Experiencia negativa: How is my credit card charged for a gym that is supposed to be shut down?

Experiencia fantástica: Hours were great. Early morning, after work, evenings.

Experiencia fantástica: I get the best workouts here. Something about the environment makes it easy and effective to get my routine in. I hardly ever have to wait on a machine but the place also isn't a ghost town like some other gyms. I'm a big fan of the functional turf room and myzone monitors they have to track my heart rate. I actually talked to the owner too and it turns out he is an experienced chiro with a strong belief in exercise as medicine. I especially enjoy that I can get adjusted literally right after my sessions if I choose. If you ask me, that is a huge benefit and unlike any gym I've been to in the area. I had a couple of kinks in my neck and back that he fixed that no prob so he is the real deal!

Experiencia negativa: Decent small gym that's ruined by some of the most disrespectful members I've ever seen in my almost 15 years of lifting and 6 years of working in the industry. If staff would confront these people I'd actually like to change my review. Edit: I didn't have a personal issue with anyone. I had an issue with staff not doing their jobs so calling out disrespectful members fell to the responsibilities of other members which is a big problem. It's either that or everyone suffers in silence. Not to mention the conversations we had and the subsequent service was subpar to say the least Will only have my membership here for another couple of weeks.

Experiencia negativa: Weird vibe, there's a small temporary chiropractor practice in the corner of the room that's been there for months. Extremely strange working out and being stared at by chiropractor patients. Requires 30 day notice to cancel AND charges you for the month after, costing you $80 total to cancel. Edit: They responded to this a third of a decade after I posted this review, take that as you will.

Experiencia negativa: Received an unsolicited text message from this company. No idea where they got my number. Update May 2023: This location sent unsolicited emails for years and refused to stop. After this they tried with unsolicited text messages having already been told to cease all contact. The business’s response is deceptive as they know they purposefully sent emails and texts after being told to stop.

Experiencia negativa: Injured my back on the flat bench, lots of loose equipment, not safe. Constantly left on hold or told I will be called back with no follow up, lies about cancelling membership, triple charged me for the 50$ membership adding up to over 150$ in a single month… horribly run.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member for 8 years and the current staff is amazing. They are kind and considerate. The facility is always clean and the machines are a great working condition. I highly recommend if you are looking for a smaller facility.

Experiencia negativa: Check your contracts if you signed up for the 16 week challenge!!! They lied. Shame on me for taking them at their word. A mistake that will cost me $276. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Experiencia negativa: the staff at the location are very good I signed up for automatic billing yet was never billed. I also sent a certified message to cancel due to health reasons, the membership was never cancelled. I have never receive a written bill from them, but they sent it to collection.

Experiencia negativa: The staff here was great. I signed up for the 90 day challenge went for two months but covid got so bad I was afraid to continue. I sent certified letter to cancel and just found out from the third party collection company that my cancelation was denied and they will continue to hound me for money. Unbelievable! I am not going near anyone without a vaccine and I can't believe this I paid the entire 90 day time period even though I wasn't attending because I signed up for this 90 day period. I WILL NOT PAY ANYMORE MONTHS FOR THIS, Update: No response to my review and still receiving requests for payment from their 3rd party biller or reporting to credit bureau! I only signed up for challenge and paid for that. Please stop the harassment!

Experiencia negativa: Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I just signed up last week and due to the pandemic I'm having to relocate for work to an area that does not have any local Snap Fitness locations. I never used the facilities and management was unwilling to even provide a partial refund of the $102 I was charged. Wouldn't recommend to anyone especially with the extremely cramped gym with very poor management.

Experiencia fantástica: I moved to Florida and was just exploring and wanted to find a gym and I don’t really appreciate huge gyms because of the looks and stares and I found this one tucked away and decided to walk in and see what they had to offer. I asked the manager Mandy about it and she told me they had personal training, classes, and she would even be able to help me with meal planning. I’m happy I bumped into this place and came in last October and now on my way to my health goals.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the service I got when I came by here! I am new to the area and was looking for a 24 hour gym and I stumbled upon this gem! This young woman named Mandy helped me out and got everything sorted.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in at 250 pounds from being made fun of at planet fitness and I was scared of going back to the gym and quite frankly was just going to live with being chubby. In my desperation I called snap fitness and a lady named Mandy answered with my bawling my eyes out because of what happened and asked her for help. I went into the gym she got me all set up and trained me for a good couple months and still gives me tips to this day if i am off my form. Great gym, highly recommend. It’s a smaller gym and everyone is very encouraging.

Experiencia positiva: Nice place lots of equipment for a moderate sized snap. Would be 5 stars but sender of the treadmills were not working properly on my visit. Could use better cardio equipment. Very clean, nice restrooms with showers. For those that give it fewer stars because they didn't read the fine print, well shame on them. I've been a member to snap fitness for around 5 years and never had a problem. It's your own fault if you choose not to read the fine print. All in all this is a nice gym. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Only staffed during certain times though.

Experiencia fantástica: Finding Snap Fitness was one of the best things that ever happened to me. With no contracts and affordable pricing I had to go by and check it out. Everyone at Snap is courteous and willing to help you if you have any questions, the gym is clean and well taken care of, and best of all... it's open 24/7 so you never have to miss a workout! Since my signing up, the gym has grown in membership, expanded it's floors to the unit next door, and even gotten a virtual training system to assist in classes like Yoga, Spinning, etc. I'm very happy with the changes I've been able to make in my life, for the better, and a big thanks goes to Snap Fitness!
