Experiencia fantástica: She was truly amazing, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel so welcomed with their warmth and kindness. The doctor was exceptional — she listened with genuine care, made me feel seen and valued, and took my health concerns seriously. Her compassion, knowledge, and dedication helped take my health to a whole other level. I left feeling encouraged, supported, and deeply grateful. It’s rare to find a doctor and office staff who make such a lasting impact, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for truly outstanding care.

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend. The doctor is very nice but seems best suited for basic physicals. During my first visit, she asked a lot of personal questions that didn’t seem medically relevant, especially for someone she hadn’t built any trust or rapport with yet. I continued to see her for a while, but it became clear that she prefers to follow her own holistic approach rather than collaborate with other specialists or consider medical guidelines from other providers. I have specific medical needs that require careful coordination, and she was unwilling to communicate with my other doctors or adapt her recommendations accordingly. It’s common for doctors to collaborate when a patient has complex or unique health needs, as every patient’s situation is different.

Experiencia fantástica: If you want a doctor who actually listens, this is the place. I’ve been a patient here for years and every visit has been excellent. The staff is warm and professional, and the provider takes a level of care you rarely find anymore. Unlike most clinics that overpack their schedules to generate as much revenue as possible, you actually get a full 30 minutes with the doctor herself (45 minutes as a new patient which shocked me) not counting wait time, which has always been little to none. And instead of just rushing you out with a prescription, she takes the time to truly understand your needs and create a plan that supports your health. She even has other physicians including a dentist and pediatric groups that practice the same holistic/integrative approach as her that she can refer you to! AND she takes insurance! I came just to highlight the practice but after seeing a couple of the other reviews, I need to say this as well. It’s frustrating to see negative reviews misrepresent what this clinic is about. In one breath, a reviewer complained that the doctor asked about mental health and then claimed that personal details have no effect on your health, when those details are exactly what holistic care is about. A simple Google search will tell you that! (Not to mention that holistic health is literally in the name of the practice) In the next, they faulted her for not personally calling another provider to question their medical recommendations. That’s not just unreasonable, it’s grossly unprofessional to expect one doctor to blatantly undermine another in that way. A truly ethical provider respects boundaries while still advocating for their patient’s best interest and that's what Dr. Williams does. If you come to a holistic practice expecting conventional medicine, of course you’ll be disappointed. But that’s not the clinic’s failure, it’s a lack of understanding of what holistic healthcare actually is. I hate seeing such a dedicated practice spoken of unfairly, because my experience (and the experience of many others) has been the complete opposite. This clinic goes above and beyond, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone seeking genuine, thorough, and truly holistic care.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Melita and her team are very friendly. I am going through cancer and they have been helping me look at different approaches to help with my help. Dr Williams is very knowledgeable and faith based which I like.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I had paid closer attention to the reviews here. I scheduled an appointment but had a work conflict come up, so I called the office and left a voicemail requesting a call back to discuss my options. At no point did I ask for my appointment to be canceled. I never received a return call, and when I followed up, I finally spoke to someone at the front desk who informed me that my appointment had already been canceled and given to someone else—an assumption they made without ever speaking to me first. This was frustrating and unprofessional, and it’s disappointing to see that communication with patients isn’t handled more carefully.

Experiencia negativa: Yea I don’t recommend this doctor. Not only did I have to take a half day off from work just to make it up there on time. When I finally arrived the door was LOCKED. I called numerous times, left a voicemail, messaged on that stupid spruce app and NOTHING. Waiting a few days to call again and they tell me the hours have changed. I was never notified about the hours changing and I confirmed my appointment. I had a few weeks left of this weight loss program and already paid UPFRONT. I did everything that she recommended consistently within this program. Not once did anyone even try to follow up after x amount of time within the program. Now I missed a week for a weekly injection after being consistent. I called Tuesday regarding the program and they say she will reach out soon. crickets. Nothing.

Experiencia negativa: This is my first time writing a Google Review. I do not recommend this doctor to any LGBTQ members. Today I left the office hurt and teary eyed after a New Patient appointment. As the doctor was asking me questions she said "I see here you're a part of the LGBTQ community so you don't want to have any children." Do not ever assume a queer woman has no desire to have children. It is hurtful, embarrassing and discriminating. To assume a woman does not want to have childre is wrong. I hope you take this review as advice to better partner with the people who walk into your office in search of a space to care for themselves.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Williams is amazing and so is her staff. She’s attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Provides an array of options which I truly appreciate. She’s my primary physician now.
