Staff is amazing, other gym goers are friendly and helpful, and the equipment is phenomenal (so many things you wouldn't see at a standard commercial gym). Love this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Had a killer pump at Flex Fitness! found them on instagram! I’m a gym freak and lifting is like oxygen for me and this gym was amazing! Staff super friendly and cool! Dillon at the front desk was fantastic, showed us around, and was great. I’m usually concerned with gyms being too small but Flex is definitely a bigger and more spacious gym than to most I’ve gone to. The machines they had surprised me! Literally anything and everything you need in a gym is there! Plus the inside/outside aspect was nice! Great lighting for content! Very clean! And will definitely be back! Super happy with Flex Fitness!

Experiencia fantástica: First off, I wasn't paid to write this, I wasn't bribed or told to either. I was just impressed by the gym and to be honest, that is pretty rare these days when it comes to the fitness/health/wellness industry. Definitely enjoyed my first workout here at flex fitness. As a doctor of physical therapy, I'm pretty booked throughout the day so early mornings and late nights are when I usually go to the gym. Flex is 24 hours which makes it easy for my schedule. They pride themselves on having the best equipment and keeping the facility clean. I can attest to both these attributes, as Flex fitness is extremely clean and has equipment that is new and great for the human body. The owner, Tony, is extremely nice as well as the front desk staff. Even all the members mind their own business and have a calm camaraderie that isn't over the top and obnoxious. If you're on the fence about coming here, I would just stop by and take a peak. Again, I love this industry and built my career in it and not many of gyms check all my boxes. This one does.

Experiencia fantástica: What I most like about Flex Fitness is the culture. People put their weights away and clean up after themselves. It's an expectation and a condition when you sign up. I've been here at peak hours and it's really not too bad, because there are lots of options for whatever you maybe working out on. Having the 24 hour access is nice too. They have some cardio equipment and an area to do some stretching and mobility. Lots of free weights, benches and machines I've never seen before. The owner and the rest of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Also the owner is almost always present and involved. If you are looking for a no nonsense place to call your home gym this is it.

Tony has given me lots of tips on working out, he is very knowledgeable. It has 24 hr. access as well, how cool is that? Solid, quality machines, & lots of free weights. Experiencia fantástica: As a female who hasn’t been in a gym for over a decade, i was worried this gym would be full of bro-culture types and aggro-wannabe-influencers saving equipment for their viral video but im happy to report that isn’t the case. The place is never crowded like an LA Fitness or 24 and the people who come here seem genuinely focused on getting their workout in. If you come in at the same time you’ll start to see the same faces and everyone gives each other the friendly nod almost to signal “let’s get ish done!” Environment/Cleanliness Cleanest gym I’ve ever been in! Tony is obsessive about keeping his gym floor clean. He will literally pick up tiny specs off the floor with his finger. Surprisingly, the bathrooms are always well kept which i really appreciate Personal Training I’ve been in the fitness industry for over a decade so i can be a bit skeptical of personal training but I’m happy to report that Tony is the cream of the crop. He’s very knowledgeable, on time every time (y’all know what i mean about flakey PTs), and understands nutrition. He’s a tough love professional who runs a tight ship and makes sure you know the proper way to do things including reminding others about common courtesy on keeping the gym clean for others. I came here looking for a safe place and i feel like i found a friendly community. Highly recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Without a doubt, Flex Fitness is the best and cleanest gym in all of Orange County. Amazing staff, personal trainers, and members and top of the line equipment you won't see anywhere else! They have Pennatta, Arsenal, and Rouge equipment. This place will get you the results you want. Personal training is also outstanding and I fully recommend. I've been training with Tony, and within the first two weeks already both myself and others around me have noticed incredible results. The gym environment is extremely motivating, and everyone has exceptional gym etiquette. I am very picky about the places that I train at, and I can fully say Flex is by far the best place to workout.

Many competitive bodybuilders here but even for someone just starting back to the gym, like myself, it’s an extremely helpful and motivating environment.

Experiencia fantástica: Flex Fitness is a top-of-the-line gym. I've been training for over 42 years, am a 7xs fitness and bodybuilding champion, as well as a lifetime competitive athlete. I'm extremely picky where I train, as I train intensely and superset always. This gym has Panatta, Rogue, and Arsenal equipment. It is extremely clean and the members all have excellent gym etiquette. You will never come in here and have to wait for a machine or experience frustration due to not being able to find a dumbbell or have to wait to use any machines. They are also open 24 hours and it is very affordable with the different types of memberships. Come check them out and experience what it is to be in the best gym in south Orange county. The vibes are always positive and the athletic environment makes it the best place to train!

Experiencia negativa: Boasting a $84 per month price tag is absolutely absurd, I have personally seen gas station bathrooms held to better cleaning standards than this whole gym don't even get me started on their bathrooms, their management is rude and will not listen to you, Save yourself the headache and the money and go for any other gym.

Experiencia negativa: Do not go here, There are way better options, $35 for a day pass is just absurd. But wait it gets even better they're monthly packages are $100,You could go somewhere such as Planet Fitness and spend $45 for a month, the facilities weren't kept to the cleanest standards. There are not enough machines and when I went, the machines I wanted to use had a decent wait for them. The bathrooms were unkept and the gym was noisy. I talked to their sales manager about this while I was trying to end my membership and she was very loud and rude to me, I personally would avoid this establishment at all costs, save Your money and go to any other gym

The place is tiny, it was packed, and the bathrooms were rancid. the floors reeked of piss. And we saw a dude shooting up and he offered to sell us something. 0/5 if I could

Experiencia negativa: Not worth the price, Paid $35 dollars for a day pass and they were trying to sell me a $100 a month package. Might have been reasonable if the place was as big as most gyms like la fitness but no they have limited space and most machines are in use 24/7 had a hard time even getting on a machine.

A mix of bodybuilding and powerlifting with equipment to spare. It’s got an awesome motivational feel to ithe place! This is not 24 hour fitness or some chain gym, this is a place you go to get in serious workouts. I’ve probably been over 100 gyms in my life and it’s really rare to find a place like this. I’m delighted to have found this place! I give them an A+

The owner Toni takes pride in having high standards of gym etiquette. Which I came to find out is difficult to find. Members are always grinding and training on a different level which for me pushed me to do more or train harder. I wish I had a gym like this in NYC.

I have memberships to every club around and have canceled them all to be at Flex. If you are serious about training and are not at flex I really don’t know what you are doing with your life. State of the art equipment excellent freeway access to both north and south and the best environment for athletic success. No matter what your fitness goals are Flex can assist you in reaching them from beginner to professional levels. The gym offers 24hr access for such a nominal monthly fee it’s almost ridiculous. Stop by and check them out you will be amazed!!

It was also super clean, and the staff was so friendly. Bernard signed me up for my day pass and was really welcoming.
