Experiencia negativa: I went for care during my pregnancy, the first few months were good, but then Dr Jessica became unavailable during my scheduled appointments. I would be sitting in the waiting room for 30+ minutes just to end up leaving without being seen. It wasn’t til I went to a new chiropractor that I realized they had been billing my insurance in questionable ways. Be sure to pay attention to your insurance statements.

X-rays, history and Dr. Ryan provided me with a comprehensive personal treatment plan that incorporated several different therapies. The staff is organized, on time, professional and encouraging. PT support were so encouraging and never judgmental of my limitations. The Nurse Practioner is off the charts in awesomeness with her knowledge. She explains everything and puts me at ease. She and Dr. Ryan always answer my questions. Massage therapists are beyond gifted, Their practice is about comprehensive long term healing. I am not young and neglected my back issues for many years. It's been 2 months and my new x-rays show dramatic progress and I am not in pain. They accept just about every insurance and many payment plans. Experiencia fantástica: A year and a half ago I had fallen I went to several doctors because my pain kept getting worse and worse. And unbelievably painful. After seeing several, Doctors one finally sent me to physical therapy, which did help but only for a while and then Maybe three weeks later pain with start again this went on for a year and a half just kept happening . With Advil only . went to a spinal surgeon and he told me I needed a surgery. I had spinal stenosis & L4 & L5 were ruptured and I could feel depression Coming and going in me I was trying to stay positive. It was really hard. I new like I would never be The same again. I asked The surgeon, if there is other options and he looked at me and says I am a spinal surgeon. You’re welcome to try something else. I was always skeptical of chiropractors, although I have been to them and they did OK, but after all this, I didn’t feel there an option for me. (Until ) My daughter told me about the whole family chiropractor clinic Anchorage, Alaska. I didn’t want to go, but I knew I didn’t have anything to lose, and even at that it was hard to go. You know when you read Other peoples reviews, you don’t know if you should believe them or not. But as God is my witness,,this clinic, the (THE WHOLE FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC) does a though exam including X-rays. They are in Anchorage Alaska Now that I have told you my story, don’t be afraid just go the cost isn’t that bad for what they can do for you It takes a little time, but all good things are worth waiting for you will not be sorry I promise. I do not believe there is another one here in Alaska. I travel to see this one. It is so worth it every day you feel improvement improvement. I promise you can’t go wrong. With a small fee, they will examine you to the x-rays and WRIGHT there on the spot. Tell you if they can or cannot help you. Whole family Chiropractic are so caring, friendly, and everything and everyone in that clinic is knowledgeable of what is going on. But I was dedicated and wrought forth a hunched-back beauty. I was fine looking geeky and weird until the first neck spasm. Then another and another and so on. Sudden and sore as gunshots to my neck, these were not normal aches, but seriously painful and debilitating bouts of pain with sudden onset. I had to do something about this problem and soon. Enter Doctor Ryan Dachowski and his amazing staff. Before my experience with Whole Family Chiropractic, I looked at chiropractic medicine with a gimlet eye, but no longer. The practice is scientifically based and, believe me, goes far and away beyond just getting your neck popped or your back cracked. Dr. Dachowski is doing a world of good for me. The spasms have almost completely abated and slowly but surely this turtle is pulling his head back to where it should be. A final word about the staff. I’ve never seen a more pleasant, friendly and helpful group of people anywhere. Whole Family Chiropractic has my unreserved highest regard and recommendation.

