Experiencia fantástica: My Colon Hydrotherapy session with Mahaliyah was beyond powerful. I truly believe our physical body holds emotional pain and trauma. The release of these emotions can happen in many ways. My experience included releasing trauma through this Colon Hydrotherapy session. Experiencia fantástica: I had my very first hydrotherapy session last week. I went in not really knowing what to expect and speculating how uncomfortable this whole session might be. Well let me say Mahaliyah was absolutely the perfect person to have this done with for the first time! She took her time explaining everything that was about to happen, what was happening in the moment, and answered all my questions as we went along. I have felt more energized since then and my need for an afternoon cup of coffee has gone away! This is something I highly recommend trying...I'll definitely be incorporating colon hydrotherapy into my wellness routine going forward and feel no need to try anywhere else!!
