Experiencia fantástica: Boise Sports Chiropractic - Dr. Nate is a life-changer I’m not a big reviewer, but I have to share this. Last November I had one of the worst health experiences of my life. I woke up with extreme vertigo violent spinning even with my eyes closed. I ended up in the ER, dry heaving because I physically couldn’t vomit anymore. I’d fall asleep from exhaustion, wake up, dry heave again, repeat. It was two and a half months of hell. Both of my parents are physicians, and for years they made me promise I would never let a chiropractor touch my neck. I kept that promise even as I did everything “by the book”: ER visits, CT and MRI of my brain, anti-nausea meds, an expensive BPPV vertigo physical therapist. I told every provider I had severe neck pain, and no one even examined my neck. One PT put a VR headset on me and jerked my neck around, which actually made the vertigo worse. Nothing provided answers, and nothing brought relief. I was doing physical therapy exercises everyday and it wasn’t improving. I’d fall into walls and felt nauseous and off balance. In desperation, and on the advice of a mentor I trust deeply, I finally broke the promise to my parents and went to see Dr. Nate at Boise Sports Chiropractic. It ended up being one of the most important decisions I’ve ever made for my health. Dr. Nate reviewed my CT and MRI more carefully than anyone else had. He listened closely to my complaints, and he found what everyone else missed: my C2 and C3 vertebrae were significantly misaligned in opposite directions. He adjusted my neck, and I remember the warm feeling of blood rush to the right side of my head. It was the first real sign of relief I’d had after trying every other possible solution. He helped stop the vertigo, and helped keep it away. Since then, he’s continued to support my health through working with me on my posture and managing the consequence of lifting weights, intense physical exercise, and stress-related tension. He’s an exceptional listener, a great teacher, and genuinely in tune with the body. I’ve referred three friends with persistent pain (neck, hip, and more), and every single one of them has had the same experience: real relief after months or years of frustration elsewhere. I can’t express enough gratitude for Dr. Nate. Breaking that ultimatum I made to my parents was hard, but it gave me my health back. I’m deeply thankful, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Dr Kevin Herron, at Boise Sports Chiropractic on Cole Road, with low back pain and sore, achey feet. He adjusted my back and suggested Orthotics. He does Orthodics differently. He doesn't ask me to try different different pre made orthotics to find one that feels good. And he doesn't stuff my sore misaligned feet onto a pre-made orthotic. Dr Herron is an extremities specialist. Which means he understands how to adjust my feet and the value of the alignment of my feet, before he BUILDS the orthodontic to fit my adjusted feet, right there while I wait in his office. Dr Herron is not only a local expert, he travels worldwide teaching his techniques. Oh, and there is another PLUS, his adjustment and the custom made to fit my adjusted foot, orthotic, actually ends up costing me less than the box store, pre-made orthodic. I can afford an extra pair for my "around the house" shoes. I have been seeing him for my Orthodics for 30 years. A pair usually last me 2 years. Don't settle for box store orthodics! Your feet, back and over all heath will thank you.

He’s incredibly knowledgeable, knows how to put you at ease and correct what needs correcting all at the same time. He’ll definitely be my go-to doctor for all of my chiropractic needs. I’d give more than five stars if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: I have struggled for a long while with flat feet. Sometimes not being able to walk for up to ten minutes in the morning. After the foot adjustment and the insoles my feet have been sore, but they have never felt better. The normal pain I have grown to expect is gone. And I am grateful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.s. the amount of five star reviews shows the truth of this business, those few that think otherwise haven’t met a bad chiropractor yet.

We took X-rays so he could determine what's causing my issues instead of just adjusting everything without addressing the cause. He also was the most gentle doctor I've been to. Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Dr. Kevin Hearon for more than 20 years. He is a miracle worker! It started with a back injury from my days of playing college basketball. The orthotics that I have through him have helped both me and my husband so much! I also appreciate how his focus is on healing my body so that I don’t have to see him very often. Just a couple of times a year at the most nowadays. I still play tennis and hike, and so I go to see him whenever I have a problem with pretty much any part of my body. Incredible wisdom, and knowledge!

