Experiencia fantástica: There aren’t enough good things to say about APF! The knowledge, support, motivation and accountability I receive from Dr Brown and Jon, as well as all of the other staff are absolutely top notch! The results I experienced from the 6 week challenge were better than I could have ever imagined. My husband started shortly after I did and we’re both hooked! There is no other place like this around and we are so thankful to have such an incredible establishment available to us. Thank you will never be enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Definitely a hidden gem here in Medina county. I started off with Dr. Browns fitness classes and have never personally felt stronger. Just an hour out of my day but he makes it worth it. APF has definitely worked together to ensure we all feel like a part of their community with their kindness and professionalism. The chiropractic office has also been phenomenal, ensuring to always get me in at the best time for me and always being professional. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The workouts are challenging (in a good way) but the coaches will always offer different movement if what is programmed doesn’t serve you. 20/10, highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love the group classes! I usually do the 5:30am ones because I work, but I also try to get in to some other classes when I can fit them in. I need group classes to help motivate me. I enjoy waking up early knowing that I’m going to get a great workout and also enjoy the trainers and the people in class. The group atmosphere helps to motivate me to do my best. I work with Lisa at Bootcamp and Bobby at Power Pedal and both are very encouraging and give you an excellent workout. I would hands down recommend APF to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I joined APC after my husband did. We had done CrossFit in the past and it was nothing something I was comfortable with. I am out of shape and the place I went to previously made me uncomfortable. I felt like I was doing everything wrong and that I was being judged by other people. That is the complete opposite how I feel with Advanced Performance CrossFit. I am currently in their boot camp and plan on continuing with APC. The coaches are awesome and the other members are so welcoming. Everyone pushes you to be a better you but at your own intensity level. Everything can be modified and they really make CrossFit a fun experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I just finished the 6 week challenge. It was a great experience. I lost 20 pounds! With the help of the great coaches I was successful. The workouts were amazing! Again, lead by a coach. They make sure you're doing the exercises correctly so you don't hurt yourself. Anyone can do this, when I started I had no clue and I could barely do any of the exercises. Now..... omg! I am so much stronger and my endurance is through the roof! This is an awesome life change. You will NOT regret coming in here, so come on! What are you waiting for!?

Experiencia positiva: This was my first visit at Advanced Health and Wellness Center. I heard them at a seminar about functional medicine for the first time. The front desk receptionist greeted me with warmth and friendliness today. Robin and Brenda were excellent in their customer service. I ended up having to wait for a long time though because they were short staffed today. Two staff members were out. At first I was told Eric, the director, was going to talk to me next, then a doctor was coming instead, then he was gone and, rather, someone else was going to see me. No one came! I was being patient up until then. A lady showed me to the wobble chair and was told I will be instructed what to do. However, again no one came to show me. My feeling of trust ended there! Will find out more next week when I get the results of my blood work and see what treatment they would recommend. ***P/S***I called to get details about my next appointment. Neither Eric or Dr Bupp was available. The receptionist told me she will have one of them return my call. When 6 o’clock(the closing time)rolled around and no call I thought this was not good. But a call came from Dr Bupp around 6:30 and he apologized profusely about what happened on my first appointment. He explained that it’s not typical and that he will add an extra session of micro current for free. That was nice of him to do that. I’m so glad he made the call himself to explain the situation.

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to praise the team that headed up the 6-week challenge that I participated in from November 6th through December 18th, 2017. They were so instrumental in opening my eyes up to a whole new world of eating right, healthy living, and working out well with the kind of perseverance that I didn't know I had in me. I will strive to continue this lifestyle at least 80 percent or more of the time. Thank you Amber, Marcy, and Braden!

Experiencia fantástica: When I walked through the door, I could not even do one real push up or sit up. My BMI was off the charts and I have been on HBP meds for over 5 years. The amount of love and caring that I have received from complete strangers at the time was overwhelming! In just 3 to 4 weeks, I am amazed at what my body is already capable of and although my journey has just begun, I can't wait to see where I will be in 6 months to a year! EVERYONE here wants to see me succeed and get healthy and I am truly humbled that they care so much about my well being!

Experiencia fantástica: I drove two hours for my appointment that was actually scheduled for the next day and they were able to get me in. Staff was accommodating, knowledgeable, and patient centered.

Experiencia negativa: Very rude very hostile. They used insult tactics to try to sell their services. Replacing very cramped and dirty and didn't feel very safe. They asked me to fill out a form before giving me a tour then decided not to give me the tour. I posted a review on Facebook and they actually contacted my friend to try to take it down. Extremely vain and unprofessional. When I wouldn't take the post down they then reported it to Facebook. I can imagine they do that with a lot of the reviews to keep their star rating. I don't believe you can trust their ratings if that's a tactic that they use. Watch out for this one!

Experiencia fantástica: I love APC! I have been going since October of 2014 and it is phenomenal! The coaches know what they are doing & really work with you to get your form/techniques down so that you do the movements correctly and safely! Great support staff with smiling faces to greet you when you come in! I have lost over 60 pounds with these great folks and am getting stronger & fit! This is a full service place with a variety of classes, personal trainers, and a wellness center right there! Not a better place to get healthy in this area! And it is so clean!

The community of APC is a reflection of its coaches, and the love and dedication within the box is lead by some of the best individuals I know. Each coach takes time to explain every WOD thoroughly and helps every person along the way. CrossFit can be for anyone; that's the great thing about modifications and the coaches do a great job of working with each individual's ability. I can't imagine my mornings without APC!