I recommend asking for paper forms if you are not quick at filling out information through your phone! Experiencia fantástica: As someone with autoimmune diseases, diffuse adenomyosis and stage 3 endometriosis, I’ve tried everything. I was averaging a surgery every 6 months for the past 2 years. Whole Family Chiropractic and Dr. Ryan have changed my life. The treatment and validation I’ve received here has done more for me than any of my specialists ever have. I have significantly less flare ups, decreased overall pain, and a better quality of life after receiving treatment here. Because of my treatment at WFC I’ve been able to postpone a fifth surgery and haven’t had a procedure at all this year. If you are on the fence about chiropractic care, please give it a try. Dr. Ryan takes his time to answer every question, every email, and every concern you have. He’s a knowledgeable, trustworthy provider and an overall great person. Experiencia fantástica: My daughter is almost 4 months old. She wasn’t sleeping well, no naps longer than 30 mins during the day. Up almost every two hours and was just uncomfortable. And she wasn’t rolling over from back to belly. I knew what to do... contact Dr.Jessica. Previously, I had taken my middle child to her when he was first born because he wouldn’t turn his head to the left. and really struggled with nursing. After just one adjustment he had mobility back in his neck. I’ve seen how dramatically this helps babies. Needless to said, I had my almost 4 month old adjusted by Dr.Jessica. The improvement was shocking. My daughter went to sleep that night and slept for 7 hours STRAIGHT. Then, that next morning while I was getting ready for work, I put baby down on her tummy time mat.. she IMMEDIATELY rolled over. I rolled her back to have her try again to see if it was a fluke. Nope. She’s been rolling over consistently ever since I brought her into get adjusted. Dr.Jessica is the only person, probably in the world, that I would ever trust to adjust my babies. Initially when you walk in you are greeted by all the staff- you wait actively by doing some body alignment warm ups, and then the staff gently guides you through the process as your turn comes up. From personal experience as a mother of a child who had chronic ear infections, digestive issues, and growing pains, multiple surgeries and frequent ER visits throughout the years: well, since starting Chiropractic care- he hasn't had as many of those problems. And with the doctors at Whole Family Chiropractic- Dr. Jessica being the ONLY board Certified Pediatric and pregnancy Chiropractor in the state of Alaska- she really knows what she is doing: together with her husband they make a beautiful team to get not only our son but our " Whole Family" aligned. Dr. Ryan's approach is professional and very intuitive to each persons needs- very knowledgeable in what they are doing and the care plans that are individual are comprehensive and easy to understand. They do not over load you with information but rather teach you about your body and you do not leave their office feeling like someone "gipped you" a bunch of money. There is so much more positives I can speak on their behalf but you've got to try it yourselves. Something Dr. Jessica said that really stuck out to me was, “You wouldn’t let your dentist start drilling in your teeth without X-Rays right? Then why would a chiropractor adjust without XRays?” It’s funny how much sense that makes but in the 1 1/2 years I have been receiving chiropractic care- not one has done this since While Family Chiropractic. Experiencia fantástica: Started looking for a chiropractor after having a second child diagnosed with scoliosis and since we found out sooner with this one then the first we wanted to try and go a different route then surgery and Dr. Ryan has been great about answering all questions, letting us know our options and explaining how he thinks he can help us hopefully avoid having to go thru surgery again for scoliosis. The whole office staff are great and very welcoming. I drive 45 min one way to go to my sons appts 3 times a week and wouldn't do that if the office wasn't a great place to go. Would defintely recommend!

My husband is also a patient of Dr. Ryan. They both have been a major part of my life and I'm thankful that now my family can benefit from their knowledge and experience. We even drive from Wasilla to be treated by them.

Experiencia fantástica: On Monday I totally messed up my back trying to vacuum my car. I have never slipped a disc before. I immediately drove over to see Dr. Ryan by the time I got there I could barely walk. I had to have two adjustments on Monday and Tuesday and their PA had to give me a couple of injections and on Wednesday I was 90% better. Today is Friday and I was able to return to the gym and workout. I can stand up without a pelvic tilt. I feel great. Dr. Ryan and the team really treat you right. Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about Dr Ryan and Dr Jessica at Whole Family Chiropractic! I started seeing Dr Ryan for debilitating low back pain. He was able to correct my subluxations, which eliminated my back pain and improved my posture and flexibility. I transferred to Dr Jessica, who supported me through my IVF journey, pregnancy, and post-natal recovery. She helped me maintain good pelvic balance and supported me through any discomfort in my back, hips, or joints, while also providing recommendations on supplements to assist with various pregnancy symptoms. When my son was born, I was able to get him adjusted, at home, less than 24hrs after his birth. Dr Jessica was able to correct his torticollis and provided guidance and support to me as I navigated at-home tongue stretches following his tongue tie release. She also provided guidance on supplements to assist with my son’s reflux issues. Dr Ryan and Dr Jessica are both incredibly knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I may have. They take time to truly listen to their clients and offer the necessary support. They truly love what they do and it shows in every interaction with each of their clients!
