Experiencia fantástica: I found Elite Fitness through positive reviews in a google search for trainers near me. I’ve been coming since Sept 2022. I feel great , I’m losing weight , getting stronger , and more cut all around. I was skeptical at first as I have been to other trainers before whom although they are in great shape , they did not seam to customize my regimen for my body , rather they tried to duplicate what worked for them . Elite Fitness , on the other hand, is run Eli Mehring , whom is a former body builder himself , with decades of experience training others . He employs 12 trainers, all who have body building experience themselves. The diff is, when you train and are coached by someone with experience body building , they know the formula. Calorie deficit + muscle gain + proteins + HIT cardio+ lots of water. it’s a simple formula , but difficult to master on your own . Small deviations can alter results . I ask tons of questions whom all are happy to share their education. Also busy Body fitness center in west Boca (where Elite Training operates )is a pretty epic gym. It has state of the art equipment , nice ambiance , and a great community of people . I highly recommend.

Does a great job accommodating your needs, is flexible with scheduling, very responsive. Workouts are short and super effective - packs in 30 minutes as much as others do in 90. About the only way I find I can reliably stay in shape while having a very busy schedule otherwise

Elie and his team made it doable by designing 30 min strength training workouts that challenged my body but didn't add strain to my ankles and knees where I had previous injuries. I don't have a lot of time as a busy mom but the time I put in with the trainers has decreased my stress, improved my mobility and I feel stronger in my body. Signing up was the best investment in myself!

Elie is the owner and he has established a great program that truly works if you put the effort in. You will be held accountable. Expect to weigh-in at each visit and if you aren’t hitting your marks you will be questioned. No BS excuses here! Elie lets you know from the get go that you will train with more than one person. I was hesitant on this at first but then the idea grew on me. The ideology and genius behind it is that you can always expect a challenging consistent workout at your convenience. If your particular trainer isn’t available in your time of need he has someone ready to step in and you won’t miss a beat! With that being said, I primarily train with Brandon. He is exceptional, he somehow finds the way to push and challenge you without taking it to far. You always want to come back for more! I genuinely look forward to waking up and heading in for my 30 minute workout! I am so excited to see the continual changes that my body will go through with Elite Fitness!

Continuously keeping you on your toes with old school workouts that really do show results.. They’ll push you to your limits, then tell you to suck it up, and push you past..
