Experiencia fantástica: I’ve worked out here since 2020 and I only have positive things to say. The staff are adamant on keeping it clean, and it being open 24/7 makes it really convenient to get a workout in whenever I desire.
Experiencia positiva: Its open 24 hours. They have pretty good equipment, but some do not work. Its normally quiet, no more than 5 to 6 ppl there at a time.

Experiencia positiva: Great gym overall and you can always get a reliable workout, endless amounts of handles for cable exercises, nice and friendly staff and well working and mostly clean machines. My gripes are few mainly being it feels hotter than usual, if the AC was kept to a 68-70 it would be great.

Experiencia negativa: So apparently when you join online it's fine print that explains you will be getting charged on the 1st of every month regardless when you join gym. My issue isn't the monthly bills my issue is when I called for an explanation and I was told to suck it up and take the loss that my feelings didn't matter to the gym or management. I SPOKE With TINA WHO IS THE MANAGER TO ALL FOUR REGIONS AND SHE WAS THE MOST RUDEST PERSON I EVER TALKED WITH. I TOLD HER THAT SHE WAS BEING RUDE AND SHE TOLD ME OKAY!! OKAY, MA'AM DO BETTER AS A HUMAN. THE WAY I WAS TREATED ON THAT PHONE BEING A NEW CUSTOMER WAS BAFFLING. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER NUMBER OVER HER. SHE TOLD ME THAT WAS CONFIDENTIAL AND WILL NOT BE DISCLOSING THAT INFORMATION TO ME. NO NAME, NO NUMBER. IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF PERSON RUNNING THESE COMPANIES THEN IT SAYS ALOT ABOUT THE OWNER. TINA WAS NASTY, SHORT, DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE. IF SHE CAN BE THIS WAY IN THE MORNING, I WOULD HATE TO SEE HER AT NIGHT. LET ALONG IN THE GYM WHERE PEOPLE GO FOR AN OUTLET. I GUESS WHEN YOUR MISERABLE YOU WOULDN'T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK WITH PEOPLE. THEN SHE CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. SMDH JUST SAD AND WAITING ON MY REFUND. Experiencia negativa: Very rude area manager. I realized there is no point of going through legal trouble over nearly $50 but I will take time out of my day to let others know before choosing this gym that, like another person posted 2 months ago they kept charging them even though they had the Oxford subscription. I only went to the Oxford location. I went up to the creedmoor location to get the membership for me and my significant other. They were training a new lady and somehow I find out today that I never was on oxfords membership like I asked nor was my email correct! The email that I use to get updates from!! I wouldn’t have a problem if I was asked if my email was correct and told to confirm it but I wasn’t. And even explained that to Miss Tina. I then got told that it was pretty much my fault because I needed to check my bank account to make sure it’s not connected anymore, WHEN if the lady did it right the first time I would’ve been assigned to oxford like I asked. IF I GOT ASKED CONFIRMATION ON MY INFORMATION I WOULDN’T HAVE MONEY BEING STOLEN FROM ME! I even gave bank statements, told her I was never asked to confirm anything, SHOWED MY EMAILS. She then sent a picture of my information and I told her it was wrong and that’s how it proceeded to be my fault. As you can see all those messages are in order and this lady doesn’t have any customer service experience, she needs to be looked into considering this has happened to someone else!!!!! (Some things crossed out for privacy of course)

Experiencia negativa: I went to the Oxford location and they said that we need to buy our membership at creedmoor even if we were about to go to Oxford location, so we did that, at Oxford any machine works, so duty anyway they close the gym and I call them to cancel my subscription and TINA ( who is no nice and she shouldn’t be working on customer service) told me that was automatically cancel but it’s been 3 months and they still charging the bill, I call today and they said that it was already cancel and they don’t know why they continue charging, I guess is a way to steal money!! I’m going to call my bank !!
Experiencia negativa: Location is good and convenient however with minimum staffing people bring their less than 5 year old children making it uncomfortable to get a good workout in. You’re in constant fear the kid will get in the way and get hurt. I understand ultimately it is bad parenting how ever there should be measures in place to prevent this
Experiencia negativa: I was a member of this gym about a year and a half ago. At the time, it was a very good gym, they usually had some1 working the front counter and if not then some1 could be reached by phone. I stopped going to the gym and when I tried to get someone on the phone to start my membership back up I couldn't. I had to drive to the place to try to find some help. A sign on the door said to call Tina at such and such number. I did this, left a message. She got back to me quick, however when I began trying to get my membership started again, she informed me that I had about a years membership due. Funny that as I was paying monthly, to which I was told they never had a monthly membership, a blatant lie if ever I've heard one. From the other reviews I've read now, it seems that this place has steadily declined, I would suggest elite fitness half a block down the road.

Experiencia positiva: It’s nice having someone at the desk whenever I come in now in case something happens but the new guy has zero people skills or personality. The last few people have always interacted with the members but this new guy, that’s not gonna happen. Not even a, “have a nice day” or “how’s it going”.

