WAY I could been seen, period! I then asked that I would fill the paperwork out while waiting but I was still told...NO WAY, they cannot see me. I am very upset as I have been waiting almost 10 + years to finally make the appointment, and then driving for 45 minutes, arriving a few minutes late, being turned away. That is not how you treat potential business. I will let my friends who are also looking into a treatment, that to NOT Waste their time, they do not care, their time is more important.

Fantastic experience: I had liposuction and Abex done yesterday. The Dr Case, Theresa, nurses, receptionists and everyone else I encountered made the experience amazing. Dependent on your pain tolerance, it may be an uncomfortable procedure, but it is worth it, and the Dr and nurses were so sweet talking me through it.

Negative experience: It’s been 6 months. Called 4 times to pay and book my lipo. Each time they said the person who did my consultation will call me back to book me. Each time I told them this girl is not calling me back it’s been months. And each time front desk girl says I’ll make a note and ask her to call you. If I was the owner I would be so mad because it just cost you 7500 and I will be going elsewhere. I did my consultation all went good yet nobody will book me and take my money. Get more than one consultation girl because apparently she’s too busy to make a phone call.

Fantastic experience: So far this was the best experience!! From scheduling and talking through everything with shannon I felt so comfortable going in. Then the day of surgery, Katie, the nurse helping me, relaxed my nerves and talked my way through everything. Then when it was time for dr Case to start he made it so it wasn’t difficult. Telling jokes , talking his through , letting me know exactly what he was doing and when he was doing it. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a Drs office. Fantastic experience: I wrote a bad review about the Scottsdale location about a month ago. Yesterday I was contacted by Stephanie Baker from the corporate office, who was honestly concerned about my feelings and complaints. I explained to her what a huge transformation I had with my procedure and only wanted to share current pictures with Dr. Case and the front office would not allow me to do so. She asked me to send the pictures to her, which I did. She is so honest and kind and told me I looked amazing and couldn't believe my small waistline. She has promised to share the photos with Dr. Case so he can see what a true miracle worker he is. Stephanie is a true asset to this company and they are lucky to have her as an employee. Fantastic experience: Dr. Biswas is truly an artist and has perfected his craft of body sculpting. I went in for a revision and he listened and executed on my troubled areas. I am super happy with his work. He even called me the next day to see how my drainage was (which was not done on the first surgery). Nothing against the other Dr but I was not expecting a call from Dr Biswas; it says a lot about his work ethic.

Fantastic experience: The entire process was efficient and pleasant. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Shannon, and Tia were both a joy to work with. Dr. Case may come across as a little gruff initially, however he is knowledgeable, cares about the care he provides to his patients, and does eventually display his sense of humor. Dr. Case incorporates both holistic and traditional methods into his pre and post op care regime, and based on the answers to my questions, it was clear that his practices are based on current evidence.

Negative experience: this is Victors wife, Millie. I had my procedure done last year in Sacramento California and after spending a lot of money, the end results was horrible.went in to remove a stomach flap along with fat removal from my upper stomach area. the scar left from flap is horrible and fat removal was almost none.the commercial pictures that persuaded me are so misleading, not what I got.I voiced my concerns early on about the supposedly fat removal and was told it was swelling and to give it time which I did and it never got better. requested to talk to attending physician that did the procedure and he said to go on a diet ( whaat). I had already lost a lot of weight. I belong to a gym and the girls there keep asking about my experience and I have to say that I will not be recommending Soon Bello to them. Took me a long time to save the money to get this done only to end up not satisfied with my results at all. Millie Quintana

Fantastic experience: Sono Bello was is the best image consulting experience. If you’re looking for staff that are attentive, compassionate, and friendly, then look no more. Shannon McGuire is probably my favorite but then I met my nurse. My post-op appointment went well too! It’s just one week after my procedure. There is a lot of bruising, swelling and lack of sleep due to the discomfort. Everyone has a different recovery but now I know that I should have included the massage in my package. All-in-all I’m glad I choose Sono Bello but just make sure you include the VIP Massage Treatment in your package. Thank you Sono Bello!

Positive experience: So it has now been 10 months since my lipo procedure. Overall, the staff was terrific, nurses exceptional!! I did go down 2 pants sizes but the procedure itself was very painful and the recovery was slow. It took close to 6 weeks before I started to feel normal again. I went back for my 6-month check to discuss my concerns; my belly looks lumpy and unnatural, and I was told I needed more recovery time or another one of their procedures for additional cost. This is the reason for the 3 stars vs 4. Results are supposed to be guaranteed, instead it was recommended I purchase more services, my belly still looks the same months later.

Fantastic experience: I have had the most outstanding experience at Sono Bello in Scottsdale Phoenix, Arizona. From the administration staff to the medical staff. Everyone is so professional and polite. They make you feel very comfortable in a very stressful setting. I wasn’t so sure about going through with my procedure because I was so nervous but the kindness and thoughtfulness that was shown encouraged me to go through with procedure, The doctor even spoke with me before the procedure which made me feel so comfortable. Now I just need to fully recover!! Sonobello staff has made recovery easier as there have been some complications but the staff is great with coy and follow up!!
