Fantastic experience: The staff at Rosewood are friendly and professional... The lady in the lab Angie was very nice and listened to my special needs. She was amazing.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Bad communication. Every staff tells me something different each time. Couldn’t get a sports physical done in the timeframe they promised.

Fantastic experience: I’m a newer patient here and couldn’t recommend this place more!! I have been able to get in right away each time & never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen after checking in. The staff, nurses, and doctors have all been amazing while showing genuine care while listening. Doctor Brent Fivecoat has never made a visit feel rushed while taking time to answer my questions & actually takes the time to explain himself. Them having a pharmacy onsite saves so much time & they have always had prescriptions filled within 10 minutes. Until going to this Health center I always dreaded going to the doctor, but them making everything so easy & caring is very encouraging!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the Rosewood Family Health Center clinic for years. They're good people and I'm very happy with my doctor. They recently changed locations and are in a much nicer set up, but even if they weren't, I would recommend the place.

Fantastic experience: I was so glad and grateful to be back at Rosewood Family Health Center. No one treats you better. Oh! And I loved the New medical building. It's more spacious and it has improved immensely. In addition, I have my same Doctor Lind who is an awesome Doctor who knows my health history oh so well. I wouldn't trade her for the world. Oh! And having the pharmacy right there..... who could've asked for a better medical facility.

Fantastic experience: I'm really blessed to have Dr. Fivecoat as my physician. He's kind, thoughtful and he really cares. He leaves no stone unturned when it comes to my health/wellbeing. Negative experience: I love my doctors and the nurses everything runs smoothly and in a timely fashion, I’m never waiting long. Switch over to the lab which I will never use again, it’s that bad. Why am I sitting there for 30 minutes waiting. I can see through the window and nobody’s working just talking it up, no lab work going on and I wait, had to leave lab work not done. So now I won’t use your lab and I call to have the order transferred and pops up another problem. The woman on the phone argued with me. I now were I want it transferred but I don’t know all the information. She can’t do the transfer cause I’ve got to get the information for her to do her job. I’ve gone through this same process with other doctors offices and they never did that.These 2 things make me feel disrespected and make me want to leave this establishment and why you are getting a rating of 2 stars

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Bellsmith has always been a positive one. I chose a wonderful primary care physician. I only wish that there were more like him. I'm very fortunate to have such a caring PCP. I trust him and know that he will take the utmost care of me in any situation. Thank you Rosewood Family Health Center.

I have always enjoyed going their the past 12 years now ..... I walk in and I am greeted like family and by first name by staff , not many places do that ... thank you rosewood

Fantastic experience: The staff was kind and prompt. My doctor was attentive and skilled and my only complaint was that the lab for blood draws was understaffed. Even so, the overworked lab tech was kind and competent and the staffing issue was a problem of management (the insurance company) not the professionals that were working there. Overall a very good experience and a great place to get my health care!

Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with pancreas issues and was getting declined by Primary Care physicians. Cynthia Hodge was absolutely amazing. In one visit she actually seemed like she cared. Got me situated to have my drains removed, imaging setup, and even put me in contact with a psych for the depression I've been dealing with since my 3 month hospital stay. I cannot reiterate enough how good it felt to be heard. She actually went over my med records before the appointment. With all the issues I've had in terms of the medical field, it was refreshing to have a doctor that didn't seem like they were there just to collect a paycheck.

Fantastic experience: Thai Tran has been absolutely amazing and very thorough in exlaining things ,helping me to lower my A1C, bringing my numbers down immensely and lowering my blood pressure in just a matter of a couple of months. He is very knowledgable and knows what he is doing. He's a God sent and I am looking forward to my next visit with him. Thank you sooooo much Thai Tran.

Fantastic experience: I recently found Dr Nakhai. She is my primary Dr now. Dr Nakhai is a very knowledgeable Dr. She listens; she understands her patient and asks questions to know patient. Most importantly; I feel very comfortable with her energy; a very warm easygoing Dr. I highly recommend Dr Nakhai.

