Experiencia fantástica: Overall, this is a really solid gym. The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to, which makes the environment feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been polite and respectful, and that goes a long way. The facility itself is very clean and well kept. Equipment is consistently wiped down, organized, and in good working order. You can tell cleanliness is taken seriously here, which I appreciate. It’s not a hardcore warehouse or competition-style gym with elite, top-tier equipment, but it’s also not trying to be that. Everything you need to get a good workout in is available, and it definitely gets the job done. The setup makes sense for general fitness, wellness, and staying consistent without feeling overcrowded or chaotic. Overall, it’s a calm, clean, and positive place to train with good people and a good atmosphere. I’m glad I gave it a look and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean gym with friendly staff and a comfortable environment.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member of gyms throughout my life, and this one is especially great! The pool is well maintained and perfect for lap swimming. They also have a variety of cardio equipment, all top of the line. I don’t lift, but my husband said their weight equipment is also great.

Experiencia fantástica: My first visit to AdventHealth Wesley Chapel Radiology was a very positive experience. From check-in all the way through to my mammogram, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The staff was welcoming, the process was smooth, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. Excellent service all around!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the nicest, most versatile gym in town! It literally has everything you could want in a gym & more. The biggest down-fall is the parking, every time I navigate the parking lot looking & waiting for a space, it blows my mind that it was actually “designed” this way & definitely not enough spots & wasted spaces — worst parking lot set-up I’ve ever seen. Aside from that, the actual gym & amenities are so nice!

Experiencia negativa: The same people sit on the same machines for over 30 minutes. It’s impossible to get a good work out in. Especially with physical therapy taking up machines as well!!

Experiencia fantástica: Love the classes here! The greeters, class instructors and guest services desk staff have all been great! I have taken many classes, across formats that I really liked— Barre, Splash Fitness, Stretch, Combat, Step. Gym-goers have all been kind; greeting me, making room and checking in which fosters a great sense of belonging. Always look for Debbie, Nadeska and Rebecca on the schedule! The locker rooms have always been clean but the aquatics center is due for a deep, deep clean. I noticed while in the pool today.

Experiencia positiva: Great facilities and very clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the classes, they are very much cater to an older audience. I think there needs to be a balance, because we all share the same gym. Otherwise, everything is great.

Experiencia positiva: This place is amazing. So many different fitness classes to choose from, some even at the same time. So many great fitness instructors. The parking however is atrocious which is why I took off a star. I won’t use valet as a last resort after an incident at another establishment.

When I joined I was giving a tour and signed up and was not told about the 30 day cancellation, never missed one payment for the past 2-3 years now I cancelled it and there going to charge me even though I won’t be going at all! And haven’t been the past few months

Experiencia positiva: The wellness center houses doctor offices, a little cafe and a workout facility making it a One-Stop shop for all your needs be it medical, physical, or to just relax and rest with a drink and a snack and/or lunch.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm grateful for all of the staff here from the cleaning crew to the desk attendants and trainers. I'm always greeted with a smile and any time I've had questions or needs those needs have been addressed with care. Brian - personal trainer seems to genuinely care for the patrons and even Mike the valet always greets me with a smile (even though I've never valeted). I wish I knew more names to thank - but thanks to all the staff for being consistent for me.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean gym, clean locker rooms, clean machines, and crucially, clean pools. You remember going to the gym growing up where the indoor pool smelled like chlorine? That wasn’t chlorine. It was chlorine bonded with skin, oil, and other organic matter in a pool that wasn’t sanitized properly. You don’t get that here. And my kids love the kids club, so if they could type they would give this place 5 stars too.

Experiencia fantástica: Words cannot properly express how high of a regard I have for the wellness center. I am there almost daily with my family and that is because my kids beg to go. The Kids Club is their sanctuary where they get to grow and learn an element of independence all while being cared for to the max.

