She's a living testament to how she trains, and teaches nutrition! Kerry I can't thank you enough! I'm sure you know this, but the effect you have on the lives of people you work with is astounding to say the least! The changes you've helped me make and the overall effect is just phenomenal! I'll admit I questioned how much good these changes would do. It's so challenging! Especially in the beginning. And I couldn't see the potential of how this hard work would pay off. But it's not just the information you provided, or the services. Your persistence, the positivity, and passion you bring to the table along with your personality that makes this a home run for me, and for so many others I'm sure! Besides being crazy smart, and fun you have a way of explaining the muscles I need to focus on using for movements that makes all the difference in the world. I could go on and on, but I'm sure you know. I thank God for having put you in my path so much! You are such a blessing to me. And also just an all around cool lady to be around. Your infectious! The best kind! I was talking to my sister who is on the monjaro shot. She said she's lost 30 pounds. She's been on this for a year! And she told me she's eating whatever she wants just less of it. I'm blown away! You helped me lose 50 lbs and go from a size 20-21 in womens pants and a 2xL wemons shirt to size 13-15 in Jr's and an xL in Jr's shirts. My bra size was a 40 DDD and now it's 36-38 DD and that cup size is too big, but I'm not sure if I can get into a D yet. Just since late March! So 6 months! My sister was excited to put on a brand new pair of chick jeans she bought 25 years ago and saved until she could fit into them. I'm proud for her accomplishments. But there is no comparison in healthy eating and living a healthy life style. Each to their own. But the confidence I've gotten at age 50 is like nothing I have EVER EXPERIENCED! Oh and understanding the choices in front of me gives me a since of control over how well I can make this work for me. I can't wait to see how much better I can look as I continue to use what you've taught me.

Experiencia fantástica: Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Kerry Thuett! She is brilliant (just go look at her credentials lol) and she has transformed my life! Not only have I lost 82 pounds(so far), she has taught me how to live a healthy lifestyle. She has supported me all the way through my weight loss journey literally every single day! She was there when I would hit a road block or plateau and she always knew how to fix it. I could not have done it without her! You just can’t get discouraged when you have her by your side. Her exercise plan is tailored just for me and very easy to do. It’s practical and can be done at home too. But I would highly advise using her as a trainer! She is patient and explains things so well even I can do it. Dr. Thuett, I’m so thankful I found you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
