Experiencia fantástica: Love this facility! My family and I have gone to In Motion Physical Therapy at the Boo Williams Complex on several occasions. I can't rave enough about the professionalism and kindness we always get from the therapists and the rest of the staff. I like the athletic/gym style environment. The therapists come with all kinds of specialties, and we always feel better when we're done. I definitely recommend this facility.

Experiencia negativa: I had a bad experience with a therapist, I asked questions she became angry and told me I was done and to leave. I had only been there less than 5 minutes. I had a hard time getting scheduled in the beginning. So disappointed. I've requested to be discharged after only the initial visit and the one I was dismissed.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t go there. An eval that’s typically takes an 1hr, the physical therapist did it in 20 minutes. Then requested previous work done by another therapist. Really?

Experiencia positiva: Sarah is an amazing physical therapist. I have an autonomic disorder and the team there are amazing with my treatment. The center is spacious with a lot of equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: Hi, I'm Melanie Chesonis Gutierrez. I'm a combat veteran who, after being severely injured, dealt with depression and the inability to move my neck more than a few inches in any direction. My spine crackled and ached; I had nausea, dizziness, migraines, and could focus on nothing but my pain. It was completely hindering my daily life. Casey Fioravante greeted me on my first appointment, with a huge smile and such a warm attitude. She showed me around, assessed me, and told me more about myself than I could have expected. Not just what my injuries were but WHY I was feeling this way, EXACTLY WHICH muscles were causing it, and HOW we were going to tackle the problem TOGETHER. She started me on an exercise regiment and, to my surprise, watched my every move. Sarah Martin was introduced to me, and we talked thoroughly about what Dry Needling IS and IS NOT. It's not a cure-all. She warned me that reliance on it can lead to weakness in my muscles' ability to perform for themselves. Together, Casey and Sarah proved to me that I'm not "hopeless" or "a lost cause," which are phrases that had echoed miserably in my head. Not ONCE did they let me settle for mediocrity; each visit was a CLASS. I was TRAINED. This was not an aloof, over-my-head "doctor's appointment." This was education that I will treasure for the rest of my days. As a PTA student, I look up to Sarah and Casey. They embody the professional excellence I will carry in my own career. Also, I'd like to mention that the PTAs and Technicians at the clinic, every last one of them, are absolutely FANTASTIC. Shayla knew everything I needed without having to glance at paperwork; she remembered. The atmosphere is uplifting, with lots of windows and a gymnasium-style feel. This is extremely important, because it gives each patient the sense of productivity; "I'm in a Gym, not a doctor's office. I can do this." So, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to In Motion PT of Hampton. These days, I don't hurt. I have hope. I trust my own body again. God Bless this team of experts. P.S. Why are there not more than 5 stars?? I wish to choose at least 11.

Experiencia positiva: Sarah did a great job in explaining the process and diagnosing my situation. Shalla did a great job in supporting and assisting. I was made to feel comfortable, and everyone was concerned and helpful. As this was my fourth time in various therapeutic activities in over a year, the experience with the Boo Williams operation was my best.

Experiencia positiva: Spouse used after surgery. Helpful to his recovery. This aided his muscle coordination and strength.