I spoke to an extremely nice young lady, Shauna, who answered all my questions, was very friendly, happy and a pleasure to talk to. I really appreciated that she was honest that the clinic is “cash practice” which I learned today means that they do not contract with any insurance companies but they will bill is a courtesy. If your insurance company does pay anything they send a check to you directly. It was nice to be told that up front. I have heard how amazing Dr.Hearon is and my sons health is more important than money. My son was seen this afternoon and the appointment was absolutely amazing! We were welcomed and treated amazing. I was worried because we were a few moments late, but the manager was very understanding and our visit gave us answers that we have been looking for and didn’t find elsewhere. Thank you Dr. Hearon and Shauna.

Experiencia negativa: Called to get an appointment. "We are a cash only practice. So we don't take insurance. And the first appt is usually around $480." She said smuggly. When I said "wow... yeah, that won't work for us." She laughed. It's pretty clear that this place is in it for the money and not to help people, but at least they're upfront about it. .

Experiencia negativa: Way over priced! Would go to many other chiropractors that will actually align you for a decent price and service. I hurt worse after here and they only wanted my money. My experience is that they only want the money from they’re customers not their health.

Experiencia fantástica: Had knee issues since December. After X-rays, MRI, cortisone injection and multiple doctors, next step was exploratory surgery. Mentioned it to my chiropractor, who said it might be an issue with gait / stance and sent me to Dr Hearon. After putting my knees through a range of motion with no pain, Dr. Hearon showed me how my feet were flat and locked up (I spent a lot of time barefoot), adjusted them, and made inserts for my shoes. I was immediately able to walk without the knee braces I'd been wearing daily for months. It's been a month now, still haven't worn knee braces again, the pain in my knees is going away, and when I do get pain it's much less severe, and improving quickly. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been visiting the office for a shoulder issue that had been slowly developing from over a decade of working at a desk. At the beginning, I was feeling semi-chronic mild pain and discomfort. Dr. Kevin did a number of things over several weeks with small progress. Knowing how it took years to get where I am, I had hope to trust the process. Recently, Dr. Kevin's son, Nathaniel, joined the office, and I started seeing him to try a different process, which has also been bringing small progress. This office is a great team led by Dr. Kevin, and I trust them to look out for my best interest. Having Dr. Nathaniel join is awesome to see a father/son duo working together. I feel like I'm in good hands.

Experiencia negativa: Do not be late, they will completely mistreat you for an error of 5 minutes. The rumors about chiropractic services are true: overpriced, only works in certain situations, staffed with conspiratorial employees.

He has healed me many times, I'm an active guy and I do things that put my body at risk for injury and, every time, he heals my injuries. He is always my first line of injury diagnosis and treatment. And I trust him to treat my family as well. I'd give him a 10 star rating if I could!

He always evaluates before he treats me. In addition, his extensive knowledge of chiropractic for the extremities enabled him to heal my torn rotator cuff without surgery. And Shawna, his medical assistant, is absolutely wonderful.

I always feel so much better after receiving my adjustment! I recently took my 10 year old granddaughter to see him due to a sports injury! He was incredible in his care and explained along the way what he was doing. He even got her laughing. Afterwards ,she told me she loves being adjusted. He has a great gift dealing with kids! Experiencia fantástica: I went in with an elbow that had been painful for a couple months. I'd been to an acupuncturist who finally referred me to Dr. Hearon. I thought it was just severely bruised, but he found that it was dislocated and set it right--immediate relief!!! He also found that a hard fall had shifted my collar bone up on one side and I was having neck pain and numbness in my fingers and arm. He fixed that too. No long series of appointments after, just one or two follow-ups to make sure everything was staying in place.
