Experiencia fantástica: The midwife staff is outstanding. We received care above and beyond. The combination of modern medical knowledge with my personal comfort as a priority was the best experience. Kari and her nurses spent all the time needed with us answering questions and offering care. I learned more from her on my 4th and 5th pregnancy than I had with my first 3. The reception staff always met us with smiles and kindness and communicated appointments and reminders. The financial department was also kind and courteous providing accurate estimates and billing.

Experiencia negativa: Was extremely happy I found a place that accepts my insurance. Was even ok with the 2 month wait. However, I drove an hour to get there for a 7am appointment time, and when I arrived, I waited in an empty lobby w/o staff to greet me until 703. The lady told me we canceled your appointment and called you yesterday before 5pm-left a VM. Completely unapologetic I repeat COMPLETELY UNAPOLOGETIC AND EXTREMELY RUDE! She made a point to make it my fault that I didn't get a message and I should have answered. FYI you do not cancel an appointment literally last minute w/o speaking to your customer. You can send 25 text messages stating to come early or if you're on time, it's considered a no call no show, but you will only call once to cancel. Not only did she not try and rectify the situation-did not try and make it right, didn't even offer to reschedule. Worst experience ever!! To top it off she looked right past me and asked how she could help the next person in line. Unprofessional is the kindest word I can use to describe this business. Dropped the ball BIG time!

Experiencia negativa: We had a poor experience with the dental staff at this clinic. Very curt, impersonal, and at times quite rude. It was our son’s first dental exam and the Dr. took no time to explain anything at all before she started putting tools in his mouth. He was scared, and understandably so. I expect more when it comes to care provided to my children and would never come back here.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed with how they operate when it comes to quoting/billing. They gave me an initial quote, which I expected to be billed for and then was billed a much more significant amount. So the initial quote turned out to be inaccurate/false. In response, management offered a very small discount, which was hard appreciate because it really doesn't mean much compared to the hefty bill amount. The medical service itself was good and the staff was kind. Just hoping that they would be much clearer and honest when it comes to quoting/billing for future patients and customers and that management would better handle these types of situations.

Experiencia negativa: I called 4 months in advance and two more times throughout the months just to make sure my appointment was scheduled because i need to be seen badly and no other dentists could see me. They never once told me I needed to confirm my appointment 24 hours in advance. I called the morning of to confirm and she said my appointment was canceled and I could not be seen for a year. I told her I didn’t know that and no one told me that. I told her I needed to be seen badly and she didn’t care. She was very rude! She was very rude.

Experiencia positiva: Came for a medical exam from out of town bc this clinic offers more affordable care!! They have Spanish speaking staff which is very convenient for Spanish speakers. Nice and professional healthcare workers. Easy to get a hold on by phones which is great.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately I had to use this dental clinic because there are no other clinics in the area that will accept my dental insurance. First of all the entrance for the medical clinic an dental clinic are together. I really don't want to be exposed to potentially sick people while going to a dentist. This was my first appointment and I was done in 45 minutes that included xrays, cleaning, and dentist exam. The hygienist rushed through the cleaning. Didn't ask about my health history.

Experiencia negativa: Sent us across the state for a root canal my son didn't need. Thank goodness THAT dentist had integrity and the skill to put in the filling.

Experiencia negativa: Had insurance when I went and seen them and now they are billing me 4 times for 124.00 now I have to call them and I'm not even near them I was only out in Iowa for a while then came back to Washington

Experiencia negativa: Honestly the worst place I’ve ever been. I scheduled and appointment MONTHS ago, I arrive today and they tell me that they double booked because I didn’t answer the appointment call. When I scheduled the appointment they never said anything about this. They said to just show up on the day of or they won’t be able to see me for a full a calendar year. I showed up on time for the appointment BEFORE the other person that they booked over me and STILL wouldn’t see me. They stated that you have to call back and confirm. They were unapologetic, wasted my time, and gas considering I drove OVER 2 hours. Will definitely be making a serious complaint with someone cause that’s bull.

Experiencia negativa: Called to schedule an appointment, and they wouldn't schedule one, they told me to walk in. I did so, and after they took all my information, made me wait for close to 2 hours, then told me that they wouldn't be doing any work on my tooth, before they had even looked at it or did anything. Unprofessional, ignorant staff, they don't help you at all. They won't even schedule you an appointment.

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional. Had called to get a chipped tooth looked and I was to come in at 1:30 for a walk in. Well drive 45 min, took time off work and when I get there they tell me that they have no open spots. When i asked to speak to someone in charge they spoke to them. They wouldn't even let me explain that I cannot eat or drunk anything. Once I told them I was going to contact the CEO they decided they had enough room. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
