Experiencia negativa: Brenda lacking customer skills, very unprofessional, shoud take strict action aginst her, she is loud unhelpfull rude human, need more training, she thinks issuing WIC benefits is under her controll

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve went to 3 different WIC offices in the area and this has to be the best , as soon as I walked in I was helped , the transfer was smooth and also changing my daughter’s milk I didn’t have to wait long times like the others.

Experiencia negativa: Hoy, 8 de septiembre de 2023 a las 10:00 am, tuve una experiencia extremadamente decepcionante al llamar a este servicio por teléfono. La señorita con la que hablé se negó a proporcionarme su nombre y me trató de manera grosera y desconsiderada. Para empeorar las cosas, terminó la llamada arrojando el teléfono. Esta actitud y falta de profesionalismo son inaceptables. Estoy muy insatisfecho con el servicio prestado y espero que se tomen medidas para mejorar la atención al cliente.
