Experiencia fantástica: I arrived on time at the Pinellas health care center, and was directed to a large, comfortable waiting. area. A young, knowledgeable nurse then led me to an examining room, where she asked me questions about my health, and documented my answers. .When she was done a very pleasant nurse practitioner arrived, asked me questions about my general health. and documented my answers. When the nurse practitioner was finished, she asked me a few more questions about the colonoscopy I had a few months ago, documented my answers, and gave me very helpful advice about eating and getting exercise.

Experiencia fantástica: My new primary care doctor is Dr Miguel Mantilla. He has excellent medical knowledge, physical exam skills, bedside manner, and has answered all my concerns and questions. I have seen him twice since the fall of 2024 and used the patient portal several times between visits. I had a lot of questions after doing some research and having used the patient portal and scheduled a follow up visit when I was ready (the visit occurred the next day after I scheduled the appointment!) I have gone thru several primary care providers in the 2 1/2 years since I’ve been in the Villages. He is very knowledgeable and picked up problems no other doctor has AND he has followed thru. This has not been the case with my other 2 primary care doctors at The Villages Health Pinellas or Creekside Care Centers. If he had not worked out, I was going to change practices. I am very happy to have Dr. Mantilla as my new internist. It is hard to get a good doctor when you don’t know anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I called to see if I could get into Pinellas Care Center the same day, without an appointment. I had extreme neck and shoulder pain. Mary was very helpful and found time I could be seen. Upon arrival I was seen by NP Tracey Moore. She was a delight, as she examined me, reviewed my history, analyzed my condition and offered recommendations and meds to take care of my pain. I recommend Tracey, if you need assistance for a medical condition. She was very kind, listened to my explanations, very thorough check up, followed thru with prescriptions and her diagnosis and recommendations eased my extreme pain. I am very grateful for Tracey’s care, thank you.

She always consults Dr Perez prior to patients appts. Today’s appt was no different! Dr Andrea is thorough, knowledgeable, on time and so professional. I never feel rushed. She doesn’t miss a beat! I am in great hands with Dr Andrea! Once again I left knowing I’m in good health!

I have never had a bad experience and whenever I've needed a fast appointment I have been given it the same day or the next morning and that has been sufficient..I have used the weekend urgent Care at Creekside twice and was happy with both experiences..Everyone has always been very attentive and taken care of me well. I have never been called into my appointment past my appointment time!

We had to catch her up on a lot of things that were going on with my health, and she was very attentive and extremely helpful. I will be seeing her again in three months to see how I am doing, since I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic migraines, it makes me feel relieved when someone believes that you have this disease that’s totally unbearable. I greatly appreciate any advice that she Has given me and I look forward to talking to her again in three months.

From the front office administration to the Medical Staff, they are 2nd to none. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen and, usually, that’s because im early.

She quickly ordered an x-ray for me and suggested a dexa-scan. Joyce is a true professional and she made my visit very worthwhile.

From the time that you enter the facility to walking out following your appointment, everyone is very attentive to your needs. I have never had to wait to see my pcp. In fact, I have been called in early. My pcp, Dr. Cloukey, is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and spends quality time with you with explanations that the average person can comprehend. This facility and my doctor are topnotch!

Sat us in room and went over file and questions. Dr Perez came in, addressed issues and answered questions. He did a pre-op exam and we were done! Total for appointment was about 45 minutes. All of my concerns were addressed and answered. Great appointment!

From the moment we walked in the (rolled in, in my case) and met by Jeanne, to the intial intake, to being seen by Dr. Kakar and Madhu Sharma, APRN, to being checked out was (for a doctors office) a pleasant experiance. Because of my insurance I was forced to change from my other Primary Doctor, but I believe this is going to be a blessing in disguise. So, thanks goes to all.

Experiencia fantástica: My primary doctor, Julie Sudduth, D.O., is a remarkable asset to my wellbeing. She remains calm when I think I may have all types of diseases I find on the internet. She inspires me to do better with keeping myself healthy. She probably thinks her advice falls on deaf ears, but I do respect what she’s saying and I try hopefully to make those changes.

I provided a history from birth through the day of the appointment with doctors surgeries, and all the things that have happened to be in my lifetime. They took it all and set it all up. I came with a hit list on things I want to do accomplish, they put it all into my file and have started the process of getting the specialist and whoever needs needs to be involved from this point forward. Experiencia fantástica: These guys really have it together ❤️. I called very last minute for an RX before going out of town. Because of the drug type, I was required to actually see the doc. Since it was late in the afternoon, I figured it wasn't going to happen. They suggested a telehealth visit. They scheduled me in the next hour and were able to send the RX to the drugstore. They go the extra mile for their patients. I recommend them to anyone who asks.
