They should make better decisions about who they hire to make their first impressions. The medical assistants were extremely personable, eager to answer all my questions and very friendly. I started the program and have seen results weekly! I recently met Dr. Tamayo and was very impressed. He took the time to answer all my questions, guided me on how to make my program work best for me, he is personable and very professional. This program works! I began at a little over 200lbs to date I’ve lost 20lbs and began the program in February! In fact in all honesty it’s not a “one fit all” program but rather a customized program for you. I’m extremely happy with my results and frankly feel very at ease with Yailey and Shery they’ve really helped me along this journey. I highly recommend to anyone like myself who has struggled with weight, to embark on a weight loss journey that actually works! I was reading all the positive reviews this Weight Loss Center have but it got my attention the bad review this person left (Nildary Cabrera). Compared to her i have a completely different testimony. I had a discount code on my first visit and it was applied without problem. Its a shame that such a wonderful clinic with professionals staff get badly rated by such a difficult patient. There are people that think they deserve everything, and no matter how nicely and respectfully you treat them they won't be ever satisfied. She said on her review that she wasnt "satisfied" on her first visit, but still she went again for a second visit? That just does'nt makes sense at all. If i'm not satisfied and happy in the first place, trust my words, i wouldnt come back again. That just let you know that this person is such a headache. I totally recommed it to anyone who wants to lose weight. Dont't let one bad review from an uneasy person fool you. All staff in South Miami are very kind, nice and helpful. I love this clinic so much, i have referred two friends there and they are excited about their new journey as well. Can't wait for my next follow up!

Experiencia negativa: On Saturday a week ago I was under the impression that I was being evaluated by a “Physician” as a new patient which I was not. I was attended by a medical assistant she asked me are you here for the injections or pills. Umm I was like what isn’t the doctor going to see me for him to decide my course of treatment. Her response was NO he’s not in. I was like okay so how do you know what to provide me oh I just text him your EKG and blood pressure reading, and he will tell me by text. I kept asking her like how is that possible he doesn’t see the patient , but you can hand me the medication. The MA says no worries he will see you next time. I asked your package says blood draw the MA again says oh they don’t have the lab installed yet. At the time of check out with this entire issue going on I pay the entire amount and I didn’t see any physician and didn’t have any labs drawn. I had a coupon that’s provided online for $20 off for 1st time visits and with what was going on forgot to provided. I come this week as a follow up and I asked if the doctors is in response no he’s not in. So I get my injection and supplies I go to check out I am informing the Ma if she can apply the coupon I forgot last week when I as a new pt to provide. The MA went to ask the “manager” if she can apply the cupón, and she said no. She should of provided the coupon that visit. The “manager” extremely unprofessional and rude comes out and says no you should of provided the coupon with out letting me explain. Everything in Spanish she couldn’t address me in English so I spoke to her in Spanish as well. You can tell the lack of training this so called manager has and for that reason this is why I’m leaving such a detail review.
