Experiencia fantástica: Ive been going to thr LAB for shakes and fitness classes for almost 2 years now. I LOVE everything about the establishment, the ladies, and the community they've created. The shakes are amazing but the fitness classes are game changing!

Experiencia fantástica: What a workout!! I took the cardio drumming class with a group and had a blast. The class instructors are very high energy, you will feel welcomed and will sweat! And since it was my first class they gave me a complimentary smoothie as well. I got the chocolate coconut and it was delicious! Check this place out for a great workout.

Experiencia fantástica: WOW. found out about this spot because of the Juneteeth flyer that was floating around and I am SO glad I did. I literally came back a second time in the same day to put someone on because WOW. So good. We tried strawberry cheesecake and caramel delights (I think this was just a juneteeth special and if so PLEASE consider making this apart of your regular rotation). I am so impressed. Smoothie King and similar have nothing on this place. And to be BLACK OWNED. chileeeeee. I'll be back (this week lbvvvvs) - Sheva :)
