Experiencia negativa: 0/10 do not recommend Dr. Munirah Bomani did not listen to me at all, only read the first line of the information I provided, and downplayed my issues. I can’t afford an EpiPen. She did nothing to help me with my severe asthma and allergies other than suggest EYE DROPS. I have been left in tears feeling unheard and dismissed.

The communication was excellent and she was able to provide exactly what I needed in a very timely manner. In this day of so many unreliable providers she was a breath of fresh air. I can highly recommend Dr. Bomani and My Virtual Physician.

I have a complex issue and did a lot of research and had to advocate for myself for over a year to find someone like Dr. Howard, who instantly looked at at the data I shared with him along with the answers that I gave him when he asked me vital questions. Dr Howard is a patient kind intelligent sensitive person and physician. Im looking forward to establishing myself as a patient with him. I needed to find a clinician who authentically desires to partner with his patient on a healing restorative journey based on the data and active listening.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad that I found them. My doctors office is so backed up. It takes 2 to 3 months. I was hesitant at first I have never had a virtual position outside of my doctor. When I got on there I told her everything she listened to me. She gave me all medication that were needed and was there when my doctor would not prescribe me a medication that was desperately needed. I am extremely impressed at the way that she listened to me and worked with me the whole time. I have seen her three times now and I don’t plan on going back to my doctor. I highly recommend this place Saves so much time and stress!!!

Despite having not to pay for medical care for simple visits to the doctor when at home, this virtual visit while on vacation was more relaxing and efficient. Starting with the “sign-in” with “reception” Michael, I couldn’t have had a more helpful encounter. Never having done a virtual visit, Michael was extremely helpful with guiding me through the process and helpful in setting me up with the links for the consult. Then there was meeting Dr. David Howard. Thank you for being available on January 1st - a holiday most doctors in Canada would be eagerly taking off. Dr. Howard did not treat my “female” symptoms like a brush off like I may normally encounter at home. Dr. Howard was “present” despite doing the visit via video conference. He may be carrying the title of “doctor” but he carried it with care and a bit of compassion for his patients. The entire experience, starting with Michael and ending with Dr. David Howard, was an experience that made my unexpected-while-on-vacation visit to a medical facility easy and efficient and, most important to me, stress free. Thank you Michael and Dr. Howard!

Experiencia negativa: My first appointment with Dr Howard was great and the follow up with him was very good. My second appointment with an APN was NOT. I waited online for over an hour and was never seen, after paying for the appointment. There was no explanation just a text sent later with my new appointment times. At least with Dr Howard, if there was any confusion, he actually reached out himself.

Dr Cherian, MD is an amazing family physician who has loads of enthusiasm for even a new patient such as nicely, and is more than willing to help you get well and stay that way in anyway she can. She is quite wholesome in her patient care, recommends great things for you to do in your life after addressing the chief complaint(s) you have, very understanding/compassionate, and also, she is very personable great bedside manner via Telehealth ; now that is quite a difficult feat to achieve. I recommend her highly to anyone. I’ve had really bad experiences in the loop with doctors in the past 20 years+. I commend her so much for her patience with me. Dr. Cherian stays on top of your healthcare needs, highly recommend that you you should follow up with her and gives you an with her and gives you a great timeframe plus a reminder—and even recommends to follow up much sooner if needed to resolve issues thatt may crop up—she is very attentive to detail. She looks at your medical history and shows great concern regarding your health as it currently stands. Also shows great concern and enthusiasm for your overall health. In the past, I had a great issues with doctors referring me out regarding issues that cannot easily be resolved, even in a traditional setting (and some quite serious health concerns). I actually have two much-needed referrals now, current medical issues were addressed by Dr Cherian during pleasant, welcoming visit—and I’m not sure if I mentioned this, but she has great follow-up. She actually does want to see you and definitely recommend seeing her make an appointment. If you need a sooner she reminds you and encourages reaching out. Communication with her is five stars, everything I would say is five out of five. Thank you so much Dr. Cherian for taking time to care so much about my health! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Experiencia positiva: Everyone was very kind and responsive. However, the process and price in which the services/product would be offered were not as promised. I paid for services/products in advance, and then after I received the service, I was expected to pay more money to actually receive the product. This was due to state/insurance issues that were not explained prior to me confirming and paying for the services up front. In order for me to receive the product, I am now having to pay more than promised. I would encourage to ask more questions in advance to be prepared for and in complete agreement with what you're signing up for. I had to make many calls, to multiple places, to get everything figured out. Much more of a process than expected, again due to state/insurance issues, but I may not have gone down this route if I knew the lengthy process that it would take.
