Oak Street Produce -WIC Store

Experiencia fantástica: I recommend going to this store !! Amazing customer service and good quality products. The ladies up in the front are always willing to answer your questions. If there every is an inconvenience they do their very best to help you and your family out. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve seen major improvement. On top of that, produce is way cheaper than a regular grocery store. They always put customers first and the boss is always very friendly asking everyone how their day is going. Very friendly environment !!

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrible customer service extremely unprofessional do not go here. These are not the people that should be helping women and children because they don't know how to treat them, absolutely never will go here again they do not respect women.

Experiencia negativa: I would give 5 stars I have been going to this location for years and it's only one worker who works there, but the last few times I've come she had been very rude , I thought maybe she was just having a bad day , until I I heard her speaking with the lady in front of me her not knowing I speak Spanish . Overall good quality just rude customer service

Experiencia negativa: Usually the girls are super nice and helpful today a gentleman with black curly hair helped me and he couldn’t have been more rude if he tried. He didn’t go through the list with me or say hi such an UNCOMFORTABLE interaction. I even told him “thank you I appreciate your help” and he didn’t respond and walked away. Wow my mind is blown Usually this place is such a breath of fresh air, they help and don’t judge and just help you get the correct items. This guy did non of that next time I’ll go somewhere else or ask for someone else to help me. I understand customers can be rude but if you’re flat out unhappy then don’t work at a place that caters to the public.

Experiencia fantástica: If you still value customer service this is the place to shop. The employees here are the definition of customer service. They will help you get your stuff together and even offer to take it to your car for you. They always have the formula we need, In bulk, Even thou its a very specific specialty formula for food allergies. The produce is fresh and in nice quantities. Everything in this store is affordably priced, cheaper prices than any grocery store from what I have seen. I highly recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Most of the time the produce is cheaper than super markets I would say 90% of the time Oak Street Market is cheaper. The workers are very friendly. My favorite thing is bagged persimmons for $2 anywhere from 4-8 in a bag when the big super markets sell just 1 for some times the same price. The potatoes in my opinion are the best, larg baggs for $3.50-$2.50. & when blueberries are at the right price they can go for $2.50. when others stores sell them $4-$6. So basically you get my point right? The produce is cheaper but IN GRATE CONDITION. They have tons of other snacks but my favorites are the health options they have like organic fig bars etc...Last but not least when you use 2 WIC vouchers you get a free bread and when you use 3 vouchers free bread & eggs !! You can't beat that. I have completely stopped buying eggs from super markets because of the WIC vouchers deals :). This store is about helping people & they rock for that!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Best prices in town for formula, also theres always fresh fruit & veggies for your needs also if you use 3 or more wic coupons you get something free ! Highly recommend, also the staff are very friendly & professional.
