Experiencia negativa: I’m really disappointed with my experience at Strong Nutrition in San Antonio. I drove 30 minutes to buy supplements after I texted and was told they were open until 7, but when I got there the store was closed. This was on the weekend, and I was told they were short-staffed. I understand staffing issues happen, but please don’t confirm hours if you’re not actually open—it wastes customers’ time.

Experiencia positiva: First experience was great bought a lot of product. Got back home and one of the products had excess moisture in it and was extremely clumpy. Note: I have ordered online this same brand and product and it never was like this. I wanted to exchange it for a different one. The clerk wanted to argue with me about the fact it supposed to be like that. Wasn’t worth the breath to argue back informed him I ordered this product before and it was never like that. He went and showed me a bottle of a totally different brand and said see it’s supposed to be like that. When he did that I realized the type of person I was dealing with and just said thank you and left.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything here is intimidating for new people but the team is very welcoming and experienced they explain everything in detail and are not afraid or bothered by uninformed people asking questions they truly are here to help I’ve never been so impressed by a story and it’s staff I drive out of my way to come here and will continue to do so for this staff they are the best group of people I’ve ever seen (I’ve been in retail and management for over two decades)

Experiencia fantástica: After having a rather rough time at Rock’s up the street, I decided to pop into Strong as a last ditch effort to get some advice and pick up some new products. The guys there were all great, I should’ve gotten their names to personally shout them out. They were all so nice and willing to show me different products they thought would work well for my goals. I went in just looking for protein and preworkout, walked out with several samples and definitely going to return to try some of the other stuff they recommended. Skip Rock’s and go straight to Strong!

Experiencia negativa: I approached Louie to get a meal plan and workout plan but instead I got a rude and money hungry individual that doesn’t care about his clients. To be honest he only spent time to get me to sign up and pay $540 dollars upfront. He said that he would take the time to workout with me if I needed it and that I didn’t have to take progress pics since I could go in and he could evaluate my progress on a weekly basis. It took him 3 weeks to get my meal plan done and when I went in to approve it, he made me wait over an hour. The meal plan was ok but nothing that requires 3 weeks to complete. When I went to approve the meal plan he was quick to push close to $500 dollars worth of supplements then walked away before he could answer my questions. A week later I went in to check in and he stood me up. I asked if I could check in weekly with him and he straight up said: “ I don’t waste my time with difficult people like you”. He prioritizes his clients that pay extra money to compete. My body didn’t feel good with the supplements so I tried to rerun them and of course he doesn’t have a refund policy. If you’re looking for a meal plan, you’re better off getting an influencers advice on social media for a fraction of the cost. I understand he is busy but he did not care to take the time to even talk to me. I was very disappointed in his services and supplement shop. You can find the same quality supplements online or at any other place around town. I don’t recommend him.

It feels like you are walking into a team who has a main goal of helping you get where you want to be. Everyone is so knowledgeable. I’ve had some amazing results in the short amount of time that I’ve been coached by this team and I’m looking forward to seeing more each week! Thank you guys for providing such a great service. It has changed my life. My body image and self esteem are so much higher than when I started thanks to you all.

Experiencia negativa: you can drive half a mile up the street to cost plus nutrition and they’ll give you the same product for 10-20% cheaper. Plus they’ll actually have it in stock. This place has really gone downhill. It’s quite obvious it’s all about making the most money for them

Experiencia fantástica: I walked in yesterday to meet with the owner for a meal plan and I walked out very pleased. The owners are very knowledgeable and it’s obvious they truly care about every single person that walks in and to top it off they have a great veriety of supplements. I will not be looking anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I visited the supplement shop very recently to pick up some protein( I usually get mine through Amazon) as my gym is next to the store. I spoke with the associate there named Marco who was highly knowledgeable and very polite. He suggested a protein for me based my goals and explained the how best to take it. I normally dont write reviews (be them good or bad) but I dont remember when I experienced such a high level of customer service. Thank yopu for such a great experience. I will see ypu all soon.