Negative experience: If you are looking for a clinic that won’t ever bill you since they are non profit then this is the place for you. Just know they don’t care about pronouns and just look at patients like $$ because they make their money off of vaccines and all other test they run. This clinic may look nice on the outside but no bathrooms are ada wheelchair accessible along with door ways being small some people can’t even get their blood drawn in privacy due to not fitting through doorways. Some of the staff is nice other staff will immediately start drama and bad mouth patients. Not to mention one of the managers has discriminated against other staff for having adhd.

Fantastic experience: I gave Rosewood Family Health Center 5 stars, but would give them more if it was possible. I live in Vancouver, but still drive to Portland because I like their care, prompt attention the provide to their patients and the kindness the staff and doctors provide. I also like the fact that they will do anything to accommodate your needs. Case in point; I had an unusual appointment on Saturday because I hadn't been feeling well. They were running a little behind and the receptionist/manager mentioned that I may need to reschedule and I asked that we not do that because I was not feeling well at all. That was all it took! They got me back and I was put in the waiting line. I didn't care how long it took, I needed care. Dr. Brook Birchard gave me amazing care! I want to thank the doctor and his awesome assistant! I want to thank you for seeing me even though you probably didn't get home until midnight. Thanks Rosewood for hiring such supportive and caring people. A shout out to my regular doctor Walrod and the other doctor I see Dr. Fivecoat. I really don't go there that often, but I want to acknowledge the team of doctors I see. You're all great.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic, there DOCTORS treat patients based on THEIR BELIEFS, not what the patient needs or works for that patient. They do not care about the patient, or what is already helping the patient!!! I have cancer , diabetes, and alot of other health problems , I know what meds work for me. They do not care , so do not expect them to listen. I give them zero stars!!!

Fantastic experience: Wow, could not be happier after my first visit. From the intake process to the quality of time spent with NP, then the blood draw and pharmacy - this place is doing it right. Professional, courteous, excellent record keeping, clean and fast. VERY glad my health plan made RFC my first option for my new provider. Thank you team at RFC! Edit: I’m extra glad I established my primary care here. I came down with Bells Palsy 3 weeks ago and Amber Purdell, NP as well Lancaster NP have both been amazing in helping me with my treatment plan. I feel like they really do have my recovery as a priority - answered all my questions and explained what I can expect.

Especially the young girls that have no empathy or want to actually help anyone. They trat you like a number and have the crappiest customer service!! This is a dr.s office what is wrong with them!!!

Negative experience: Dr walrod does not listen to her patients. And changes medications doses without even talking to the patient or doing any blood work. I do not recommend this Dr.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth pulled and was able to get in and out easy peasey! Stephen Davis was such a kind and patient dentist. And the assistants were all so sweet and encouraging to me! Everyone was very communicative and made everything as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Rosewood Family Health clinic for a year 1/2 now. By far it is the best medical provider I have received in the 66 years of my life. They offer many great medical options of mental health providers, nutrition experts, and community health programs if you are new to the community. The staff are very courteous and respectful doing the best to serve your needs in a very expeditious manner. Dr. Bellsmith is a very knowledgeable Physican that goes out of his way to determine and explain your medical needs in a very caring professional manner. I highly recommend and encourage anyone that is looking for professional medical needs try Rosewood Family Health Center and Dr. Bellsmith you won't be disappointed.

Negative experience: Dental office has cancelled on me twice for a dental appointment ive been trying to get into since October. Now they say that there is no appointments even available in the future.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful newly updated office in a location that is booming with growth and development. Front desk, MA, and provider were all friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We were seen right on time and all concerns addressed promptly. NP Hodge is just wonderful and I look forward to a continued relationship with this team and the clinic as my child grows.

Negative experience: It is horrifying that people such as Mr Holt still has a license and hasn't been fired. He's neglectful and careless, and keeps pushing things that don't work. It's traumatizing. The copy pasted response to reviews doesn't make me feel like our reviews are even being taken seriously, AT ALL. Also, it's pretty intimidating to go into private communication, because of fear of retaliation, that's the whole point of a public review, safety. Our reviews should be taken seriously. Some positive reviews also seem fake! So pay close attention when you read them.
