Experiencia positiva: Amazing Menu, Fabulous Smoothies. I’ve never been disappointed with their selections that I’ve tried and I always feel clean/energized after eating anything here. They truly do live up to the name and I’m glad they are expanding! Recently I’ve been coming here and the gal at the front has been coming off rude. I just came in for a smoothie and it’s like she’s mad at me for existing. I’d say something and she’d just glare no reply. I sat down and get up to throw away my smoothie said bye and she side eyed & scoffed. She could be going through something I get it but bad vibes.

Experiencia negativa: Went here for the first time looking for a smoothie, got the Strawberry Shortcake and it tasted like drinking nothing, just a little nutty taste from the almond milk. No flavor. For close to $10 for a smoothie, very disappointing.

Experiencia fantástica: This isn’t my most frequented Fit-Flavors location but I love stopping here when I’m in the area for the smoothie bar options while I’m shopping for my weekly meals. I always ask the staff for suggestions on my protein shake and they never disappoint. Parking is also convenient with spaces right out front making it easy to get in and out if you’re in a hurry.

When I'm at the stores, I'll even put the baskets back after someone walks up to the counter with their food! Yes..I am the basket lady! Oh...and sometimes hand out straws for the smoothies!!! Although I'm at the Creve Coeur location the most of the time, this service can be said for the other 4 locations as well!! I'm excited for the new location in Des Peres! I started eating these meals in February, 2016 after I moved here from Texas and have used Fit Flavors food pretty much on a regular basis! Sometimes I'll make some of my own breakfasts...yet would rather have some of their yummy meals..especially the great pancakes! Other than the meals, there are some great bulk protein and vegetable dishes offered in the stores. My favorites are the Sweet and Salty Turkey Burger, the Peanut Chicken and Spaghetti Squash! (Hope the Turkey Sloppy Joe comes back in bulk!!!!) :o) With these dishes, I can still weigh out what I need and then add some of my own sides! So good!! The best part about all these meals (other than the great taste!)...they have all the right portions and nutritional information on each container. The breakdown has the calories and macros on each container. How much easier can that get??? For me, I prefer to do calories and not have to think about the breakdown of anything. My Fitness Pal also helps plan some meals ahead. I don't have to think about what to eat other than look at the device to see what is planned for each meal and snack. And the body knows when it's time to eat!!!! Trust me!!!!!! Eating Fit-Flavors foods and My Fitness Pal, have been great tools to help make my journey successful. My snacks can be some of those "forbidden" foods...yet...when tracked...they fit right in with my plan. I've always been into fitness and nutrition. However...Fit-Flavors just make things so much better. Great food....Stay healthy...lose/maintain weight and feel great! Since I really don't cook..Fit Flavors is the answer to my food God!!!!!! :o)) Even my family knows I'm in Fit-Flavors heaven!!!!! :o) I think I can become the Poster Child for Fit-Flavors! :o)

The store is clean and the food items are well stocked and organized. I love that there is a microwave to heat foods in case I am having a fit-flavor for lunch and can eat at a table on the patio.

Experiencia positiva: If you happen to living out of a hotel for an extended period of time, fit-flavors is a fantastic health-conscious option. Their seafood options are shockingly delicious (no fishiness whatsoever) and they offer a number of vegan/vegetarian options as well, plus a military discount. The one and only downside I could cite is that nine times out of ten, buying groceries and preparing meals yourself is far more affordable, but for those without the luxury of a kitchen nor time, this is a wonderful option.

Experiencia negativa: I tried to go in to get a smoothie this morning. The door was unlocked and 3 of the staff were sitting at a table by the smoothie bar. As I walked in at 9:59am I'm greeted by one of them saying "we're not open yet!" I said ok and walked out and decided if that's how they treat a potential customer then I didn't want to spend my money there. They could have handled it better in my opinion and maybe keep the door locked if you're not ready for customers.

My wife and I pick out our prepared lunch and dinner meals and keep them in the fridge. It makes lunch break at work sooooo much more enjoyable. I just pick one out of the fridge and warm it up. Also, we are going out to eat waaaaaay less. I'm actually saving money . My wife's happy which means I'm happy. Also, the staff is VERY friendly and VERY helpful!!!

Experiencia negativa: There is no way the foods promoted as healthy should EVER have 200 mg of cholesterol let alone the amount of calories, and sodium they have. The refrigerated meals are very much overpriced since for a few dollars more you can get a fresh meal pretty much anywhere within a 1 mile radius. The shakes options are are bland, or high sugar/calorie and literally can be made with the most basic ingredients from Walmart, or Supplement Superstores.

Experiencia positiva: Very clean and friendly people. Great atmosphere. Smoothies where all made out of what appeared to be processed stuff though, like pounder, syrup, ext. I want a smoothie made with real fruit! Real strawberries not some strawberry syrup, pounder and ice I want real food and from the way they advertise I thought that's what it would be, but hey if your ok with that stuff you'll love this place, I just want to eat real food and thought the smoothie would be made out of real food (maybe that's my fault for assuming that) that's why 3/5. atmosphere and stuff are great though!

The rewards program is a little lacking for the price of the meals but for what you'd probably spend on fast food this is a much healthier and convineient option.

Experiencia positiva: Everything great to say about this location, the meals, the staff - convenient, good portions, fresh, healthy & tasty, super friendly and helpful, always upbeat and energetic. My ONLY complaint is many times I have gotten meals that are spicy when they are not marked spicy. I complained in the store and they were already aware because of other complaints, especially about the sweet potatoes. It has gotten much better, but I will still occasionally get something that is so spicy I can't eat it and it is not marked as spicy. I complained again via e-mail with no response. This is frustrating. Overall though - I definitely recommend. I often go in once a week and buy my lunches for the entire week.
