I signed up online, scheduled my appointment, and had a zoom call with Isaac the next day. I work long hours Monday -Friday so I appreciated that he was also available for a Saturday session. Isaac was great, very informative and made me feel less anxious about my upcoming diet change. He provided resources that will set me up for success and was very responsive when I communicated with him. Definitely recommend Nuestro Nutrition, not just for bariatric surgery but for all nutritional needs.

I have recommended someone already to him and would recommended more if I was asked. He is very nice and understanding and lisens to your concerns. Nuestro Nutrition is a must if your are going through your 2 week diet pre op and it's very important to have him guide you for your post op meal plan. The only thing I was really bad about is logging my food, I'm so busy but we will check on you and tell you to log your entries.
