I went from 278 at the beginning of 2023 and I am now at 214.2 and still losing 1-2lbs weekly. Experiencia fantástica: I went to Carolina Core Nutrition after being diagnosed as pre-diabetic. My PCP gave me ZERO advice beyond “cut your carbs. “ Kim has been a godsend. She’s explained everything to me in a way that’s easy for me to follow. Since going to Kim I have a lot more energy, my work outs are better, and I’ve lost weight. And I can still eat much of what I like to eat, I just balance my meals the way Kim has shown me to do.

Experiencia fantástica: Kim is the absolute best! I've lost over 20 lbs since I started working with her in May. She is my teacher,cheerleader and fellow veteran. She loves what she does and it shows with the care she displays with her patients or clients. I see her once a week. Some weeks in person and others virtual. She is more than happy to accommodate whatever the clients needs are. I wished a had met her 30 years ago but she would have been about 4 then so probably not as knowledgeable as she is now. She has my highest recommendation!
