Experiencia negativa: I have went to this clinic for over 9 years . I have dealt with the disrespect but today and yesterday was crazy . I know help is hard to find but this is ridiculous. I have 4 people go to this doc and we will no longer go here . The doctor will not even take out the time to speak with you . Do not go here .

Experiencia negativa: Really hard to get in touch with, no return calls. i called and called with no response, so i went to the office and started calling as I walked in, they were not very busy, I could hear the phone ringing, but they just ignored the call.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely hard to get ahold of. Precovid it was a great office with great staff. Now? I can’t ever get a call back, left multiple voicemails throughout the month and still haven’t gotten a call back to set up an appointment.

Experiencia negativa: Very rude talks down to you. I felt very uncomfortable. He looked in my mouth and said " oh you like hamburgers and fajitas you eat alot of that" . He didn't listen to me that I was vegetarian. Never went back to him.

His office is easy to make appointments with and is even open on Saturdays at one of the locations. He is very nice and professional.

Dr. Charkassky is a very kind Dr who does more than just help w weight loss. He asks about my kiddos, how things are going in my life. I wish I had found him yrs ago! If you want to lose weight & get your life back he IS the man for you! My starting weight in April 2015 was 282lbs. I'm now at 189 & have never been happier!
