Experiencia fantástica: I'm 58 years young and haven't worked out in 20+ years consistently. 2025 was my year to change. I have 6 children and my oldest son is getting married this year September. No eccuses! My fist workout was testy 1/7/2025 and I was IMPRESSED! I was greeted by beautiful Alysha. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. I met my workout partner Gabby who was friendly and fun to workout with. Wow! I'm so happy I found Venus. It was meant to be. I've waisted thousands of dollars on the Warrior Babe ( Nikki Scott) program. That didn't work for me because my trainer lived in New York. Very impersonal and didn't feel supported. This was several years ago, so I'm not sure if Venus Fitness was even around, but I sure wished I would've met them before I met Warrior babe. Nothing but good things to say. I'm very excited for my next session and feel that this Time I will stick with the program. I urge any of you ladies out there contemplating Fitness…… Just do it!!!!! If not----- why not? Experiencia fantástica: I joined the Barbells and Buns for beginners, I was intimated since I have never done weight training before . Omg, this class was amazing and Coach @wyrickerica is awesome. She pushes you and recognizes your newbie limitations. I’ve signed up for more classes after the beginner sessions . Can’t wait to see the new healthier me.

They teach the whole mind and body philosophy and it works. Signed up for their 4 week fierce as f$*% boot camp and am excited for what is to come