Experiencia negativa: Customer service and honesty is non existent by management at this location. I was charged an unauthorized fee in addition to the monthly membership. I called the number listed for the gym and was told by the rep that an email was sent out on March 22nd about the fee. I advised the rep that no one ever asked me for my email when I signed up for membership therefore I was never notified. The rep read off an email which was not mine therefore I asked for a refund being that this was an error on their part. I was told to call the manager Tina, who was very nasty and barely let me even explain the situation as she kept over talking me and I had to keep asking her to let me talk. Tina started the call off by saying she had heard that I wanted to cancel my membership but that I Refused to bring back my key fob and they would need that back because their fobs are expensive. (Very professional for a manager to start off a conversation with a customer with false accusations). I never refused, the rep at the gym said that she was leaving at 1:00pm and if I couldn’t be there by 1:00 then I could leave the fob on her desk with my name attached. She then said if I couldn’t bring the fob back that a $10 fee would is charged. The conversation with the rep ended by me telling her that I’d be dropping the fob off with my name attached to it. Tina then proceeds to say it was not their responsibility to make sure that they have a correct email address. Hmmm… no one ever asked me for an email address to put on file… so obviously they just plugged something in. She continues on with its not their responsibility to make sure the information is correct… really?!? Most legit businesses do verify with a consumer that the information they have entered into their system is indeed correct. I tried to explain to her that obviously something was done wrong at registration being that I was never asked for an email yet there is an email entered into my account that is someone else’s name… her response was that her staff members do everything correctly because she checks on them. Hmm that’s odd being that Tina was not there checking on her staff member when I was registered for membership. I suggest finding a gym with better management that has people and customer service skills.
Experiencia positiva: What I like and don't like about this gym. it's not packed you can get in and get out. They do need to do dusting. They do need to fix things in there..but it's ok.
Experiencia negativa: Gym needs a few up grades. A few investments would go a long way Please please get a whole new rack of dumbbells. Maybe upgrade the lighting.
Experiencia positiva: (3.3.23) Fitness NC isn't perfect folks — But … - For a 1-person membership you only pay $15 (+$5 monthly to bring a guest) a month | lowest priced membership I ever had - I guess the owners/management read these reviews because there is always ample cleaning supplies available - There typically is someone manning the front desk when I come around 5pm on the weekdays -The only thing that could use improvement is the actual weights themselves and some of the machines that are worn out/outdated Thanks Fitness NC Team

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym with everything one would need to get yoked. From the clean equipment, up beat environment and friendly staff to the “loading muscle” sticker (hilarious). Cameron is the man and puts that entire place on his back, keep up the good work man.

Experiencia positiva: Great price, good equipment, and okay managers. The staff I see is great...but the ones above him, well....thank goodness for their newish front desk guy. It's one of my only options, so I stay, but....the workers on site daily are good....so I deal!
Experiencia negativa: I have been at this gym for a few years now and this has been the worse year ever. The gym HAS NEVER LOOKED THIS BAD! I can't believe you took a maintenance fee this year from us. the gym hasn't been cleaned in over 8 months now. Half the cleaning supplies is never there. Equipment is broken, no staff there to get it fixed. Something has to change!!
Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrible customer service. Good luck catching someone that works there. Can't tan because no one is ever there to let you in. The gym will be 58degrees at 5am and 75degrees at 5pm. And you're lucky if you can find cleaning supplies to wipe down equipment. Then they pull a maintenance fee from you that is never discussed. This maintenance fee is supposed to go towards fixing and updating equipment but I have yet to see any changes.

Experiencia fantástica: I am brand new to Butner. It was a struggle trying to stay in the gym this year (in a gym with free weights, of course). When moving to Butner maintaining my fitness ritual became even harder. Trying to keep a schedule with my membership in the triangle was quite difficult. Fitness NC Butner - Creedmoor made things very welcoming and easy to become a member and get my hands on some lovely free weights. Of all the gyms around the world that I have been to, Fitness NC Butner - Creedmoor is now one of my favorite gyms on earth that I have been to.

Experiencia positiva: I love the small quiet atmosphere within this gym. The gym is kept clean and organized. The biggest drawback is the tiny parking lot, which can be annoying. Thankfully with it being a quiet place to workout, traffic isn’t something that happens often.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member at the Gym for almost five years now and this is by far one of the best gyms I have ever signed a membership for. Some of the things I enjoy is the free classes that they offer 6/7 days a week with the membership. The fact that it is open 24/7 so you can go at any time of the day. It is a smaller gym so it helps that the gym is open 24/7; it makes it feel like there is less crowds. They are also very attentive to the needs of their members which I love because they always reply back within minutes if you are contacting them through email. I live in the neighborhood so I love the convenience of been able to walk or ride my bicycle to the gym.