Experiencia negativa: NO HOT WATER in their showers , and the front desk don’t let the kids use the other bathrooms, ? The only answer we get is “wait it out and see “ really are you kidding me , my kid cried all the way home after taking a swim in the swimming pool and outside temperature was below 60 degrees, try to convince your kid and seriously thats how you treat customers to wait for hot water after swimming. Thats not acceptable nor sensible solution to be offered on how a wellness center is run . We have to literally race to home for another 30min to get hot water shower for the kid

Experiencia positiva: Plenty of good machines to work out, several professionals instructors to teach in group classes, very clean thanks to members and staff. If I have to say something negative, some of the instructors for classes keep the speakers in deafening volume and it takes some time after leaving the class to hear anything. Considering the cleanliness, quality of equipment, is worth spending money to be a part of this gym Update As far as workout class music volume is concerned no adjustments were made and actually it got real bad. The instructors don't understand that the speakers are turned towards the paying customers who want to work out. When the volume is high it doesn't affect their hearing, if any and even when I ask to lower the volume they don't. Please consider the trainers attitude as mentioned here before you join.

Experiencia negativa: I stopped using the GYM because of a change in my work schedule. I didn't use for months and was paying for it(my fault). I went in to cancel and was told i had to pay another month even though it wasn't the end of the month. OK, i wasn't told this but i'll except it but that's not a good way to get a customer to want to come back. They didn't cancel and charged again , when i called to get this fixed and told i'd like a call back it wasn't done and when i called again i was told it was refunded and it would take 3-5 days for the refund(Normal) and that they left a msg (Nope no call no nothing) Bad training for the people. Charged again 2 months after it was canceled. I'll not go back to renew even when i decide to start working out again. If you can't keep your billing right I don't trust you as a company

Classes are easy to book, and the app is friendly users! they have always clean towels for you to use and other suppliers in the changing room like elastic bands, makeup remove wipes and ear swabs. Staff is friendly and nice and overall, everything is clean. they have a kid's room for the little ones up to 2 hours so you can do your group class or your personal training. they also have swimming lesson for them with a better price if you are a member of the gym. I wish the water from the fountains taste better and a little bit colder than it is but further than that I highly recommended the place!

Experiencia negativa: Very VERY poor Management/Staff. Multiple requests to stop a member from damaging walls/windows...He plays handball off of them while walking Track. Endangering other members who are trying to walk and, getting hit by Tennis Ball. I HAVE VIDEO!!! I Was informed by Staff, there is nothing they can do to stop him...My Membership is now CANCELED...

Experiencia negativa: Clean, machines are lacking, not enough of them and they are very large and don't fit those who are more petite. A word of warning, do not pay a year in advance because according to them they "don't have the ability" to prorate refund even in the case of legitimate reasons such as health or relocations.

Experiencia positiva: I’d give 5 stars but there’s some gaps to fill on making this place great. 1. Bigger towels. The towels for showering mine as well be hand towels. No reason to have them that small unless in the ladies room. My wife has the same issue in the women’s locker room and she’s a skinny mini. 2. Shower curtains are a bit nasty. Other than these things, it’s a great gym and well kept.

Experiencia fantástica: AdventHealth Wellness Center has something for everyone. I personally love group fitness classes, and there are plenty to choose from. If you like cardio machines, there are so many to choose from including treadmills, stair mills, stair steppers and bikes. If swimming is your thing or lifting weights, they’ve got that too. In addition, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I joined Advent Health.

Experiencia fantástica: Adventhealth Wellness Center is the best facility I've taken Pilates & Yoga classes & strength training by far! The instructors are top-rated and truly professional & knowledgeable about their respective excercise disciplines. The facility is very clean and sanitized and the front desk & wellness desk personnel are extremely helpful and available to answer any questions you may have. If you are looking for a workout with an option to take a variety of exercise classes, then Adventhealth Health Wellness Center is the place for you!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to this hospital a number of times from the e.r., to getting tests to being a patient. I can honestly say it's been the best hospital I've ever been to. And I've been to alot because I have several health issues. I've always felt well cared for. The nurses are kind and knowledgeable. The hospitalists are good listeners and treat you with respect. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Like most hospitals, the food is not awesome and I had to be on a restricted diet anyway. I am also a long time member of their gym called the Wellness Center and their care and compassion carries over to that facility.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym literally has something for everyone. All types of machines, weights, a track, 2 pools, and yes " Karen" there is a suana/ steam room. Reasonable prices for everything including personal training. Very happy here.

