6 months ago Experiencia negativa: TIRZEPITIDE AT VITALOGY IS EXPIRED & DOESN'T WORK. The FDA has made it illegal to compound or sell tirzepatide in early 2025, although they are not strictly enforcing it. BUT DON'T BE FOOLED. You might not care about the FDA, but that is not the point. The compounded product DOES NOT WORK because the ingredients to make it were stockpiled late last year with the imminent medspa/tirzepitide cease and desist. Stockpiling, or hoarding, ingredients to sell later renders a drug useless, and the public needs to know these ingredients actually DO expire. Not only that, in shipping ingredients can get warm, making it more INEFFECTIVE. The labs have been so inconsistent, especially at Vitalogy, where they have encountered roadblocks with production from their labs. They kept changing how it is dosed and administered, but never disclosed to me WHY, other than "problems with the labs" and I was misled the entire time. The truth is they are not allowed to be selling Tirzepitide, and the products they get from the compounding facilities are made WEAK or from EXPIRED ingredients. MY STORY: I've spent literally thousands of dollars here since early summer of 2024 in an effort to boost insulin and curb hunger. I started at 162 (female, 5'6"), and immediately lost 7 pounds in two weeks, then lost and additional 11 pounds over the course of about 9 months. I thought something was fishy, but had no idea what. I continually had to increase the dose, and by March of 2025 I was gaining weight and constantly hungry. I hobbled along on Vitalogy's product for another 6 months, working very hard to just to maintain my loss, thinking the problem was me. However, I was recently told by my doctor that any compounded Tirzepatide I was using had expired since, basically, January. I am livid, but there is nothing I can do about it. My doctor prescribed me Zepbound, and I now am using it directly through the Eli Lilly website on a "self-pay" plan, which is actually CHEAPER then what Vitalogy is selling their garbage for. At my last visit I was told my weight stall was my own fault, because I need 1,300 calories just to maintain my current weight. If I could eat that, or less, I would easily lose the weight or maintain the loss completely on my own--- WITHOUT PAYING $200 per shot/week!!! In other words, the Tirzepatide is supposed to do it's job. That's what we are paying for, and the bottom line is that their product DOES NOT WORK! I told my doctor I am only taking my for weightloss and he's fine with that, because Mounjaro is for diabetes patients and Zepbound is for weight loss patients. Insurance covers Zepbound for obesity, and since I am not considered obese and just want to lose a few more pounds and maintain the loss, I must self-pay. I am totally fine with that. If you are considering taking this medication see your doctor. It is easy to find someone to prescribe this medication. Your insurance might cover it (what could be better than that?!), and if they don't, Eli Lilly puts you on a self-pay plan that is $500 per (4) shots, regardless of the dose (and even less $$ if it's for starting doses of 2.5 or 5mg). I can even use my HSA card to pay. Nothing beats being under the care of a real doctor, and taking the REAL medicine. I WISH I HAD KNOWN THIS!!!!! NO MED SPA should be trusted!! This is my story with Vitalogy, but every other spa is like this. None of them are legally allowed to sell compounded Tirzepatide anymore. I am livid that Vitalogy just kept taking my money and no one ever said a thing to me. I was misled.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: I prepaid for a customized facial here at Vitalogy. Twice now Vitalogy has cancelled on me for the one day a week they operate. Once they cancelled only 15 minutes before. I believe this company is a scam. Their customer service is unhelpful and rude. Do not go here.

Not sure how many units of Botox they’re injecting, but even my plastic surgeon who OVER-injects will only do a maximum of 5 units of Botox for a lip flip (and I’m someone who primarily drinks out of straws)… so that either means this place is charging $50/unit or they are injecting wayyyy too much product for this service.

I tried to reschedule the night before, but was already within the 24 hour cancellation window. They only care about their own profits over people. DO NOT GO HERE OR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Ryan sat down and explained each plan to me so that I could determine what can help me become the best me. We came up with a food plan and a better understanding on what im looking for. I'm a month in and I've lost over 10 pounds and I'm still going and happy that I have Vitalogy Health being my cheerleader!!!!
2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Decided I needed a little help with losing some of the weight I gained over the past year. I found Vitalogy online (thru Yelp) and made an appointment. So happy I did! They are great, walked thru all of the options and we found the right one for me. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. For someone that was a bit nervous with getting assistance with weight loss, they put my mind at ease. They celebrate wins with you (even the small ones) and keep you positive and focused on your goals. Definitely recommend!

2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been getting Microneedling here, my skin has never looked better. I’ve only done two Microneedling appointments so far but my hormonal acne has gone away by 75% and my skin is so smooth. We’ve also been tackling my huge forehead scar and it’s way less raised and the scar tissue has broken down as well. Rachel is my esthetician and is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable about skin. I can finally leave my house without makeup and feel confident.

I have had major issues with my back for the last 5 yrs and was told a spinal fusion was my only option if I wanted to do more than just walk. After working with Vitalogy I've been able to increase my energy, improved my sleep and have had fewer fibro flare ups. Additionally, I've lost 47 lbs to date and no longer need a spinal fusion!! If you're on the fence about checking them out, do it, you won't be disappointed!!!

They did full blood work to ensure the proper hormonal diagnosis, and customized a program to address the issues identified. All sorts of health related services available from aesthetics (ie botox, etc) to hormone replacement for women and men. This isn't a new chain medical practice but instead personally run by a highly skilled Nurse Practioner, Alison, who is unbelievably skilled. Alison found an error at my last Biotee hormone replacement doctor's office and fixed it. Her delicate touch and attention to detail makes her practice unique because she personally cares for each patient. Impeccably clean office, Covid safe, etc. Support this fantastic new woman owned business in the heart of CCN as she struggles to balance 3 kids at home during Covid! Caring, clean, personalized care. Please give Alison a shot (no pun intended).
