Shelby is another fantastic instructor who brings a wonderful energy to each session. I've truly benefited from their guidance and the positive atmosphere of this studio. Highly recommended for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice!

I had a Well trained teacher who was adept at “reading the room” and speaking to a broad set of experience levels. She built us all up so much I felt like a superstar by the end of class

From helping you into poses you've never done to deepening poses you feel strong in, they really take the time to teach the fundamentals, make classes fun and relaxing, and really get to know YOU. You can tell they love what they do! The entire energy and culture of the instructors and patrons is seriously so uplifting. Wherever you're at in life and physicality, come open and come often. You will love this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this studio! Personal attention is given to each of us during classes. I love the yoga classes for all levels and those classes specific to a body part/stretch. The fitness classes include cardio, toning, and working out with fitness equipment. I always leave classes with more energy and more calm at the same time.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have been going here for a few months now and absolutely love it! The owners are super nice, and the staff is amazing. Recently we have been taking our 7 year old daughters with us on Wednesday night kids yoga class. This has been a great place to work on centering ourselves and sharing something that is important to us with our kids!
