I've not been there since 2017/2018, until recently and they are still great as ever. The customer service provided is always top-notch. They do a great job of making you feel comfortable while examining your eyes, and the post-examination is no different. If you are looking for a friendly place that is relaxed, homey, and comfortable, then this is it.

Being professional, friendly (greeted me & my wife as we walked in with a cordial welcome and warm good-bye), and everyone being heart warming. His nurses were very helpful when I had to do my preliminary eye exams. Dr. Endo explained in detail what he had to do, gave me a complete evaluation on my eyes, gave me safely tips & paper work on how to keeps my eyes strong & healthy. Picking out my new frames, figuring out the best payment plan, and cost of everything was a complete success. Again, our visit to Dr. Endo’s office was outstanding and complete. Mahalo nui loa!

Since my wife forgot her hearing aid i went in with her to make sure she understood what the aides & the doctor were communicating to her. Experiencia fantástica: I woke up with an eye infection one day and could barely open both of my eyes. It was an important evening coming up as I planned to emcee my daughter's grad party. I called in for help and Dr. Endo returned my call right away. Discussed the symptoms, he called in a prescription, he followed up with another call, gave me more advice on the meds and told me, "you'll be ready by the evening." By 4pm, my eyes were back to normal and I am super grateful for his care that day!

Experiencia positiva: This is my third year going to this clinic this time I made my appointment the doctor that I saw the past 2 years was not available so had to see a different doctor my appointment was at 3:00 p.m. but I didn't get seen till like 3:30 p.m. so I had to wait like half an hour the clinic seem unusually busy that day not sure why . aside from that my experience was a very pleasant one, Dr Sarah was very nice very friendly and she is very patient I had a lot of questions and in spite of how busy the clinic was she answered all my questions very patiently and I felt like she genuinely cared for my eye health. Dr Sarah to me is very highly qualified and very knowledgeable in what she does my hope is that next year when I go back to the clinic for my next appointment I hope she's still working there, I would definitely like to continue seeing her as my eye doctor. Months and months, and no one ever contacted me. Ever. When you call their office number, it is a fax number machine and their website is now all AI incorporated. Horrible. Do not even waste your time.

I chose them from my insurance website without knowing anything other than their name and that they were in Aiea. I have had nothing but good experiences ever since. I even got lucky and the doctor that I see is also able to treat my glaucoma, saving me from having to find a different doctor for that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Everything had been filled out in advance so all I had to do was verify it was correct, and then head back to start the tests.
