Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic experience so far, within 2 weeks I’ve noticed improvements (improved stamina and flexibility). The classes are very thorough (technique, proper breathing..etc) because the trainers are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Self-motivation and consistency is the key to success.

The people are great, the coaches are awesome and overall I am excited about showing up each day. Definitely a place you should give a chance if you are serious about losing weight but don’t want to feel like you are uncomfortable and out of place when you show up.

I hadn't worked out on a consistent basis in a long time due to work life and injuries that I had been dealing with for a long time. On day one I was welcomed in and made to feel comfortable. My fitness trainer Clarence is very knowledgeable and accommodating to my injuries and has a great way of forming work out regiments that really work to help with pain and to strengthen my weak areas.

Kratos has great training sessions daily with a friendly, positive, upbeat atmosphere!!! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Spire fitness for about 6 months. They offer many different kinds of classes but I’ve been going to their HITT classes and really like them. I belong to 2 large gyms and they can sometimes get a little boring. So Spire fitness is a nice addition for many reasons: 1. Colleen is a great trainer. She’s really knowledgeable and friendly. She has the necessary equipment and routines to make the classes interesting, fun and effective. And she tailors the exercises for all skill levels. 2. The classes I’ve attended have been small (1-3 women)which makes it almost like personal training. The music and conversation is never dull. 3. The cost is great for the training you receive 4. Packages and classes are easy to sign up for on their website. I started with a free class and then moved onto a package that fit my schedule. 5. Each person is required to sanitize the equipment they use during the class so they are safe and ready for the next person. This is important and not something I’ve seen with personal training at the larger gyms. For all of these reasons, I highly recommend this fitness studio to others.

The classes are also challenging with a wonderful group of people. If you're looking for a place to workout according to your ability, where you'll have fun and actually be excited to go every day - this is your place.

Experiencia fantástica: I started looking for a personal trainer because I was ready to tone after I lost a lot of weight and I recommended here! I haven’t been discounted. They check on you, adjust for you but also push you to do what you thought you couldn’t. It’s a safe and friendly environment. I’m glad that I chose them to help me on my journey.

Having Clarence & Ashlee as trainers has definitely changed my life for the better! KRATOS is a family fun environment that will motivate you to become a better person.

Experiencia negativa: Warning! Don't use your bank or credit card to sign up for the trial at Kratos Fitness and Performance Group. I signed up for the 5 day trial period (which I did not complete), but I was charged for a membership. I had no idea I was being charged for a membership. I missed the email for the first withdrawal and was shocked when I saw that another payment for $210 was pending. I was accused of "not reading the contract" that I never received. I thought a trial is to determine if you want to proceed and a waiver is signed in case injury occurs. The waiver is also the contract for services. Ironically, I did not get a follow-up call, text, or email after I did not return after the trial. I guess there was no need to follow-up after receiving payment. Other gyms have you initial where you agree to charges as well as the day you will be charged, and you get a copy in your email along with the cancellation policy. I did not receive any of this information. I was offered a partial refund, but that is unacceptable. The amount charged is not a small amount and I never agreed to automatic withdrawals. In fact, I remember saying that if I agreed to continue, I would pay cash. Hopefully, no one else ends up in the same predicament!

Experiencia fantástica: I started with my now Kratos Fitness family on September 18, 2021. I and other's have noticed such a great change in my body. people are always asking me, what are you doing? I tell them I go to Kratos Fitness 4 to 5 days a week. My hip dips are gone, my but is lifted and firm and my overall shape has changed for the better. The trainers are always encouraging and pushing us to keep going. The atmosphere is AWESOME It feels like we are all family in this health and fitness fight together ❤️ When someone is struggling the other members along with the trainers clap and root for them to keep going. Kratos also offer healthy meal plans that I have included in my diet. In my 52 years, this is the first time that I actually look forward to going to the gym

The workout plan is clean cut and straight forward for easy use for any level of fitness user. The meal plans through the app (which sends you reminders of everything if you give it access) are absolutely amazing. It is simple to understand and great tasting. You have multiple sessions to choose from so It's easy to balance between work and home life. The family like environment makes you feel right at home. You will work hard but it is definitely worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: What can I say This place has a cool atmosphere there’s not any judgement nor is there a feeling of shame you can feel your best Clarence and his team are awesome they help you with your workout and you don’t feel lost like at those other places with the purple colors you do your best and in no time you WILL SEE YOUR RESULTS did I mention they have yoga ‍♀️ classes offered on Saturdays and the membership is very affordable you’ll be glad you joined these people are funny caring and they show you some things you never knew about a great workout and your body ️‍♀️ I love it here
