Experiencia fantástica: With the help I received at Wellness Today in Lubbock, TX, I've got my life back. It is such a positive, upbeat environment. The therapists are knowledgeable and caring. The next time I need physical therapy, without hesitation, I'll go back!

Experiencia fantástica: The facility at S Loop 289 is by far the best in town! Very spacious, incredible indoor pool at a therapeutic temperature , and a willing staff if you need assistance. Emma always welcomes you and sends you out with a big smile!

Experiencia fantástica: Need some physical therapy? Or a quiet place to work out? This is the place! Caring staff, plenty of equipment, hot tub and heated pool. Also special programs scheduled each month. I have been a member for years.

Experiencia negativa: This place is good for therapy but a joke as far as a gym goes. You pay for a membership but it doesn’t include the use of everything in tge gym, those things are extra. I think when you join a gym the price should include everything in the gym. Such a rip off.

Experiencia negativa: Not a good experience. I was treated like a shoplifter while trying out the gym for membership while working out with another member. We were spotting each other and working out together and I was told not to do personal training in the gym. They lost a potential membership and referrals to my Wellness clients for this establishment.

Experiencia negativa: Rude staff and if you call the Manager Judy will tell you she knows them and will not do about it. I don't recommend this gym at all.

Experiencia fantástica: I really like this place but it is not be right for the Gold's Gym crowd. It is never very crowded but it is full of people recovering from surgeries and seniors. Silver Sneakers qualifed. Clean, well run and owned by Physical Therapy Today.

Experiencia negativa: After two years of COVID this gym still requires a mash to enter. In addition the require a mask to come into the lobby to ask a question and if you are not wearing a mask the front desk person yells at you. (they do not give you a mask) CRUNCH Fitness on Slide Road across from the Mall is much more friendly, larger with more classes and equipment!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: The only reason I'm giving this business 1 star is because there isn't an option to give a lower rating. From the very beginning the scheduling was a nightmare. They would make no allowance for the fact that I work out of town and need an appointment later in the day. On the day before my appointment (1:00pm), I called to see if there was any chance of an appointment later in the day and the receptionist said they had an opening at 2:30, so I jumped at the chance. When I walked in they required masks and I didn't have one with me. I asked if they had one and they were more than happy to charge me $5, which I agreed to because I needed to get this appointment done. As she was running my debit card (they don't take cash) she told me that my appointment was at 2 and they wouldn't be able to see me today. I showed her the message confirming the 2:30 time. Didn't phase her one bit. That's when she turned to the dietician who was sitting on her ample behind watching this all play out and didn't even offer a solution. At that point I was done and asked to cancel the purchase of the $5 mask and I would go somewhere else. For the record, it would be a challenge to take a dietician who is 75-100lbs overweight very seriously. I never got past the front counter and I have no desire to go further into the building. RESPONSE TO OWNER: Thank you for your response. I appreciate the fact that you are on top of things in your business. I, too, wish the interaction had been more positive.

Experiencia negativa: I have never been treated so poorly as I was in this gym. The manager was rude to me on more than one occasion. I tried to ignore her but she continued to go out of her way to make rude comments and be hateful. I hate this because all of the other staff and members were amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been very pleased with the Wellness Today group. They are very courteous, friendly and caring for all of my needs and concerns. All of them are knowledgeable with backgrounds, experience and education in Physical Therapy. I am gaining strength in my body with the program that was developed for me. The facility is always very clean, the equipment is first class, the times of operation are very flexible to my schedule, and it is a great place to meet and visit with other people.

Experiencia fantástica: This isn't your normal gym. It's a therapy gym. It's very clean with well maintained equipment. The staff are the best! It's a very professionally ran gym. I plan on staying for ever. I highly recommend The Wellness center of Lubbock to everyone!

At WT, from when you first walk in the door you feel welcomed. Trainer, Sheila Cagle, changed my life!! I was able to lost 53 lbs and do classes and exercises I thought I could never do!! Now I love going to the gym and have meet so many friends through WT !

Experiencia fantástica: A great gym with a rehab focus. Very knowledgeable trainers, good rehab equipment in addition to the standard gym stuff. Has a physical therapy office inside the gym, and a physical therapy transition program. The underwater treadmills are a good and gentle way to rehab an injury. They also have a hot tub.

Experiencia negativa: Poor and incompetent staff. Tried to use my prime network to use this place. The lady at the front desk did not know what to do. First she wanted to charge me $10, when the prime network is suppose to be free. Then she asked me my age, and told me I could not work out without a Dr note. I am over 40, and needed that. Very poorly trained staff. Watch out you "out of towersc when using the prime app to fine gyms in Lubbock. I would avoid this one
