Once our initial consultation was complete, his plan for me included warm food diet, meditation, exercise in the form of dancing for blood circulation, revisiting my posture while at my desk on the computer and of course acupuncture. I continued my acupuncture treatments all the way up to the day of my embryo transfer. It actually helped to relax me before and after my procedure. After our initial intake and first session, he was able to tell me what was going on inside of my body and provide suggestions for foods to remove/add to feel better. Once I followed those guidelines for 3 weeks I felt so much better; I had more energy even on the days I didn't sleep well. I even had significantly less bloating and lost a few lbs, which I struggled to lose even with going to the gym and counting calories until I made Dr. Wah's suggested dietary changes. I came to him because my body felt like it was just shutting down - no menstrual cycle, lethargic, always exhausted, stomach issues, feeling like my breathing was constricted and a heavy feeling in my limbs. Experiencia fantástica: I can not recommend Brian enough! I started going to Brian a few months ago for infertility, after going to a fertility clinic and taking medications for months. I had many failed cycles, as well as failed IUIs, and my body seemed to be taking a beating from all the hormones and stress of the entire process. I started doing bi weekly/weekly treatments with Brian, and on top of the treatments and herbs, he had me make a few lifestyle changes to bring my body to the state it needed to be in for conceiving. After a few months with Brian, I finally got pregnant naturally without IUI. Brian truly cares about his patients, and he has a passion for his practice. While I was going through my IVF journey, I was looking for someone who could understand how important it was to me. When I came across his page and read some personal history he had listed, I knew this was the right place for me to go to. Getting appointments are SUPER easy. He gives suggestions about diet, and herbals. He is also at two different locations. One in Herndon Va, and the other is MD. One the day we did our embryo transfer he did two mini sessions with us. One before the transfer and one after. The rooms are so calming, and you truly can relax. He also reminded me to have a positive attitude during the IVF process even after failed attempts. I am a firm believer of acupuncture and the herbal supplements that they offer. Our transfer worked and we are expecting or little BOY in January. Thank you so much Brain!

Experiencia fantástica: I started to see Brian for complications from a shoulder surgery. The day after my first visit I got rear-ended and started having back problems. Brian worked with to me help manage my back discomfort and has bee instrumental in helping me with my shoulder discomfort. Experiencia fantástica: I'm so incredibly happy I found Brian Wah of Catch a Fish LLC when I decided to start doing acupuncture again last year. At the time I had a horrible sinus infection, and I knew that acupuncture had really helped alleviate my sinus issues in the past. I had done acupuncture previously for about 10 years and had seen 4 different acupuncturists during that time, but it had been a few years since my last appointment. It was worth the wait. Brian is amazing. He treated my sinuses, which improved greatly after just a few sessions, and also worked on my other systemic imbalances. After seeing him for a few months and taking the Chinese herbs he recommended, I had my best liver and kidney function blood tests in 20 years. I also felt much, much better. He is an amazing acupuncturist, and is also very nice and easy to work with.

I decided to try acupuncture after having endured years of painful epidural spinal and cervical injections to try and bring relief (which worked for short periods) but also brought side effects, the most serious 'spaghetti leg' which clinched it that I should no longer do that! I found Brian through a search on my insurance company and BOY AM I GLAD I DID! I no longer take sleeping pills, pains pills, rarely take a migraine pill and now he is also helping me with the numerous food allergies that I have. I recently started incorporating massage from Brain after each acupuncture treatments and my 'bad feet' are doing so much better.
