Experiencia negativa: I went in to see Jonathan Conley with the recommendation of a Dr I trust. To say my experience was terrible is an understatement. I gave him a 2 because his recipes he emailed were helpful. I went in to get education on heart healthy foods to help lower my cholesterol while also trying to lose weight because I have noticed that as I add the foods higher in healthy fats, I am gaining more weight. I’ve been on an up and down hill battle with my weight for about 12 years. Of course I’m going to be a little emotional. This man had the nerve to tell me to seek mental health with a counselor. Why can’t women be a little stressed and busy raising kids without needing a therapist? I literally went in there to get education on food and quite honestly felt like I was leading the entire session. I also left feeling like I was no more educated than walking in there. I would not recommend him for anyone wanting to gain actual knowledge. I left there feeling so confused and upset.

Experiencia negativa: Young and inexperienced. Kept repeating himself. In need of some training. Didn't address any specific diabetic needs/issues for diet. Didn't set any goals. I believe he was slightly intimidated by someone who knew the "basic" nutrition information and didn't know how to further educate and set a plan/goals. A bit too agreeable. Contradicted the weight loss specialist Doctor on what to focus on nutrition wise. Overall, very disappointing.
