Experiencia fantástica: Incredibly friendly and efficient staff. I was running behind on a Saturday, unlikely to make it before they closed, and they kept the store open for five extra minutes to accommodate me. Can you imagine a a large chain like Walgreens ever doing that?

They try so hard to meet the needs of every customer. They can't always, but they try. I love how you can donate your change as well to help people who can't afford their life necessary prescriptions. I wish more places would do this.

Experiencia negativa: My child's mother attempted to fill a prescription for my son at this pharmacy. Apparently she was a day or so early unbeknownst to her and just trying to get it filled while she was out and about. This pharmacy called my child's doctor and insinuated my child's mother was taking my child's medication, causing my child's doctor to draw blood from my child and Miss his tiny vein three times to determine if his levels were correct and he was in fact receiving his medication. Do not fill a prescription here for any reason least they tell your doctor, or your child's doctor, that you are a junkie.

Experiencia negativa: It's been a LONG time since I've felt as jugded & belittled as I did when I was in their store to get my infantvsons meds- so insulted that I had my sons pediatrition cancel the script & call it in somewhere else. Not only were they whispering on. The phone w his Dr, they treated me like I was stupid when I asked about it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone & I'll never go back there again. If I could write a review w out giving them a star I would have...

Experiencia fantástica: I rarely write reviews, but I owe Holt's a lot for their excellent care of our family. We are in there picking something up several times a week, (I'm pretty sure there is a gold star plaque with my husband's name on it somewhere on their wall, lol.) They are always friendly and great about answering questions. Today, my husband brought our son in to the doctor for an infection that needed an antibiotic. Our son is almost 16, but mentally disabled and cannot swallow pills. Our insurance would not pay for him to have a liquid medicine, despite the doctor noting the need on the prescription. It was not a cheap medicine. Holt's pharmacists kindly covered the whole price for our son to have the liquid. We didn't ask, they just did it. We are very grateful for a great pharmacy with compassionate people who really went the extra mile for us.

I don't have to stand in line forever to get my Prescriptions either, they are very fast. They also work with you to get you the best price possible for your prescriptions. I have tried every other pharmacy in town and no one compares to Holt's.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely fantastic! I switched from Birch when they were out of Tamiflu and I haven't gone back. The customer service is phenomenal and fast. On New Year's Eve, I forgot that closing was 5pm and I arrived 10 minutes past. As I was leaving, Rebecca stopped me and told me to come in. She's a lifesaver! I was out of my very important meds and she refilled them for me when she was in the middle of closing. I can't say I would've done the same and she really renewed my faith in humanity. Thank you so much, Rebecca!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I called Holts Pharmacy about a very expensive drug I was prescribed as a self pay patient. The drug has no generic alternative and really no other alternative as safe during pregnancy. Not only were they super friendly (and didn't give me the pity tone of voice when I said I was self pay), but they also were creative in trying to help me find a way to afford it. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Holt's.