Experiencia negativa: My child took swim class at this facility and it was the absolute worst experience EVER! The instructor for children did not work well with my child at all and did not even attempt to provide additional assistance especially knowing that my child did not have any experience at all and this was suppose to be the beginners class. My child hated going to the class every single day and at one point when the instructor threw the kick board into the water it hit my child directly on top of his head!!!!!!! At the end of class he would pass out lollipops to children. After one class session he refused to give my child one because he told him that he did not do his best. LIKE REALLY SIR!?!?!?!? WHO ARE YOU TO MAKE THAT DETERMINATION!!!!!!! My child was extremely hurt and embarrassed when this happened and this should NEVER happen to any child! THAT IS A LITTLE CHILD!!!! He even had the audacity to tell me that I was coddling my child too much. Well sir, if my child is crying saying he feels like throwing up because he was swallowing too much water then I as HIS MOTHER am going to make sure he is ok!!!!! I could tell he had his favorites in the class as he worked with them more while my very beginner child was left to fend for himself. I will never sign my child up for swim class at this facility and especially this instructor ever again. I can't even get him to take lessons at this point because he was sooo extremely traumatized from this experience! I would have asked for my money back but they have a no refund policy. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this gym, I mostly use the resistance (weight) training section which is well stocked with both free weights and machines and my wife mostly attends the various group classes. With tons of stair steppers, treadmills, ellipticals, saunas, two pools, changing rooms, group classes, bicycle classes and a host of weight training equipment there's something for everyone. Staff are always friendly and being attached to a hospital it is always spotless. Love this place.

Everything is so clean and there is always someone replacing towels cleaning the facility etc. There are lots of amenities including the indoor salted pool, the sauna, showers, the indoor therapeutic pool etc. Overall 10/10 gym

Josh (Trainer), Yuriy (Director), and Jackie (Front Desk) are some of the staff that really set this place apart from any other gym. Showers, pools, and country-club feel are just some examples of why this gym is excellent. Tied to the excellent care provided at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, this is truly a Whole Care facility designed for the consumer. Great job and keep it up!

Experiencia fantástica: This hospital is top notch. From the staff to the rooms and even the food. My fiance went with shoulder pain only to find out she had ruptured discs in her neck that they caught at the hospital after having several x rays previous to this. Great job guys they took great care of her and her surgery relived her of all the pain she was having. If I need to go to hospital for something I will definitely be going to Advent Health in Wesley Chapel.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent fitness center with great staff, good classes, plenty of state-of-the -art equipment, good trainers, and clean facility. I am so thrilled to have joined! Hoping for additional classes to be added soon once COVID is gone.

Experiencia negativa: This has to be by far the worse place to make an appointment for the Wellness Clinic. I have left several messages at which no one returns the calls. You call and get place on cue and no one ever attends the call. I waited 10 mins and had to hang up this week. I tried a few times different days of the week, on one occasion they transfer the call to 3 different people at which I waited more than 10minutes for each transfer call because I was rerouted incorrectly. I choose Advent because is closer but at this point I might as well go to Baycare or TGH where customers calls are taken at a timely manner and their transfer appropriately without all the inconvenience.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined this gym during the month of December. It is the cleanest and most organized gym in the Wesley Chapel/ New Tampa area by far. After visiting LA Fitness I was highly discouraged by their hygiene and management. Advent Health Wellness Center staff are professional and extremely considerate. The gym equipment is top quality. They are constantly cleaning and keeping the equipment where it belongs. Also the members vary by age and are very respectful of each other’s personal space. The best gym in the area for sure!!
